Chapter 306: Chapter 304 Esralda

Winston Town, an alley brimming with decadence and a mysterious air, unlike the raucous festivities elsewhere, here it was eerily quiet, as if everyone had retired to their dreams ahead of ti.

Crack!

The first disturbance ca from outside of a bookstore.

It was a stout, grey-white tree root that abruptly broke through the pavent tiles, jutting out. Then, one after another, similar roots burst forth from the ground at an alarming speed. They appeared to be living entities, growing at a terrifying pace and fusing together.

Soon, in front of the bookstore, a peculiar portal appeared.

Amidst the flickering lights, figures began to erge. Most of these figures were clad in the traditional and vibrant attire of gypsy girls, and there was not a single male figure among them. Each one of them emanated a torrent of Magic Power.

Their leader was a woman whose age was difficult to assess.

Her attire was also quite unique; not only was it not the dress of a gypsy girl, but it also didn’t seem to fit that of a witch.

She wore a sowhat fanciful hat, slightly thick black-rimd glasses, her hair was a ssy black. Beneath her light-colored sweater and loose-fitting trousers, it appeared her hands were still stained with ink.

This image could convince anyone she was a hobody.

Who would have thought?

This was actually the leader of the rada Witch Group, a force that could stand against the “Immortal Council” and the “Seven Ancestor Descendants.”

Esralda!

She led a group of witches out, her gaze imdiately falling upon two figures in front of the bookstore.

Appearing at so unknown ti were the Tree Demon, this old granny, and Sally.

Esralda, this Witch Leader, truly made it hard for one to associate her with words like “mysterious” and “powerful.” She first nodded smilingly at her fan, the Tree Demon, and then turned an excited gaze towards Sally.

Before the girl could fully react, a pair of arms wrapped around her, hugging her tightly.

At the sa ti, an excited voice rang out.

“Wow, little Sally has finally grown up, huh? When I found you back then, you were just a little wrinkly thing, and now you’re so pretty. I must draw you into my comic book, and you must be the main character.”

“Ah, I’ve got it! I can start a new comic book, with such a pretty character design for little Sally, this ti it absolutely, positively won’t be rejected by the publishers.”

The mysterious atmosphere of the alley was utterly destroyed by the Witch Leader in no ti at all.

Because of the reputation of the rada Witch Group, Esralda, as its leader, actually had quite a few worshippers on the Mysterious Side. Unlike the Tree Demon who liked comics, many female Transcendents worshipped Esralda for her strength and mystery.

If any of those Transcendents were actually here, they would surely experience the feeling of “idol disillusionnt.”

Indeed, were it not for her face with its imnse affinity and agelessness, anyone would unconsciously categorize her as a “weird aunt.”

That’s what Sally thought, anyway.

But she was no longer an ordinary, unlucky girl. Having started the Cultivation of the “Word Spirit Spell” and receiving Tang Qi’s usual guidance, Sally qualified as a bona fide Transcendent. She subconsciously sensed her surroundings and imdiately, her mind erupted with a “thunderous” commotion.

What she felt was like an ocean of inexhaustible Magic Power.

Compared to that, Sally felt incredibly minuscule.

Of course, that was an illusion. Nowadays, the “Magic Pool” that Sally could use was indeed far from comparable to that of a powerful witch like Esralda.

However, within Sally, there was a share of “Doomsday Magic,” truly belonging to the power of the Exotic Realm Gods.

Once she digests it, her future will be boundless.

Sally’s movents were covert, but it was impossible to keep them from Esralda.

The next mont, Sally felt herself leave the warm embrace.

Esralda looked mischievously at the young girl and said, “Little Sally, although you don’t know it, your aunt has always been keeping an eye on you. Your mother told your aunt that our little Sally is a shy, introverted, and adorable girl.”

“It seems a bit different now.”

“It must be your credit, as the Guardian.”

The last sentence clearly wasn’t ant for Sally.

The Witch Leader’s gaze suddenly fell on Sally’s side.

There, a wisp of smoke twisted into appearance, and without a sound, Tang Qi materialized before everyone’s eyes.

As Esralda revealed his hiding place, Tang Qi seed not to notice the anger and dissatisfaction cast by the other rada witches, his gaze focused, almost scrutinizingly, on Esralda.

“Boom”

A powerful ghost light surged out unexpectedly.

A special scene slowly materialized.

[Extraordinary Creatures: Witch Leader.]

[State: Normal.]

[Information Fragnt One: One of the powerful Extraordinary Forces in Secret Phoenix State, the leader of the rada Witch Group, Esralda. Her witch group belongs to the Neutral Camp, yet she is undoubtedly one of the strongest witches in the Federation today. If it weren’t for the curse in her bloodline, she might have already touched the realm beyond the ‘Professional Level’.]

[Information Fragnt Two: Becoming a witch was not Esralda’s ambition. If she could, she would prefer to be a best-selling comic book artist.]

As expected, Tang Qi did not acquire very detailed Information Fragnts.

His Special Ability only managed to decipher two pieces of information from Esralda. This was because the Witch Leader did not use the power of witchcraft to shield herself, otherwise, Tang Qi suspected that he might not have been able to decipher even these two pieces of information.

If we were to purely compare “levels,” the difference between them was sowhat significant.

On the surface, it seed to be only a “Professional Level” apart.

Unfortunately, the term ‘Professional Level’ actually encompasses a vast range of levels.

Determination of Professional Level depends on whether a Transcendent has obtained Extraordinary Power from the Mysterious Side.

Tang Qi’s combat abilities surpassed the Professional Level, but his main practice, the lter ditation thod or Ralph Witchcraft, had not broken through to enter the “Mysterious,” and therefore unable to obtain the corresponding Extraordinary Power. Hence, he could not be referred to as Professional Level.

The “Black and White Hounds” previously slain by Tang Qi, due to genetic modification, had acquired a sort of “Extraordinary Power” that allowed them to transform.

Even so, they were no match for Tang Qi.

If they faced Esralda, it would likely be even more pitiful.

Because the Extraordinary Power that this Witch Leader obtained from the “Mysterious” is definitely unimaginably terrifying. Perhaps in the vast Shepherd Sect, only Mr. Lecter could fight Esralda on equal footing.

Although only two Information Fragnts were obtained, one of them made Tang Qi reveal a thoughtful expression.

He had previously acquired similar information, but after all, it had not been verified by his special ability.

Now that it was confird as true, Tang Qi imdiately made a decision in his heart.

He continued to look at Esralda with a peculiar gaze, then suddenly smiled and said, “Madam, I think we should have a good talk, about Sally and the prophecy.”

“Yes, right now, a private conversation, just you and , because there really isn’t much ti.”

After Tang Qi finished speaking, his gaze involuntarily shifted towards the depths of Winston Town.

There, a terrifying presence was slowly Awakening, and Tang Qi felt as if he could see streams of madness, coldness, and destruction, like dense invisible maggots, continuously crawling out from the Nihility Nest, seemingly heralding the arrival of sothing.

Upon hearing Tang Qi’s words, Esralda paused for a mont, following his gaze towards the nest.

“Alright!”

The Witch Leader turned around and readily agreed.
