To his surprise, after dispersing the demonic energy within that elder's consciousness using the power of Buddhist light, Ye Liuyun discovered a massive golden bell shielding the elder's soul.
By then, it was too late to switch targets. In desperation, Ye Liuyun withdrew his consciousness and seized the alien elder by the nape, simultaneously poisoning him with his toxic essence while sealing his true energy using the power of his spatial realm.
Just as his ti manipulation reached its limit, ti resud its flow. From the altar erged a golden-armored alien with three eyes.

Yet, at that very instant, Ye Liuyun's clone struck the altar with a spatial-infused slash. The altar trembled violently, nearly collapsing. The golden-armored alien, still halfway out, lurched from the impact, causing the white beam to veer off course and strike deep into the alien ranks.
The clone imdiately activated ti manipulation, teleporting Ye Liuyun to its side before fleeing at full speed with both him and the captured elder in tow.
By the ti ti normalized again, the clone had already escaped far into the distance.
Now, one of the clone's souls joined Ye Liuyun's consciousness as they invaded the alien elder's mind once more. Together, they burned a hole through the golden bell's defense with Netherfla before branding the elder with a slave seal.
Despite borrowing the power of his spatial realm, the poisoned and energy-sealed elder failed to break Ye Liuyun's restraints. Only after the slave seal took hold did Ye Liuyun withdraw the poison and stow him away in his spatial realm.
Then, cloaking himself once more in his invisibility mantle, he and his clone used spatial manipulation to shake off their pursuers before returning to their military camp.
Unable to catch them, the enraged aliens vented their fury by slaughtering a few patrolling swallows before ultimately retreating in frustration.
anwhile, the three-eyed golden-armored alien—now fully erged from the altar—was none other than Reyden, the aliens' prized warrior.
The other nine Three-Eyed Golden Armored aliens who had trained with him, along with all the Golden Armored Elders, had ford equal soul contracts with him. Thus, if any of them were killed or controlled, the others would know imdiately.
The aliens had indeed made extensive preparations to defend against soul attacks for this final battle.
