A magnificent, cold voice echoed through all sectors.
“Voting has ended, the Library will activate the highest-level defense asures according to Rule 2020. Visitors yet to leave, please display permissions to avoid accidental injury.”
“First round of defenses activated!”

Before the voice had faded, Tang Qi imdiately saw that all the shelves in sight, whether toppled or shattered, began to glow simultaneously.
The light source was a certain imprint gradually appearing deep within each differently shaped bookshelf.
It appeared as a “sphere” wrapped in chains, but they would rotate, the chains gradually uncoiling, with the light inside being released.

Tang Qi instantly gauged the power of this gift.
“Below Weak God level will have their life instantly stripped away; even true Divine beings will suffer severe injury, Ordinary Gods will be lightly wounded, Strong Gods can be exempted.”
“Yet this light is a group attack; if released during a Divine System war, it can instantly collapse an army of a Divine System.”
“Against Blank Worms, will it have an effect?”
All minds birthed this question.
