Chapter 430: Chapter 413 Report and Reply

Before the grand and solemn bronze gate of William Castle.

Amidst the swirling ghost light, Tang Qi stepped out from the portal of nihility. As he withdrew the “Crown Salamander” badge, his eyes still held a solemn expression, but the trembling in his heart had mostly subsided, his mind abuzz with thoughts.

Without a doubt, a terrifying disaster and a dreadful conspiracy were brewing.

But ‘terrifying’ and ‘dreadful’ were relative to Tang Qi’s current cultivation realm.

“The Ancient Castle Bureau must have Demigod-level Transcendents or Curios, not to ntion the much more powerful Federation Official and the Bright Church. It’s possible that after the resurgence of the Spiritual Tide, they even have the capacity to communicate with the Divine of the Order Camp.”

“That is to say, the disasters I can’t handle, they can.”

Tang Qi found a more refined way to express the sentint of ‘Let the taller ones deal with problems over your head.’ He quickly ca up with a role for himself.

Just like last ti, he was the information provider.

After confirming there wasn’t too much risk, he could join and secure so benefits.

Having made up his mind, Tang Qi soon t the familiar receptionist, Jennifer.

His face retained its solemnity, watching the cheerfully approaching Jennifer, he spoke first, “Jennifer, I need to see Mr. William Marshall, urgent intelligence.”

Being a Transcendent as well, Jennifer also had her own perceptions.

Seeing the look in Tang Qi’s eyes and hearing his tone of voice, her heart beat wildly for a few monts, then she imdiately said, “Follow !”

Deep within the castle, in a vast secret room.

Tang Qi glanced around. The decoration was sowhat stark and rigid, the wall lamps emitted a soft and steady light, highlighting strange patterns on the walls, and each piece of decor, including paintings, faintly radiated a pale ghost light.

In the center, there was a luxurious long table with high-backed chairs ant for nobility on both sides.

Three of the seats were already occupied by none other than Jason, Rafael, and Old Coulson. Jennifer, likely due to work reasons or insufficient rank, wasn’t present.

“Here he cos!”

Suddenly, Rafael spoke.

It was at this mont that phantoms appeared on every empty seat.

n and won, old and young alike, they seed to have projected their presence here in so special way. Among them was “Hall,” whose seat was even higher than Jason’s and Rafael’s.

Tang Qi’s gaze swept directly to the head of the table.

There, two figures slowly erged.

To the right of the principal position, the one who appeared was exactly the one Tang Qi wanted to et on this trip—William Marshall.

He was the acting director of the Ancient Castle Bureau and had sufficient qualifications to receive intelligence.

However, this ti, Tang Qi’s intelligence had alard an even more fearso Big Shot than Marshall.

Tang Qi looked over, only able to see a blurry shadow; an old man with a tall and formidable stature.

But an intense premonition was uncontainable, speculations arising in the depths of his heart.

“William O’Neil!”

The William family, the Ancient Castle Bureau, and the vast Secret Phoenix City, the true Sovereign, perhaps also the strongest of the Mysterious Side of Secret Phoenix State.

Tang Qi never expected to et him so soon.

But upon considering the significance of that intelligence, it seed normal.

Tang Qi walked to the seat opposite the principal position, glanced at all participants, nodded slightly, and then slowly sat down.

The atmosphere fell into silence.

Everyone waited; Tang Qi did the sa.

After an indeterminate amount of ti, a seemingly thin report brimming with densely packed text materialized in front of the participants, transforming from nihility to reality, and drifting down.

On the bottom of the cover, a line of small text:

“Unknown Contamination Inspection Report!”

Despite being in the sa secret room, Tang Qi and Jason’s trio each had a report materialize before them.

Together with the other participants, the four of them opened the report.

Tang Qi’s eyes showed a spark of curiosity. Not long ago, he had handed over the “Angel’s Blood” extracted from Grandma Moore’s body to the Ancient Castle Bureau. The Transcendent experts inside the castle had taken the blood for analysis, and now the result was before him.

He flipped open the report and imrsed himself rapidly.

Although Tang Qi relied on his special ability to have unimaginable insight, he didn’t believe that the information fragnt he obtained could completely outshine the examination and analysis of a statewide Extraordinary Organization.

Indeed, the report’s statents were very similar to the information Tang Qi had obtained.

But they ca with more details and additional information.

“The contaminant, provisionally nad Angel’s Blood, spreads via flowing water sources with strong contagion capability; at very low concentrations, it does not significantly affect life forms but may slightly alter so of their habits. If the concentration increases, it can cause mutations, along with other unforeseen changes.”

“No matter the concentration, once pollutants enter the human body, they automatically enter a dormant state.”

“The nature of the pollutants is not bacteria or parasites, but more like so kind of transcendent dium, originating from the sa pollution source.”

“It can be inferred that the probability of infection is extrely high in densely populated areas, but as the range expands, in a short period of ti, the pollutants cannot effectively contaminate areas outside of Secret Phoenix City, excluding areas downstream of Green Dragon Ridge Lake or the underground water rivers.”

“It is recomnded to rapidly deploy the antidote, otherwise, there is a high likelihood of a major incident occurring.”

