Chapter 708: Chapter 606: Permission to Graduate
Green Dragon Ridge Lake, Lake Heart Island Secret Realm.
The lake, beach, and castle originally covered in snow, at this mont, are all lted by the radiance of magic, verdant branches and leaves grow, and flowers with a light fragrance bloom. Before a beach made of white pebbles, various colorful ribbons and curtains have been set up.
Anyone could tell that a ceremony was taking place here. The guests who ca to observe the ceremony included not only a large number of Transcendents from the Mysterious Side but also many ordinary people, sharing a common identity as relatives of the children.
Most of them have actually entered this Secret Realm for the second ti. Lately, the Federation has consciously released information streams related to the Extraordinary World, covering all aspects from novels, comics, plays, movies, to TV dramas.
So well-inford citizens have faintly sensed that the world has beco different.
Even those who are duller have greatly improved their capacity for acceptance.
Unlike those ordinary citizens who were dumbfounded, as if any place could evoke their exclamations, the gazes of the Transcendents from various organizations were mostly focused on Sally.
That exceptionally beautiful but extrely dangerous witch figure that one dares not look at directly.
In their minds, they recalled so of the gossip and her true combat achievents.
“Truly worthy of that incredible individual’s rumored girlfriend, the real leader of the Witch Group.”
“This aura, perhaps her Extraordinary Realm has not yet reached ‘Legendary Level,’ but her combat power has definitely reached legendary, and perhaps even stronger.”
“I heard the new Principal has mastered the power of Destiny; that’s too terrifying.”
“The future Knight King who was humiliated at the Church Headquarters can prove that the new Principal is indeed very powerful.”
“I know about this, it is said that Knight Tristan Sophia, after awakening from madness, has taken the new Principal as a target that must be defeated, and has engraved her na on the Stone of Light before Dawn Valley in the Church’s internal trial site.”
…
Sally stood on the fourth floor of the Library Tower, looking through the transparent floor-to-ceiling windows at the Secret Realm in front of her, which still seed sowhat unfamiliar to her, not just because she had just begun to adapt, but more so because the aura in various parts of the Secret Realm was different from how Esralda had described it.
The general outline of it did not differ too much from the “rada Special Education School” described by the forr Witch Leader.
But the wonderful details, the atmosphere pervading across the Secret Realm, made the entire Secret Realm, the entire Witch School feel as if it had undergone a transformative tamorphosis.
This was sothing that everyone in the Witch Group felt.
They were in constant shock upon their return.
Withdrawing her gaze, Sally looked towards the white, misty walls, where various half-finished “Curios” were hanging—sowhat scattered throughout, with even so Secret dicines mixed in—but each, in Sally’s eyes, appeared very unique.
If there were Artifact Forgers and Secret Alchemists here, they could tell.
These scattered Curios were mostly the handicraft of so Professionals, not able to be called masterpieces, but each one showcased the creator’s marvelous conception and technique.
In the center, there was an oil painting.
Ordinary people, or most Transcendents, upon seeing that painting, would only conjure so ssy lines and symbols in their minds, unable to form any image, and would feel extrely puzzled, but deep in their souls, they would also feel so incredible aura.
However, at this mont, to Sally’s eyes, the “mist” shrouding the painting was easily unveiled.
She could clearly see that in the painting, there was a country of dreams, with tis of solidification and motion, filled with all sorts of creatures and scenarios that only exist in imagination…and a scent that felt extrely familiar to her.
At a glance, she instinctively made a judgnt, and Sally’s pretty eyebrows imdiately furrowed.
The owner of that scent was not within the country.
Although she had anticipated this, Sally still felt a sense of loss, holding onto a sliver of hope.
She thought that at such an important mont, that guy who transford the Witch School should not miss it, right?
But quickly, Sally realized: Tang Qi would definitely not miss the upcoming ceremony, but would also definitely not let her catch him.
Why?
It could date back to several days ago, although he had made up his mind and arranged all affairs, after the witches returned, Tang Qi still had to co back to hand over so details and have a chat with Sally, Esralda, and others.
Sally was Tang Qi’s first “friend” as he adapted to this world, and the two even had a relationship akin to teacher and disciple.
Well, Tang Qi, who is actually younger, is the teacher on the surface.
Although as far back as in Winston Town, after the end of the Immortal Count’s Major Event, Tang Qi felt that there were so changes in Sally.
But at that ti, both he and Esralda thought it might be the ddling of the First Generation Witch that caused “Original Curse” and secondary personality in Sally to show Abnormal Movent. Thus, when the witches went to the Tree Secret Realm to heal, they also took Sally with them.
Tang Qi thought that the returned Sally would not have changed too much, at most becoming more powerful.
Clearly, he was wrong.
The Sally who ca out of the Tree Secret Realm was still essentially the sa Sally.
But her personality and power had undergone a huge change.
