Chapter 112: Chapter 112 Verbal Agreent

After discovering Samra’s mark on the first Curio, the Wizard’s Magic Wand, Tang Qi felt an ominous premonition rising from the depths of his heart.

Then, that premonition quickly beca reality.

Using his Special Ability, Tang Qi turned out Curio after Curio, only to find that aside from so insignificant materials and a few items of minimal power, the other Curios had all been marked by Samra.

This old man’s actions could only be described as viciously insane.

“Old Morgan as the eldest son, Balagon the second, and even the Harria Sisters who are his granddaughters, none of their Curios were marked. Only Abu’s…”

“So, this is the treatnt for the legitimate heir?”

...

Tang Qi looked at the pile of Curios in front of him, his brow furrowed tightly.

Even if these Curios were not available, the journey’s purpose had been achieved.

Any extra gains were considered a surprise.

But not being able to use any of these good things naturally made Tang Qi feel uncomfortable.

Without much ti to think, Tang Qi quickly made a decision.

“Since they can’t be utilized, might as well use them all to complete the final phase. With these weights, the success rate should be able to increase once more.”

Once Tang Qi was determined, he imdiately started packing all the marked Curios into another cloth bag.

Then, he returned to the inner room.

The floor was still a pile of black ash, and a body stood stiffly.

Fosca!

His red cloth appeared exceptionally bright in the dim environnt, and the sense of danger from him was also unprecedentedly intense.

In Old Morgan’s diary, he described Fosca as a terrifying monster.

Even soone as powerful as Balagon felt incredibly fragile against Fosca, making Tang Qi involuntarily speculate about what it would be like if Fosca went all out.

However, he soon shook his head and said, “If it cannot be used by , then no matter how strong it is, what’s the use?”

Two cloth bags were placed simultaneously on Fosca’s body.

Then, Tang Qi also placed his hand on his shoulder.

“Hum”

The Fog Body activated, and the two of them along with the bags turned into fog, twisting into a Fog Arrow and shooting out through a crack above the wooden house.

However, the direction they left in was not towards the Thorns Campus.

The Fog Arrow rged into the night, following an aerial route and quickly arriving at a familiar place.

Here, clearly an uninhabited suburb, the dark and eerie forest was filled with tombstones and a dilapidated, abandoned wooden house.

Georgeway Village, where Tang Qi first used the “trap” to kill a large number of abnormalities.

Perhaps because Tang Qi’s thods were too ruthless last ti, all abnormalities in this area had been wiped out by him, creating a peaceful empty zone. While various grueso and bloody cases were rising elsewhere, this place remained unusually calm.

Of course, this was only temporary. The empty territory would eventually be taken over by other abnormalities.

And due to these graves, even though it was peaceful, no one dared to relocate here.

Tang Qi arrived with Fosca at the place where the Tomb Guardian Ghoul was resurrected, looked around to make sure there was no human figure or other Biological creatures. He swiftly chose a long-neglected graveyard, dug it open without hesitation.

He threw Fosca, along with those marked Curios, into the coffin.

Then fogged again, taking back the Viper Drum and Secret dicine and a few unmarked Curios and materials to the campus.

Yet, he did not stop there, he put the Curios into a safe, then opened a certain wooden box and put a pair of items inside his chest.

Afterward, Tang Qi went to the living room wooden rack.

With a hint of strangeness on his face, Tang Qi reached out to take the glass bottle covered with black cloth from above, and left his own small building once more. After leaving the Thorns Campus, he fogged again and soon rushed back to Georgeway Village.

In the cetery, darkness and eeriness enveloped everything.

Inside the abandoned wooden house, an old coffin was placed, containing marked Curios and the quietly lying Fosca.

Tang Qi, holding a glass bottle, stood in front of the coffin.

After a mont of silence, Tang Qi lifted the black cloth, revealing the barely alive Professor Cassel inside.

The deadline of ten days was approaching.

If Tang Qi delayed any longer, poor Professor Cassel would not be far from death.

Fortunately, at this mont, he finally heard the long-awaited good news.

“Thump thump.”

“Professor Cassel, your gospel has arrived.”

Tang Qi tapped lightly on the glass with his finger, perhaps because of being close to death, his state was not good, and after hearing Tang Qi’s voice, he remained dazed for a breath before suddenly coming to life, vigorously waving his slimy tentacles.

Snap~ Snap snap!

The scene inside the glass bottle made Tang Qi feel as though he was raising a vibrant octopus.

Unfortunately, that was not the case.

“Professor, I think you can feel the perfection of the body in front of you, as long as you’re not a racist. But even if you are, I suppose you would still accept it, as it is a Transcendent body.”

“Snap snap!”

Professor Cassel quickly slapped the inner walls of the glass bottle with his tentacles, Tang Qi could clearly feel his joy.

In his lifeti, Professor Cassel had already been an Extraordinary Person.

After all, ordinary people could not concoct Spider Demon Secret dicine and transfer their souls into Essos Ghost Grass.

Even though he had lost his secret dicine knowledge, it didn’t hinder him from having other tricks. For example, he could clearly feel at this mont that the black body before him was unimaginably powerful.

Most importantly, it seed to only contain an extrely tiny soul, like that of a baby.

If a ritual could be perford, his aged soul could instantly devour it and take its place.

Then, he might even be able to use this horrific body to beco a super strong being, not only instantly killing this detestable high school student but also preserving his youth and continuing his pursuit of eternal life.

Professor Cassel forcefully suppressed his killing intent, showing only his delight.

Unfortunately, in his current state, he couldn’t see the mocking expression that erged at the bottom of Tang Qi’s eyes while watching him.

Tang Qi’s slow voice continued.

“It seems that the Professor is indeed very satisfied with the body I found for you, but before performing the ritual, I think we can make so gentlemanly agreents. There’s no need for a written contract; a verbal agreent will suffice.”

“I, trust Professor Cassel’s character greatly.”

“Snap snap?”

The Professor didn’t perceive anything wrong, and he patted the glass bottle several tis in response to Tang Qi.

While Tang Qi deliberately aid the mouth of the bottle inside the coffin, as if purposefully showcasing the powerful-looking Curios, he continued: “Professor, both this body and these Curios were actually snatched from a terrible witch, who of course is unaware of my existence.”

“So, I can perform the ritual for you, change bodies, and even give all these Curios to you. If you encounter that witch in the future, or if the witch cos looking for you, you must not reveal my existence.”

“Oh right, after the ritual, because of the fusion involved, you will not be able to move, fortunately, you won’t need to breathe, so you will have to rest in this coffin for a while. When the ti cos, I will dig you out again.”

“Can the Professor agree to this agreent?”

After Tang Qi finished speaking, he fell silent.

His gaze remained on the Activated Essos Ghost Grass inside the glass bottle, waiting for its response.

In a spot completely invisible to Professor Cassel, in Tang Qi’s arms, a pair of strange ears were faintly glowing with ghost light.