“Note: If the pollution source can be directly eliminated, the pollution might lose its infectious effect due to the loss of the transcendent elent.”

“Note: In case of ergency, it is suggested to activate…”

The thin lab report sohow made the solemnity in Tang Qi’s eyes gradually relent a little.

The expert in mysticism from the Ancient Castle Bureau’s estimate is not much different from that of Tang Qi.

What’s additional, are the solutions.

The suggested action to be activated has been blacked out, probably in compliance with the principle of confidentiality. This blacked-out part might be so high-level wonders known only to a few within the Ancient Castle Bureau, similar to the “Diana’s Corpse” possessed by Tang Qi, considered as the ultimate trump card.

That is to say, the Ancient Castle Bureau has the capability to handle such major pollution events.

“Now the question is, is the contaminated area limited to Secret Phoenix City? Or the entire Federation?”

Just as this question arose in Tang Qi’s mind, a sealed letter materialized before the ghostly figure of William O’Neill at the head of the table.

Automatically opening, a series of phantom copies were made.

The next mont, a letter, seemingly the sa envelope and specifically a response, materialized in front of everyone including Tang Qi, originating from the headquarters of the Federal Investigation Bureau.

It fell in reality, its content both simple and horrifying.

“Upon investigation, it’s observed that major nodes where the Angel Network of the target organization is located have suspected Angel’s Blood infection phenona, with the infected population exceeding ten million. The Federation will dispatch Special Investigators to supervise the use of corresponding level wonders for resolution, and various state branches of the Bright Church will offer support.”

“Counties without corresponding wonders will be provided with them by the Federation.”

“The eradication operation targeting the Angel Network tonight… will continue!”

As the last four characters entered his vision, Tang Qi’s heart seed to skip a beat.

This was a decision beyond his expectations, but Tang Qi quickly realized why.

Status!

Or rather, strength.

In Tang Qi’s view, the ergence of Angel’s Blood intelligence suggested a terrifying conspiracy being brewed by Leckter in the shadows. They should first locate the source, make clear Leckter’s conspiracy, and then respond accordingly.

However, the two behemoths, the Federation and the Church, would not adopt this approach.

Both are imnsely huge, surrounded by a vast number of extraordinary organizations, strong individuals, and countless wonders. Once they set into motion, they instantly form an unimaginable formidable might and eliminate the target in the blink of an eye.

Inside the Divine Eagle Federation, probably no organization could resist both at the sa ti.

Even if Leckter first utilized the Angel Potion to develop the network, and now contaminated tens of millions with Angel’s Blood, either thod is enough to send chills down one’s spine.

Yet in the eyes of the two behemoths, it’s still insufficient to make them hesitate to abandon action.

“My previous thoughts complied with the strength I possessed and the status which made forget, how could the Divine Eagle Federation establish a nation amidst places a hundred tis, a thousand tis more frightening than today without any risk resistance?”

“However, if I hadn’t provided the intelligence, and both Church and official sides launched the operation without realizing the existence of Angel’s Blood and without prepared counterasures, then along with the loss of the network, a disaster would be inevitable once Leckter utilized the Angel’s Blood.”

“Unfortunately for them, I am an anomaly, whether it’s the Angel Potion or the Angel’s Blood.”

“So, could it be that the sky that might have fallen is now being held up by two giants?”

The thought flashed through Tang Qi’s mind.

Once again, he profoundly sensed the true nature of the mysterious side—valuing strength above all.

He is the Witch School Principal, Demigod Slayer, and a Genius Polymath—all these are true—but it doesn’t change the fact that he is still constrained within Secret Phoenix State, currently in a “sneaky growth” phase.

anwhile, the leader of the Shepherd Sect, the enigmatic Mr. Leckter, after an initial setback, has abruptly ascended onto the entire Federation’s stage, directly confronting two giant-like extraordinary organizations with Angel Potion and Angel’s Blood.

Extrely audacious, taking on two at once.

“Potions contaminated upper-class people, blood commandeered tens of millions of civilians; regardless of what conspiracy he’s brewing next, these two setups might imply that Leckter intends to negotiate with the Federation. It’s just that he didn’t expect the two giants wouldn’t give him that chance.”

While Tang Qi pondered, an authoritative and calm voice reached his ears.

“Mr. Principal of the Witch School, your intelligence is highly valuable for this operation. The Ancient Castle Bureau, the Federation, and the Church will all express their thanks to you afterward. Tonight, Secret Phoenix City might not remain peaceful. If you wish to return to protect the school or cancel the Trick Slaughterhouse mission, the Ancient Castle Bureau respects your choices and will arrange a substitute Extraordinary Team.”

The voice of William O’Neill, evidently, he had insight into Tang Qi’s prior thoughts.

While affirming Tang Qi’s contribution, he also offered him privileges.

If it had been the mont he took over the school, facing a ss with only one Professional Level him taking care of over a hundred children, he would have readily accepted William O’Neill’s offer without hesitation.

But now, the rada Special Education School is different.

“No, Mr. Mayor, I refuse.”

“The children will proceed to Trick Slaughterhouse. Additionally, please allow to join the subsequent operations in a personal capacity.”

Tang Qi lifted his head to look straight at the blurred figure, speaking calmly.
