Capítulo 1048: Chapter 13: The Prince Who Grovels

“Zombie tide? The variety of monstrous creatures in this Dragon Nest anomaly area is indeed unimaginably rich.”

In the Giant Tower Laboratory, Tang Qi exclaid as he looked at the screen in front of him.

At this mont, the investigation team, reduced to just over two hundred mbers, was trapped in a rocky array.

Aside from the relentless snowstorm, the most terrifying threat was the wave of frenzied human figures, pushing forward in an unending stream.

Their numbers were indeterminate for the mont, but certainly far exceeded the investigators. Their bodies were bloodstained, with particularly nurous wounds and bloodstains on their faces, abdons, and arms. Their expressions were crazed, eyes glazed—no, most of their eyeballs had already rotted.

A strong stench emanated from them, and they ran with incredible speed, mouths gaping open, desperately craving the investigators’ fresh flesh.

Their bodies and clothing were a mix of new and old, styles varying widely, from near-modern to burlap favored by farrs of the Dark Era, to noble attire, and also a large number of soldiers… Additionally, these zombies ca from a wide range of races, including Slavs, Ural people, others from the Old Continent, and so Asian ethnicities—truly a complete assortnt.

Their common trait was a scarlet, abstract dragon-shaped symbol located on different parts of their bodies, such as the forehead or arm.

The fragnted and vast Information Fragnt accumulated here.

[Extraordinary Creature: Dragon Nest Zombie.]

[State: Hungry.]

[Information Fragnt One: Since a piece of divine flesh from the Flesh Sovereign “Apodoras Ophelia” descended upon the Ural Snowfield, all biological entities that die within the divine pollution radiation area do not rot into dust. They undergo varying degrees and directions of mutation, one type being zombies.]

[Information Fragnt Two: These Dragon Nest Zombies are influenced by the chaotic and frantic “Dragon Nest Will,” and will indiscriminately attack any life form entering the Dragon Nest radiation area.]

[Information Fragnt Three: They retain so of the extraordinary power they possessed in life, carry the zombie virus, and cannot be killed by conventional ans. There are no vital points; only by completely annihilating their flesh can they be stopped.]

The third piece of information is precisely what Miss Anna, whose Profession as “War God chanic” is the President’s daughter, is working on.

She tapped a few places on her clothing. Suddenly, her entire uniform rippled with a silver-white wave. Monts later, her tall, slender figure, which could rival that of a supermodel, was encased in an incredibly thin, seamless silver-white battle armor, exuding a futuristic aura.

She soared into the air, blinding silver lasers erupting wildly, with terrifying destructive power covering an arch-shaped area.

All the zombies charging within the area died en masse, crumbling into black and red powdery substances that fell to the ground.

The remaining areas were handled by Vladimir and the other temporary investigators.

“An impressive Profession.”

In the Giant Tower, Tang Qi admired as he watched Anna descend slowly.

This daughter of the President possessed formidable combat prowess. Even if she went to the Federation, she would at least earn the title of “supernova.”

As nurous abnormalities and anomalies were resolved, the investigation team suffered increasing casualties, but they ventured deeper into the Dragon Nest.

They had left the plains area and were now traveling along a narrow path toward the highest point of the frozen tundra.

Utilizing God’s Eye View, Tang Qi observed the adventure of the investigation team, naturally detecting many concealed elents.

For example, their chosen route was precisely the shortest and most suitable for passage.

And surrounding them, in various regions ravaged by snowstorms, another extraordinary organization was assisting by eliminating potential monsters threatening the investigation team.

The Endless Flesh Sect!

When the perspective shifted, nothing remained hidden.

In the Light Screen before Tang Qi, these scenes were displayed. The magicians from the Flesh Sect, using the snowstorm as cover, were tirelessly aiding the investigation team initiated and controlled by the Twisted Dragon Sect. A crucial piece of evidence was the creature ford from Gregory’s reproductive organ.

The magicians worked with astonishing efficiency, employing various extraordinary abilities capable of permanently altering the terrain, swiftly annihilating entire groups of monsters before they could approach the investigation team.

It seed incredible—the Endless Flesh Sect was the Twisted Dragon’s mortal enemy.

In the eyes of the forr, the half-dragon magicians were the followers of the “Traitor” they most despised and were heretics that must be destroyed.

However, this was an exceptional mont.

“The Endless Flesh Sect was well aware of the Twisted Dragon’s conspiracy. They were complicit in helping Vladimir and his group bring the ‘sacrifice’ into the Dragon Nest to conduct a ritual opening the portal… only then would the real confrontation begin.”

As Tang Qi uttered these words, an astonishing scene unfolded on the Light Screen.

Having braved various monstrous nests, the investigation team finally reached the highest point of the snowfield. They could now see the towering peak resembling a portal but covered in terrifying ice spikes, at its base leading to a cavernous structure from where blood-red light gushed outwards.

