In Secret Phoenix City’s Lower City District, three figures stood atop the roof of a building slated for demolition. Soon, as the spot drew nearer, most of its bodily outline beca distinct.

Particularly in the chest area, two slabs of plate-like muscles moved with its breath, resembling animated armor.
Under its ribs, bat-like mbranous wings stretched out, flapping and stirring the airflow.
What drew the most attention, however, was its head. Its facial bones elongated like a lizard’s, with a pair of blood-red vertical pupils that reflected cruelty, bloodlust, and cunning.
“A cold-blooded creature?”
This thought barely surfaced in Tang Qi’s mind when the monster, as if catching a scent, twitched its nostrils. Below them appeared gills with four slits. Without hesitation and guided by the scent of ice cream to its nose, a childlike innocence surprisingly flickered in its cruel eyes.

Hiss!
A deep pit abruptly appeared in the hard ground, and the rising dust was instantly dispersed by a burst of searing hot steam.
With wisps of fiery red, this steam was bursting forth from its gills and beneath the scales, scorching everything in its path black.
It beca frenzied, an unstoppable blur before the ice cream truck window. From its lizard-like mouth, a forked tongue snaked out, its voice conveying both cold expectation and confused delight.
“Surprise… flavor!”
As YDF-066 finished speaking, the agent codenad “Skinny Bird” began operating the ice cream truck. His hands were completely steady, and his eyes perfectly calm, as if he were a machine, not a living human.
Three seconds later, a vivid red ice cream cone was handed to the monster.
The leftover shadows flickered away, and the cone was already in the grasp of the monster, its pale red scales starkly visible.
Given the size of its mouth, it could’ve swallowed the ice cream whole.
Yet, it licked vigorously with its forked tongue amidst hissing sounds.
The scene was both childishly innocent and disgustingly terrifying.

The smaller one naturally belonged to the ice cream cone.

From within the dust cloud, a figure charged like a tank.

They opened them on the spot, assembling a coffin-like box made of unknown tal with a square-like shape.
Inside, a liquid with a strong pungent sll rapidly filled the box.
The Stone-Eyed Agent stretched out his pale hand, caressed the one-eyed symbol on his mask a few tis, and a low chanting spell resounded.
Suddenly, a strange wind whipped up, enveloping ‘YDF-066,’ which was nearly lting the ground into a large pit, and slowly lowered it into the coffin.
Following the “sizzling” sound, the coffin sealed slowly.
“YDF-066, has been re-contained!”
In that rich voice, there finally ca a hint of joy.
