We wont be able to back off once it cos to violence in the very Capital. But if we withdraw without doing anything after having such beauties flaunted before us and getting humiliated like this, we wouldnt be able to keep other nobles in line even with our status as a Great Marquis House, which will lead to them lacking proper respect, distancing, and eventually deserting us.