Just a glance, and certain temporary investigators with weak resistance felt their bodies beginning to mutate—skin sprouting nodules and at tumors, facial features distorting, even self-activating and detaching, or limbs swelling, sprouting so extraneous organs…

The bizarre sight heightened the investigators’ vigilance, and the correct action now was clearly to retreat.

The genuine official personnel within the team, few as they were, included those from the Red Square and Anna. They were awaiting Vladimir’s command, but as seconds passed, pollution continued, and still, no order ca.

“General, you…”

Still wearing battle armor, revealing only an incomparably beautiful face, Anna turned her head to ask.

At that mont, she saw Vladimir and the elderly woman with red lips; both showed her an incredibly eerie, twisted smile.

At the sa ti, along with the two of them, the Half-Dragon Mage within the investigation team began to recite sothing quietly, producing a sound that was obscure and grating, causing anyone who heard it to beco annoyed and nauseous.

It seed like so sort of cult prayer spell or a deliberate provocation.

The next second, the “rugged ice peak,” hiding a blood-glowing cave, seed to co alive.

The vast ice surface suddenly shimred with blood light, and then, amidst the sound of “gurgle~ gurgle,” bubbling blood erged, revolting skin covered with tiny at tumors flipped over, and huge, crimson, malicious “eyeballs” appeared suddenly without warning.

Instantly, the investigation team saw a mountain of flesh and ice.

The ntal pollution covered nearly everyone in the crushing field.

Except for Tang Qi and two others, Hu Zu shielded by Yellow’s Old Servant, and the Half-Dragon Mages, everyone else was completely controlled.

Among them was Anna, who possessed destructive firepower.

Her incomparably beautiful face beca expressionless.

Together with other temporary investigators, she moved like a puppet, heading toward the cave filled with blood light.

The perspective shifted; in the light screen before Tang Qi, an unprecedented nausea-inducing scene suddenly appeared.

The Dragon Nest Abnormal Area was already a place filled with various anomalies, cold and evil, but compared to the “cave” where over two hundred investigators were walking, the dull gray outside seed clean and beautiful.

Everywhere visible was flesh.

This was an incredibly vast and complex nest; its original appearance was beyond guesswork, and everywhere was covered with mutated flesh.

The ground beneath was like a “blood blanket,” soft and sticky, damp with a squelching sound accompanying every step, and the distant cave walls were the sa, embedded with eyeballs, hair, viscera, and so limbs not limited to the human species.

Sticky intestines hung from above, crimson giant bones cross intertwined with attached shredded at, red at fibers writhed like vines.

These images involuntarily reminded Tang Qi of his previous experience on the “Mayan Ruins Black Prophet.”

But comparing, the flesh cave known as the Dragon Nest was even more nauseating.

Apart from this special terrain, there were many different shaped monsters, like walking at tumors, rolling balls covered in black hair, detached hands with facial features moving autonomously, brain pulp monsters housed in gray-white skulls… These abnormalities each had peculiar movent trajectories, none of them attacking the investigation team.

Over two hundred figures controlled or feigning control walked chanically towards the depths of the Dragon Nest.

Various foul-slling, dark images flashed by, about an hour later, the investigation team stopped.

“Boom”

Vladimir, this tall Demigod General, stomped and burst a giant at tumor.

The foul blood and shredded at splashed, but he didn’t care at all, looking extrely fervently towards the front.

There lay an abyss, a pure pit made of mutated flesh, leading unknown depths underground.

“Boom!”

The storm, filled with intense pollution, swept up from the deepest part of the pit.

Red light occasionally mixed within the storm, even containing exceedingly fine flesh powder.

The pollution powerful enough to twist any “life” composed of flesh surged within the red light and dust.

“Abnormal Area: Dragon Nest, Polluted Land by ‘Apodoras Ophelia’s’ Divine Flesh Pollution, if not eliminated, will continue to pollute endlessly…”

“Hmm?”

As Tang Qi read the information fragnts, he suddenly noticed sothing, while the tool man “Tang Wang” simultaneously turned to look at the sudden ergence beside the three of them, a figure dressed in armor yet completely charred without any good skin, resembling a charcoal.

The figure expressed a peculiar deep affection through his charred eyes, gazing at Olga, the Slavic Princess.

His polluted voice, seemingly deliberately suppressed, echoed in the depths of Olga’s mind.

“Olga… the one who betrayed all my love, the one who brought endless humiliation… you’ve finally returned.”

“… Quick, leave here, I can sense it, Abel’s shaless brute is about to descend…”

The angry yet worried urgent voice made Tang Qi slightly stunned.

Blinking, the charcoal identity was revealed.

“Extraordinary Creatures: Prince Samien, the Charcoal Prince burned by Dragon Breath…”
