"Since that’s the case, then I won’t insist anymore." Cai Yi’s gaze fell on Yun Yue, and after a few polite words, she left.

Yun Yue withdrew her gaze and now turned to look at Qu Yingying, whose eyes were sowhat evasive, even fearful.

"Qingqing, I want to go to the supermarket to buy so snacks, co with , I’ll treat you to ice cream." Qu Yingying just wanted to escape quickly; her gaze and aura were simply too terrifying.

"Ah, okay." Chen Qingqing didn’t really want to go, it was too hot outside, but the offer of ice cream made it tolerable.

"Then you rest well, I’m leaving first, call anyti if you need an errand done." Jiang Ying said with a smile, running errands for Sister Yue was her unique task.

The only regret was that Yingtao was registered at Beijing Film Academy, not on the sa campus as her; otherwise, running errands for Yingtao every day would have been possible too.

"Okay." Yun Yue nodded, placed her backpack on the table, her hands grasping the guardrail on the bed backwards, bent over with a jump, and she was already on the bed.

Pan Lingxin gaped, startled.

"Yun Yue, you..."

It was really scary; if her hands hadn’t gripped properly, she would have landed headfirst.

But that mont she flipped up was really cool!

How could a girl be so effortlessly cool!

Yun Yue glanced down at her and simply stated, "Standard procedure."

After saying that, she stacked the pillows high, found a comfortable position, and lay down with her headphones on.

Aunt Qiong was very thoughtful, knowing she disliked being disturbed, she had installed curtains around her bed, which indeed made things a lot more convenient.

She reached out to pull the curtains closed, blocking most of the light, and then closed her eyes for a nap.

It was almost ti for class in the afternoon, and Pan Lingxin hesitated under Yun Yue’s bed, unsure whether to wake her.

"Lingxin, we have to go, we’ll be late, the professor won’t say anything if Yun Yue doesn’t go, but we will lose points if we are late." Chen Qingqing was fretting; she needed to get both a scholarship and financial aid, attendance was definitely essential.

Pan Lingxin looked up and finally left with the two of them.

After they left, Yun Yue slept until three in the afternoon before getting up, checked the ti, opened the curtains to find no one around, slightly quirked her lips, braced her right hand against the bed, and jumped off in a neat move, casually packed up, and left with her backpack.

Both physics and math classes were so dull and dry; Yun Yue passed by classrooms full of half-asleep students.

She went directly to the usual first-year physics classroom.

"chanical vibrations..."

On the podium, Prof. Jian was in the midst of an impassioned lecture when a voice suddenly interrupted him.

"Reporting, I’m here for the class."

"What ti is it now? You’re just coming to class, what’s your na, I’ll mark you absent!"

Interrupted, Prof. Jian was extrely displeased, imdiately opening his record book, ready to note down Yun Yue’s na.

Yun Yue stood at the doorway, casually stating her na, "Yun Yue."

"Yun..." Prof. Jian paused in his writing, turned his head, and smiled warmly at her at the door, "Ah, it’s Mr. Yun, please, take a seat wherever you like."

The entire classroom watched as Prof. Jian’s attitude did a complete turnaround, so wondering if his soul had been swapped; in nearly three days of classes, they had only seen him mildly smile at the class leader.

His expression was almost splitting into a grin now.

He wasn’t unsmiling, just selective about whom he smiled at!

Even if Yun Yue scored full marks in the college entrance examination, they couldn’t believe she knew more after missing three days of classes.

"Professor, we can’t accept this, why doesn’t it count as skipping classes when Yun Yue doesn’t attend for three days, yet we can’t even be a minute late?"

"Yeah, you can’t be biased in your judgnt, she might be a top scorer in the college entrance exam, but if she skips classes every day, I can’t believe she still scores full marks in university."

Not to ntion scoring full marks, she probably could only handle a few multiple-choice questions.

Gu Yue sat in his seat, his expression calm as he watched the people at the door, a slight smile appearing in his eyes as he heard his classmates’ complaints.

She remained as whimsical and unconventional as ever.

Ignoring their voices, Yun Yue directly sat next to Gu Yue.

She crossed her legs and with a teasing look gliding across his face, she joked, "Long ti no see, Gu Yue, you look even darker than Lin Xuanze now."

Gu Yue: "..."

Her mouth was still as sharply venomous.

He heard Lin Xuanze had gone to so sumr training camp. He was in the military, how could these two be compared?

Prof. Jian pushed his presbyopic glasses up and looked at them sternly, "If any of you has a complaint, have you scored full marks on an exam or understood all the exercises in the textbook?"

Most of the class imdiately shut up, but a few stubborn students dared to speak up.

"We can’t score full marks, which is why we sit here to learn. Yun Yue hasn’t attended for three days, how could she possibly score full marks?"

"Exactly, Prof. Jian, you have to treat everyone equally! We are all freshn, why does she get special treatnt?"

"Oh look! You’re arguing with now, aren’t you?" Prof. Jian snorted coldly, looking at these ignorant kids.

It had only been three days since school started, and they hadn’t grasped the first Chapter of the textbook, yet there they were, telling him how unjust it was that Yun Yue could potentially score full marks on a senior’s exam.

"We don’t dare argue with you, we just want fairness."

After all, they were students, they didn’t dare to openly defy Prof. Jian.

Prof. Jian stared aningfully at the student and said, "Alright, since you all feel aggrieved, let’s not have a lesson today. Let’s have a test instead."

A bunch of little brats. Don’t bla him for being ruthless; bla them for bringing it upon themselves.

"I have a set of freshman test papers here, I had planned to use them at the end of the month for the monthly assessnt. But since you all think you’re so great, why wait until the test? Let’s do it today."

The students under the lectern widened their eyes, just three days of lectures and now a test on a month’s curriculum, what a ss.

"You want fairness, right? Whoever can score full marks, or even 90, which isn’t too hard for you, as long as you can score over 90, you’re free to co to class or not this sester," Prof. Jian said proudly, sweeping a look over them.

"If no one reaches this score, from now on, attend my class properly! Class monitor, go to the academic office and get these papers. Tell them I said so, and the deputy monitor, collect everyone’s phones."

Gu Yue stood up, and Yun Yue retracted her legs to let him pass.

These two actually being class monitors, truly outstanding.

When it was Yun Yue’s turn, she raised an eyebrow, tossed her heavy phone into the basket, and then scooted over to leave a space.

The classroom was a large one, even with a seat between them, there was enough room.

After a while, Gu Yue returned with a stack of thick test papers and distributed them.

"The duration of the test is written at the top. An hour and a half, easy questions, I hope you don’t disappoint ," Prof. Jian sat on the lectern and after finishing his statent, he didn’t even glance their way, just played on his phone.
