With her jet-black hair casually draped over her shoulders, she exuded an exceptional aura.

"Minmin, who is that?" Mrs. Zhao gasped. The girl was too beautiful. She rembered Shen Xuan was very attractive, but this couldn’t possibly be Shen Xuan.

Her deanor didn’t quite match. Shen Xuan had been raised with a silver spoon and educated by etiquette teachers from Beijing; her steps and deanor should have been those of a lady from a reputable family, not like this girl, who carried a hint of a bandit’s air.

"Mom, that’s Yun Yue." Zhao Min gritted her teeth as she stared at that unbearably arrogant figure. How could she have such a thuggish relative?

As she finished speaking, she saw her brother walk over to Yun Yue and stare at her, utterly infatuated.

Her eyes widened in astonishnt.

Her brother was quite the player, changing won as often as his clothes, any woman was fair ga to him, except her!

However, she was too busy to intervene now, as she needed to wait for Shen Xuan to appear, and for a distinguished guest from Beijing.

A figure suddenly appeared by her side, casting a detached glance.

"Do you still rember ?" Zhao Yang asked nervously. Seeing that she did not respond, he thought she had forgotten, "I was the one who asked for your WeChat at the mall last ti."

He was answered by silence.

He continued on his own, "I didn’t expect us to have such a fate, to et again here."

"This must be Zhonghai, right? I heard he’s beco a big boss," Yun Huaqin’s eyes, laden with aning, fell on Yun Zhonghai. Becoming a son-in-law through marriage, a phoenix man indeed has it good.

Yun Zhonghai greeted her with a smile.

Her gaze then fell on Yun Yue, noting her grandson chatting and laughing proactively with her, she knew what he was aiming for.

"Who is this?" she turned to Liu Lanfang.

"This is my granddaughter, Yun Yue," Liu Lanfang ntioned her, her tone proud.

Yun Huaqin nodded noncommittally, "Pretty, must resemble her mother."

Yun Zhonghai was neither handso nor ugly, barely passable, and she didn’t know how he managed to marry a wife who was both beautiful and wealthy.

"My granddaughter ntioned they were schoolmates at First Middle School; their grades must be good, right?" Yun Huaqin chuckled—her granddaughter was in the top class.

Yun Yue, I heard, was a transfer student who entered Class 7, always scoring zero on exams, a far cry from her granddaughter.

Liu Lanfang paused, then nodded slightly, "Yes, pretty good."

Yun Huaqin’s smile deepened, deciding not to expose her, wondering since when had she cared so much about face.

The set of jade jewelry Liu was wearing was even better than what she wore. Yun Zhonghai really married into which family, to be able to afford such expensive gifts for her.

The entrance made a commotion, and everyone looked towards the door.

Shen Xuan often followed Shen Jiping to various banquets, causing so people who knew her to look at her with wonder as she appeared.

"Shen Xuan, you’re here! Co with ." Zhao Min greeted her with a smile and a raised voice, attracting quite a bit of attention.

The na Shen Xuan had spread throughout Lan City; almost no one was unaware because many people tried to curry favor with the Shen Family. Hearing her na, everyone turned to look towards the entrance.

"Grandfather, this is my classmate, Shen Xuan, the disciple of the Vice President of the Beijing Piano Association," Zhao Min led her enthusiastically to Old Sir Zhao.

Old Sir Zhao greeted Shen Xuan kindly, "Miss Shen excels both in character and learning, achieving so much at such a young age. Your future accomplishnts will be boundless. Minmin, you should learn from Shen Xuan and take her as your model."

"It’s Shen Xuan, didn’t expect the Zhao Family to have such clout that they could invite Shen Xuan here!"

"Yes! Old Sir Zhao’s granddaughter and Shen Xuan are classmates."

They all understood clearly, with Shen Xuan as a connection, Zhao Min’s future wouldn’t be in a bad spot at all. She might even make sothing of herself in Beijing.

Feeling the gazes from around her, Zhao Min curved her lips and cheerfully spoke, "Grandpa, didn’t you ntion there’s a relative from Beijing? The birthday banquet is about to start, why haven’t I seen him yet?"

Old Sir Zhao himself was unsure. Though they were relatives, that person was notoriously tempestuous and known for walking sideways in Beijing, so he didn’t dare to ask why they hadn’t shown up.

Right when the banquet was about to start, a flashy sports car pulled up at the Zhao Family’s main gate.

Everyone at the banquet looked towards the door—just as the banquet was about to begin, soone arrived making quite an entrance.

Seeing the sports car, those who knew their cars changed their expressions and curiously looked at the person getting out of the car.

The man was tall and exuded an aristocratic air. Underneath his sunglasses, his high nose bridge and thick, stern eyebrows gave a sense of pressure. His thin lips parted slightly, and all heard the man’s voice, "I’m sorry, am I late?"

Already seated, Yun Yue, upon hearing the familiar yet flamboyant voice, paused in her handling of her phone and looked towards the door.

Old Sir Zhao didn’t recognize Feng Ye, but from his arrogant tone and the look of him, he could sowhat guess who it was. He hastened his steps to go and greet him.

He said with a chuckle, "Not late at all, you can co anyti."

Feng Ye curved his lips, took off his sunglasses, revealing a face that was both flamboyant and masculine. His indifferent gaze briefly swept over the people next to him.

"What should I call you?"

His father had insisted he attend this banquet, even though their familial relation was separated by three generations.

Old Sir Zhao, a significant figure in Lancheng, maintained a calm composure while conversing with several prominent figures of Lancheng before, but facing Feng Ye, he suddenly felt nervous and admiring.

"Grand... Granduncle," he wiped the sweat from his forehead.

"Oh, Granduncle, should we start the banquet then?" Feng Ye’s steps on the stone pavent were arrogant and haughty, his entrance even more domineering than when Yun Yue arrived.

"I wouldn’t dare, I wouldn’t dare." Old Sir Zhao at seventy-five, three tis the age of Feng Ye, bent his back hard against his innate noble bearing.

Those present were all keen observers. Old Sir Zhao’s attitude alone reflected the young man’s status. Coupled with the earlier conversation, they instantly guessed Feng Ye’s identity.

Is this the Zhao Family’s relative from Beijing?!

They discreetly took a few more glances, unable to deny the noble aura and the deanor of a man accustod to being in charge.

He led the way, "Now that you are here, we can start."

Feng Ye walked inside with his hands in his pockets, following him to the head seat.

His eyes caught a glimpse of a familiar figure at the corner of his vision, his cold dark eyes showing a flash of astonishnt.

Little brat?!

What is she doing here?

"Let introduce you all, this is the grandson of your great-aunt."

Zhao Yang’s gaze landed on Feng Ye, feeling a sense of awe in the presence of his intimidating aura.

Zhao Min’s eyes widened the mont Feng Ye took off his sunglasses, her body rigid with shock. She could never have imagined that the important figure from Beijing her grandfather spoke about was actually the assistant psychology teacher at Lancheng High School!

How could this be!

Instead of being a gentleman of Beijing, he ca all the way to Lancheng High School to be a psychology teacher!
