Chapter 214: Chapter 214 True Docuntary

After slaying Samra, Tang Qi’s mind completely relaxed.

At this mont, his view of the war between Hastu Club and the llon Family was entirely from the perspective of an observer.

He would not, like Hall or Sith, force his way into the fray as a third party.

Now, sser City had beco a complex “battlefield,” where most of Tang Qi’s thought was to witness the might displayed by these two Extraordinary Forces. Even rely as an onlooker, he could enhance his knowledge of Mysticism.

Of course, he would also witness so shrewd maneuvers.

For instance, the recently acquired news that the llon Family, perhaps in an attempt to protect themselves or even to strike a fatal blow, had resorted to using official forces to eradicate the Evil God contaminated group—Hastu Club. They had employed underhanded tricks, brimming with a sense of irony.

The ssage from Stanna:

Tomorrow, a docuntary titled “Hastu Club,” produced by llon Film Company, will have a preview in major cinemas across nine cities in Secret Phoenix State, including sser City. The chosen venue for the preview is a luxurious cinema not far from Thorns Campus…

Should the box office et expectations, it will be screened throughout the entire Federation!

Tang Qi thought his mind was open, but he never expected the llon Family to resort to such sly tactics.

The so-called docuntary’s content didn’t need guessing to understand.

What kind of people were in Hastu Club?

Perverts, through and through, even a re servant was a true pervert.

Only perverts could join the club.

So second-generation mbers of established families joined the club in search of pleasure but were ultimately expelled for not eting the perverted standards.

The club’s founder, Gary Ross, had a lifelong wish—to torture beautiful bodies.

According to Ronald’s dying screams, the entire club was filled with such perverts.

What appeared to be a mysterious avant-garde building was in fact akin to a “at grinder,” where fresh and beautiful lives—be they girls, boys, adults, the elderly, or even babies—were sent in to be tortured by those perverts.

If the llon Family truly used so unknown ans to capture all contents within the club…

And then made it into a docuntary to be publicly revealed.

The consequences were predictable.

Public outrage would not be able to touch the club, already contaminated by the Evil God and possessing Extraordinary Power. However, to quell the uproar, the authorities would definitely destroy the club utterly, at any cost, even if it ant deploying the army into sser City.

And the movie “Hastu Club” would also successfully join the ranks of “world’s banned films.”

“The llon Family is both seeking help and forcing the authorities. They might permit so abnormalities elsewhere to run unchecked, but this cancerous tumor in sser City must be eradicated at all costs.”

“In fact, without military intervention, with just the collaboration of Hall and Sith with the llon Family, the club’s odds are grim.”

“The authorities will almost certainly submit, even though they might have foreseen that when the peak of the Spiritual Tide Return arrives, the true state of the world can no longer be hidden. But before that, the authorities will still use every possible ans to maintain this last peace.”

While heading toward the storage compartnt, Tang Qi made his conclusion.

The “preview” had not yet started, and Tang Qi was not very keen on watching it. However, he would pay attention to the subsequent changes.

But before that, there was a small matter he hadn’t dealt with.

A small matter he had almost forgotten.

Tang Qi entered the storage room, pulled out a box directly, and upon opening it, familiar things appeared before his eyes.

So crude witchcraft artifacts, Old Morgan’s diary, and… the Soul Swapping Balance!

Compared to the first ti seeing it, the bizarre scale had beco incredibly dim.

It had only been in storage for a while, but it looked as though it had been left in the wilderness, weathered by wind and sun for decades.

Every part of it had decayed, covered in mottled copper rust, and particularly striking was that both pans of the scale had broken, leading anyone who saw it to one conclusion: this was a scrapped, worthless antique.

Tang Qi’s gaze fell directly upon the cross at the center.

There, a human figure was entwined and tornted by thorns.

Old Morgan!

In so ways, he was Tang Qi’s “benefactor”.

If not for this old fellow’s ambition, for his greed, it would have been difficult for Tang Qi to overturn his fate and rise to his current status.

In that confrontation, he failed, and so in Tang Qi’s stead, he was bound to the Soul Swapping Balance, becoming the new “Judgent Demon”, which sounded like a rather dignified title, when in fact it was nothing more than a monster that had to suffer tornt at all tis.

Especially after being taken to the Thorns Campus by Tang Qi, suppressed in the box, facing not only the tornt of the scale but also the oppression of the light power from the Confessor.

Dual tornts had left his soul on its last breath.

Even if Tang Qi did nothing, in ti the scale would completely disintegrate, and Old Morgan attached to it would likely vanish into thin air.

Most people would probably choose to let that happen.

Unfortunately, Tang Qi wouldn’t.

He directly took out the scale, and drank the “Spirit Communication Secret dicine” he had prepared, the essence of the Judgent Demon was the soul.

“Buzz!”

With a single touch on the scale, he injected a bit of Magic Power.

The Soul Swapping Balance that typically required a complex ritual was forcefully activated.

In the world turned gray and white, a weak soul bound to the scale slowly opened its eyes.

Then, he saw Tang Qi, and even though he had lost all power, he still struggled to open his eyes wide, his face already distorted from pain becoming utterly deranged, he was about to unleash the most vicious curse on Tang Qi.

But before he could speak, Tang Qi beat him to the punch, saying, “Old man, you can thank

later, I’ve specially co to give you your last liberation, and by the way, your Samra family, including that old woman, have all been sent back to the embrace of Osar the Great.”

“Now, it’s your turn, this is a mont of reunion.”

“No!”

“Boom!”

Just as Old Morgan was coming to, he heard news he couldn’t believe, the state of the Judgent Demon allowed him to easily discern the truth in Tang Qi’s words.

He was stunned for a mont, then the whole person twisted into a wisp of smoke, and then he saw a hand wrapped in golden Light Flas reaching over, in a flash it grasped the smoke, and with the flas blazing, all screams, roars, and endless resentnt dissipated in this mont.

Along with it disappeared the worn-out Soul Swapping Balance, which could no longer capture the next “Judgent Demon”, and after Old Morgan vanished, the scale turned into black ash, drifting down.

“Completely finished!”

“Now, I can go see the movie.”

Tang Qi stood up, indifferently speaking.
