She didn’t stay long in room 6106; after hacking Yunshang Hotel’s surveillance, she headed straight out.

anwhile, Feng Ye received a call from Xiao Feng.

The surveillance at Yunshang Hotel had been hacked...

Recognizing the perpetrator as Y, Feng Ye wasn’t as angry this ti. The top hacker in the Hacker World who could even steal data from the International Police—who could stop him from hacking a hotel surveillance system?

Yun Yue stepped out of her room, making sure no one was around before entering the won’s restroom to change back into her clothes. She then casually opened the door with her hands in her pockets.

At that mont, the cleaning lady was tidying up, and their gazes collided.

The other’s eyes were bloodshot, her facial expression wildly arrogant, her careless gaze looking down on everything, exuding a rogue air.

Quite intimidating really.

Yun Yue walked out, and the cleaning lady stepped aside to let her pass.

Watching her retreating figure still felt sowhat intimidating.

The young girl wasn’t old, but she had an intimidating presence.

Having asked for a night off, Yun Yue strolled leisurely, in no rush to go back.

She headed to the elevator intending to have dinner before returning.

She slung her backpack over her shoulder, which looked bulkier than usual, whistled, and gazed ahead nonchalantly.

Around the corner from the elevator, a tall figure approached, and she bumped into him, her hat falling to the ground.

A familiar, pleasant tobacco scent filled her nostrils; she had slled it just before. Her nose bumped against his chest, causing her to frown slightly.

"Are you okay?"

A deep, magnetic voice ca from above her. Yun Yue clearly rembered this voice...

Feng Ye, sowhat astonished, saw that Master Chen had been bumped into. The figure looked a bit like a little brat?

She took a few steps back, her eyes misty, possibly from the bump to her nose, looking innocent but with a cold expression, probably due to the impact.

Feng Ye’s eyes widened. It really was a little brat!

What was she doing here?!

Shouldn’t she be at evening self-study?

Had she skipped class?!

Xiao Chen saw a fleeting look of astonishnt in Yun Yue’s eyes and his gaze landed on her reddened nose tip.

Thankfully, it was real.

Her features were delicate, with a pronounced nose bridge, long and fine eyelashes, apricot-colored eyes, and beautiful lips that resembled a smiling mouth. All these combined to form a face with an icy, rogue-like coldness.

Her hat had fallen, and her hair was slightly disheveled, exhaling a rogue vibe.

Yun Yue looked up at him, his deep gaze unreadable.

To avoid him, she had lingered on purpose upstairs, not expecting to encounter him right out of the elevator.

"You bumped into , please buy dinner." Yun Yue stated coldly, her deanor both wild and proud.

Feng Ye couldn’t believe it. Was this little brat trying to swindle Master Chen?

It was clearly her who wasn’t watching her way.

He thought Master Chen would likely refuse, but the next second he heard his voice.

"What do you want to eat?"

He seed especially easy-going, his lips slightly curved, in a good mood.

Master Chen seed to have a soft spot for this little brat.

Yun Yue squinted, seemingly having swindled a al, and gleefully slouched, exuding a boss-like aura, "Anything."

She didn’t bring any money.

"Let’s eat here then, the food is quite good." Xiao Chen bent down to pick up the fallen hat and placed it on Yun Yue’s head, his palms brushing subtly over the top of her head...

Xiao Chen pressed the elevator button.

Yunshang Hotel was the best hotel in Lan City, serving quite decent als.

Yun Yue pursed her lips, her expression under the brim of the hat rebelliously flamboyant.

In the elevator, Xiao Chen turned to Feng Ye and said, "Go get the stuff."

Feng Ye nodded silently, still wondering how the little brat happened to be here.

Xiao Chen took Yun Yue to a private room, even larger than the one Lin Xiang had taken her to last ti.

The room was fully equipped with everything imaginable.

"What would you like to eat?" Xiao Chen sat at the round dining table, flipping through the nu with his distinctively slender hands, his phoenix eyes slightly raised as he watched Yun Yue sit unrestrainedly.

"Whatever."

Xiao Chen withdrew his gaze; the kid had a discerning taste.

He ordered one dish from each cuisine and then slowly sat waiting for the food to arrive.

The table was laden with sugar, and Yun Yue, with her sharp eyes, took a few pieces and put them in front of her, tearing off the wrappers and popping them into her mouth. She bowed her head to play with her phone.

Xiao Chen leaned back in his chair, watching her play. Her hand movents were slow, but she always managed to dodge at the crucial monts.

During the wait for the food, Yun Yue had already eaten five pieces of sugar. Just as she was reaching for more, she realized there was no more sugar on the table.

A crimson tint colored Yun Yue’s eyes, her expression both cold and fierce.

Xiao Chen furrowed his brows, looking at her. "Kids shouldn’t eat too much sugar."

Was she substituting sugar for als?

No wonder she looked pale and thin—it must be from eating sugar.

"I’m not a kid," Yun Yue frowned.

She seed especially irritable when she couldn’t get sugar, her eyes and eyebrows tinged with impatience as Xiao Chen’s gaze shimred slightly.

At that mont, the food started arriving, and he served her a bowl of rice.

"Let’s eat."

You’re not a kid.

You’re just underage.

Feng Ye happened to walk in, found a seat, and sat down, as they hadn’t started eating and he was really hungry.

He served himself so rice and quietly glanced at the array of dishes on the table—there was a decent selection.

Seeing Master Chen attending to Yun Yue’s al like an old mother, his hands trembled slightly, unable to pick up the food.

"Don’t just eat vegetables, there’s at too," Xiao Chen watched as she picked her food, still discerning.

She avoided dishes with onions, garlic, or ginger, picking only vegetables and sweet dishes.

No wonder she was malnourished.

"There, eat the at, you’re still growing," Xiao Chen said in a gentle tone as he served her so lean at, sounding like he was coaxing a child.

CRACK!

Feng Ye’s chopsticks hit the floor.

He choked slightly, unable to swallow the rice in his mouth.

At the sound he made, both Xiao Chen and Yun Yue glanced sidelong at him, one with a detached deanor and the other expressionless.

Feng Ye felt slighted...

He picked up a new pair of chopsticks and continued eating, his head down, occasionally glancing up.

Finally, he tentatively spoke, "Master Chen, I also want so of that braised pork."

He admitted he was showing off!

"Hands are a useful thing," Xiao Chen’s gaze swept past his right hand.

Instinctively, Feng Ye withdrew his hand under the table, feeling as if a knife had just grazed his arm.

Talk about preferential treatnt!

This was it!

And yet, the bratty kid was still discontented, pushing aside the dishes Master Chen had served to her.

So ungrateful!

She could give it to !

This was Master Chen’s personally served dish!

He could boast about it to his brothers for a lifeti.

He finished his al quickly, then picked up his phone to send a ssage to Xiao Feng.

He wanted to brag properly.

An hour took Yun Yue to finish her bowl of rice, thanks to Xiao Chen’s kindness; she tended to every dish on the table.

Her stomach was sowhat bursting.

Xiao Chen wiped his mouth corner; his movents graceful. His clean pale face, distinctly angular, emanated a captivating allure from his deep black eyes.

Turning his head, he looked at Yun Yue with her eyes downcast, his expression softening, "Shall I take you ho?"

Checking the ti, Yun Yue nodded slightly. First Middle School was about to end its evening self-study. She snapped on her cap, covering most of her face.

After settling the bill, Feng Ye drove the car to the front of the Yunshang Hotel.
