Capítulo 1255: Chapter 66: Ti Key

“Swish… Swish”

Without warning, the pages of the Rule Complete Edition began to turn randomly, seemingly unable to stop at any specific page.

Tang Qi directly read the new annotation.

“Conflict! Conflict!”

“An unknown conflict has occurred; Rule 3041 conflicts with a series of rules such as 4027, 4089, 5031, 5925…”

“According to special backup provisions, an individual with corresponding authority can temporarily modify Rule 3041, with only one chance. If the new rule no longer conflicts with other rules, it will take effect imdiately and be sent to the Creator Council for review.”

“The last known authority holder is a divine entity with Temporary Guardian authority, possessing the chance to modify.”

“Modify?”

“Modify!”

Without any hesitation, Tang Qi imdiately extended his palm, brushing against the page where the Thick Shell Book was fixed, displaying the so-called Rule 3041, which clearly stated that initial authority could not be transferred.

At this mont, Tang Qi gained the chance to modify it.

Tang Qi achieved what perhaps other visitors had accomplished over the library’s long years of existence, but such an accomplishnt was undoubtedly extrely rare; now Tang Qi beca one of them.

Moreover, the loophole he found was even more astonishing.

Initial Authority!

These four words, just from their literal aning, suggest they are anything but simple, especially since this authority can no longer have new holders due to the fall of a creator.

Of course, an exception appeared at this mont.

How to modify this rule?

In reality, there was no choice; it had been frad from the beginning.

Tang Qi’s palm brushed over the page, and a new rule was born:

“Mysterious Library’s Rule 3041 has changed, and is now recorded. The new edition of the rule states: initial authority cannot be transferred but can be inherited.”

“Beginning evaluation…”

At the cognitive level, the Thick Shell Book Demon entered a special state.

This is why Tang Qi cannot completely change this rule; he cannot directly alter it to “Tang Qi possesses initial authority.”

The consequence of such action would be that the new rule would definitely conflict with other rules, leading to unknown consequences and certainly wasting this rare opportunity.

What Tang Qi could do was add a second clause that would have almost no impact on other rules.

According to the information fragnt, the existence holding initial authority in the library is exceptionally rare.

Tang Qi believes that all mbers of the Creator Council should possess it, and those who can be on par with them, holding the authority, will at least be entities like the [Mother Earth], and even she may not have it.

If his guess is correct, it ans that the added clause will have no impact.

Because the beings possessing “initial authority” are almost all undying, who could inherit the authority from them?

“Except !”

Just as this thought flashed through Tang Qi’s mind, the evaluation result was born imdiately.

“The new rule has been approved and takes effect imdiately.”

“At the sa ti, the new rule has been sent to the Creator Council, whose mbers have the right to judge the new rule. Before the judgnt result is born, the rule remains effective.”

This annotation erged, and Tang Qi seamlessly put forth a new request:

“I want to inherit the initial authority of a Library Creator.”

“Request received, jumping to the new edition of Library Rule 3041. Please temporarily submit the predecessor’s information and provide a valid token for the authority you wish to inherit.”

“Sigh”

The critical node arrived, and Tang Qi directly reached into his Divine Artifact Treasury and summoned an almost forgotten Divine Attribute Object.

At the sa ti, he also inford the Thick Shell Book Demon of the esteed na of the one from whom he wished to inherit.

“One of the Library Creator mbers, the Ancient Ti God!”

“Verification passed, please provide a valid token.”

Just as the Book Demon issued a reply annotation, sothing appeared in Tang Qi’s hand.

It was a box, not observable by the naked eye, existence seemingly intertwined with nonexistence, a special box without any opening.

Yog’s Roar Box!

A divine object Tang Qi acquired from “All Things Can Be Sold,” a gift from the Ancient Marquis after losing a bet with Tang Qi.

This box is a materialized entity composed of parts of Ti God Fragnt. Its maker is the supposedly disappeared, but actually fallen, Ancient Ti God.

Inside it holds a “Yog Worm Baby,” a Yog Worm with an extrely vile temperant, especially fond of spouting profanities.

This information flashed by, while a familiar roar uttered from inside the box:

“XXX, your grandmother… Damn human… You finally rembered the great Yog Baby.”

“Wait, I can sense its aura… You’ve actually co to the Library… What do you intend to do, gaze upon the secrets of ti, hahaha… Foolish human.”

Tang Qi could now completely ignore the profanities of this pitiful worm; it was undoubtedly very powerful, but its destiny was sowhat tragic.

From its boastful words, it was not difficult to discern that even within the “Yog Worm Clan,” it should be an Ancestor-level existence.

Yet it was confined in a box by the Ti God, with a device that might kill it or might not.

Its life and death were not its own decision, but depended on the existence that opened the box.

Only when the box was opened and observed would its state beco determined.

Tang Qi heard the profanities, and the Thick Shell Book Demon heard them as well, responding in a different manner.

This extraordinary life with no combat power but a lifespan nearly as long as the library, verified Tang Qi’s submitted token in a way no one could comprehend.