She seed to have integrated with the “secondary personality.” To be precise, she had completely foiled the secondary personality’s sche to seize the body, turning around to absorb the knowledge and power that the secondary personality possessed. This inevitably also led Sally to absorb so of the secondary personality’s traits.
Just like when she woke up from a coma in Winston Town and directly kissed Tang Qi on impulse.
This ti, her actions were even more audacious.
She expressed her love for Tang Qi in public without caring about the presence of others.
To this day, rembering that scene, teachers, students, and Abnormalities within the school can’t help but scream.
And at that ti, screams almost overturned the do of Dragon Heart Castle.
Tang Qi himself was also staggeringly shocked, as he was fully aware of what Sally used to be like.
In the past, that would have been an impossible occurrence.
Sally herself knew all too well that the forr her could never do sothing as brazen as a “public declaration of love” that would elicit screams.
In fact, recalling the mont now, a clear blush still crawled onto her pale face.
She was still Sally, just braver.
Moreover…
“I did get permission from my mother and encouragent from my teacher.”
As Sally murmured, the mory of the embarrassing scene that followed her confession flashed through her mind:
Her confession did not get an imdiate response from Tang Qi, who even planned to take off, and in desperation, she used her own power—the imnse force tied to fate—and cast the “Truth Spell” given to her by Professor Tang Qi.
As expected, she was no match for Tang Qi and ended up immobilized by his “Body Control Spell.”
The mont was, exceedingly awkward.
Now reflecting on it, the blush on Sally’s face turned into a mix of embarrassnt and confusion:
“How can he, younger than , say he’d feel guilty being with a high school student like ?”
“I heard that Chief Stanna has switched her profession to Bright Knight, and she even visited our school recently, looking quite familiar with him… Maybe I should talk to her for advice?”
“Professor Eva also guessed that he might prefer mature won?”
“Damn it, suddenly, his handso face is starting to annoy , too.”
While Sally was entrenched in her own world, unable to pull herself out, the clock on the wall suddenly chid, signaling that a particular ti had arrived.
Her gaze imdiately returned to the window, and she beheld the transford and unimaginably impressive sight of rada Special Education School.
A radiance flashed, and a stack of beautifully crafted na lists suddenly appeared in her hand.
As she took a step, poised to descend upon the incredibly fantastical and grand ceremony, a firm thought erged in her eyes.
Amidst the glow, Sally’s figure, akin to a fairy or angel, was wholly revealed.
She was not wearing a stately Witch Robe, but a dress of gold and white intertwined, resembling elven attire, with her already fair skin now radiating a captivating brilliance, and the flower crown atop her head growing, entwining the incredibly beautiful body of the young girl.
If Tang Qi were here, he would undoubtedly recall the “stunning” sight of Sally’s first transformation in sser City.
The first-ever graduation ceremony of rada Special Education School, attracting attention from Secret Phoenix City and even much of the Federation’s mysterious side, began amid magical fireworks and fantastical glows.
The guests from all over the Federation at this mont were all looking towards those dozen or so students at the front, wearing their ornate, solemn Wizard Robes.
Most of them were still only in their teens.
In the real world, they would be high school or even junior high students.
But in the world of the mysterious side, the aura of power they emanated from within and the grandeur cultivated after nurous Extraordinary Battles, was enough to overpower most adult Transcendents.
Guests from distant lands may have only heard so tales.
But the Transcendents of Secret Phoenix City had both witnessed the conquests of these students from rada Special Education School against many Abnormality gathering spots, like Saint Martin Lake, and their formidable display against the Bright Vanguard Army during the recent major event.
They could almost predict:
How much of a stir will these dozens of students, rapidly realizing their terrifying talents and potentials after leaving the Witch School and officially entering the Extraordinary World, cause?
In their reveries, a fantastical tune played by the “Abnormalities” began to ring.
One by one, they stepped forward and received their graduation badges, gifts, and most coveted of all, the graduation na lists with familiar handwriting on them, from Sally’s hands.
Soon, Noah and the others read the inscriptions from Mr. Principal on their na lists.
“Your power lies not in your talent but in the courage you showed when I first saw you; may you always have it—To Noah.”
“Your kindness and strength make you powerful, you are an Elf in the snow, and you shall dominate them—To Shay.”
“You possess an unparalleled pure soul, do not fear the power that guards you; it is not a curse, but a gift—To Nidya.”
“Compared to your chanical Body, it is your Mind that is stronger—To Peggy.”
“Any Wizard would envy your talent, and I am no exception—To Austin.”
“You have the body and power of a Demon, but your Mind is purer than that of an Angel—To Luka.”
“Nobody could be more adorable than you all—To the Hannahs.”
“Big oranges are important, you know—To Tate.”
…
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Amid the unbelievable, spectacular magical fireworks, the loud cheers from Trippy Mushroom Man, and the singing of Skeleton Pirates,
The children seed to hear a familiar voice echoing from the unknown depths.
“Graduation approved!”
