The Moon Book, as a fad ancient text from the Dark Era, had also been sought after by the Witches, but to no avail. Its content spanned from the beginning of the Age of Ignorance to the end of the Dark Era, a compendium of all deities with the “Moon” or related Divine Positions.
The ancient text, due to so “taboo” content, had sparked competition and fighting, with few copies remaining. Unexpectedly, it ca as one of the gifts, along with a wealth of materials and so Curios that, while not possessing combat power, were coveted by polymaths and Artifact Forgers.
It could be said to be a very generous gift, sothing ordinary Transcendents could not afford to offer.
However, thinking of the girl’s identity, Tang Qi couldn’t help but understand.
As McGraw had said in his letter before, Ally is a mber of a family called the Kelsite family from the Western Federation, a family that has lived in a city called Hoins City for generations. It is an extrely peaceful and beautiful city, almost permanently ranked on the “Federation’s Most Livable Cities” list.
Hoins is the na of a powerful Demon; their form is half-human, half-feline, naturally possessing great speed and the ability to cast shadow and charm Magic, while also being under the shelter of most “Moon Gods”.
They bear so resemblance to the Tilos Monster, but also have significant differences.
First, they are not as ancient as Tilos nor inherit so many extraordinary arts; they are true Biological beings between Human and Demon, having been similar to a hybrid like Jason from their Ancestor, capable of freely switching between Human and Demon forms.
After the Civil War within the Federation had ended, they settled in what was then an unnad Hoins City, living in human form.
In the Western Federation, the Kelsite family has a decent reputation.
This information ca from the Ancient Castle Bureau, although Tang Qi could spot closer Information Fragnts on Ally at a glance, but out of politeness, he did not do so.
The Kelsite family had Ally bring so many gifts partly to enhance her status in the Witch School and also to recognize the status of Tang Qi as a Big Shot of the Mysterious Side, believing ordinary Curios unworthy of this powerful Wizard’s attention.
Being recognized by an ancient Demon family as a Big Shot would have pleased him at any other ti, but now was a special period, and he did not consider himself to be a so-called Big Shot.
The girl’s prattle was still going on by his ear, and the topic gradually carried hurtful implications.