“Temporary Guardian submitted a token, a divine attribute object closely related to the Ti God, beginning verification.”

“Verification passed, according to the new edition of Rule 3041, you have successfully inherited the initial authority from the Ancient Ti God.”

“Note: This result will be simultaneously sent to the Creators Council. There will be an unknown judgent; new rules might be negated, and the authority you inherited might be reclaid due to opposition from all the Creators.”

“Deceptive human… how dare you use the Great Yog Baby to steal its remaining authority.”

“How dare you think the Great Yog Baby would be your ‘possession’… XXX your grandmother… you’re dreaming, aren’t you, not even a fart for you.”

“And you, this unbelievably foolish being, you actually verified the shaless human?”

“I knew it… I always knew… the library is just a bunch of fools, a bunch of book-obsessed fools… ah, I’m so angry, I’m about to explode.”

Whether it’s the Thick Shell Book Demon’s dutiful narration or the Yog Worm Baby’s swearing, Tang Qi paid no attention for the mont.

At this mont, he was beginning to receive the Initial Authority that he had painstakingly earned.

By definition, in such a vast library, countless administrators and guardians, billions of organizer clans, and mysterious high-dinsional administrators… none of them hold this authority.

Only the “Creators” possess that initial and perhaps the highest level of authority.

And this authority is almost a terrifying power.

“Boom”

An unforeseen event occurred directly within Sector Thirty-two.

The administrators and visitors repairing the damaged shelves and portals, the blank worms being resurrected, the two Rose Madelines beside Tang Qi, and one Alice Five, all froze collectively.

Ti, was frozen.

Not just Sector Thirty-two. The entire first floor of the library, nearly two thousand sectors, was all frozen, including the war ongoing on the periphery, as if pressed by a mighty hand into a complete standstill.

Even those unknown invaders who could bind large numbers of True God-level administrators and guardians, those hundreds of terrifying “Blank Adult Insects,” those uncountable Blank Larvae.

As a clan of the “Young Creator,” the bizarre power they possess is in no way inferior to the Origin Black Mud that almost captured Tang Qi back then.

Yet at this mont, it was all aningless.

An incomparably mighty and ancient, eternally existing force descended without warning, freezing everything.

The only one with self-awareness was Tang Qi.

And he was staring in shock at a new Divine Artifact slowly descending before him.

It was a key!

Tang Qi was certain that originally this key was beyond his gaze, even with All-Knowing, the mysteries of ti could not be peered into.

But now, he was recognized.

All unfathomable “dangers” retreated into the depths of the key, all auras that could cause irreversible harm to its holder automatically dissipated.

Initially, this key had no specific form, its aura entirely consistent with the “Yog’s Roar Box.”

It existed, yet did not exist.

Only when Tang Qi gazed at it did its form beco fixed at that mont.

It was a brand-new, golden-glossed key, unmarred by any symbols or patterns on its surface.

In the instant he gazed at it, Tang Qi understood, this was not its final form.

It actually had no form, capable of transforming into any form.

In essence, it was the “materialized entity” of the initial authority the Ancient Ti God had within the library.

Tang Qi was now its master, so all its mysteries gradually revealed themselves under Tang Qi’s All-Knowing gaze.

However, at this ti, Tang Qi did not intend to seriously study the Information Fragnts.

Ti was incredibly precious.

The Divine Artifact nad the “Ti Key” was lightly trembling.

It didn’t seem severe, but Tang Qi instantly knew it was consuming stored Ti Divinity.

It was this key that directly froze the entire first floor of the library.

Tang Qi, who could not achieve any of this, could not fathom the imnse amount of mighty power needed.

“That powerful predecessor left terrible Ti Divinity, it must not be squandered so easily.”

As this thought flashed, Tang Qi had already gripped the key tightly in his palm.

“Boom!”

Instantly, the world restored, ti resud its flow.

And in Tang Qi’s eyes, the world had completely changed its appearance.

Before, even when Tang Qi shared authority with Rose, although he could freely travel to all sectors of the library’s first floor,

the defenses within the library, countless and imnse, alongside the “Eternal Base” capable of repelling a Dominator-level God’s invasion, completely blocked Tang Qi’s gaze.

Yet now, all of these were disappearing.

A more precise description would be opening up to him.

For the All Spirits Above Mystery, the library, utterly invulnerable, was now defenseless in Tang Qi’s eyes.

“The power of authority is truly incredible.”

This thought arose, and a radiant smile imdiately blood on Tang Qi’s face.

Then he halted the two Rose Madelines’ bodies, itching to move beside him, reached out to face the group of resurrected Blank Worms, and said:

“No need to rush, they are all my prey now.”

“No matter how much they devour, life or books, I will make them regurgitate.”

“Boom”

Before Tang Qi’s words could even land, nurous Divine Tentacles, shimring with Dreamlike Phosphorescence, not a hint of evil but utterly beautiful, surged from Tang Qi’s lower body, extending densely, each tentacle corresponding to one Blank Worm, wrapping them, with the tips directly piercing their bodies, drilling inside.

Blank, imdiately filled with “Dream”.
