Hearing Uzumaki Yūki's words, Arata finally nodded in satisfaction. It seed that although this man's chakra level wasn't particularly impressive, his attainnts in sealing techniques were still fairly solid.

In truth, Arata himself didn't understand sealing arts all that well. If one were to speak purely in terms of sealing proficiency, Uzumaki Yūki was far inferior even to Uzumaki Suikyō—let alone compared to Uzumaki Suigetsu or Uzumaki Mito, with whom he wasn't even in the sa league.

The reason Yūki could seal the Nine-Tails at all was simply because Arata had already suppressed it completely. Under such circumstances, all Yūki really needed to do was "pack" the Nine-Tails into a container.

A powerhouse like Mito, on the other hand, could suppress the Nine-Tails on her own with Adamantine Sealing Chains and then seal it away without assistance.

So in the end, Yūki was relying on Arata's strength rather than his own mastery of sealing arts.

In fact, with the Nine-Tails restrained to this degree, almost any elite jōnin of the Uzumaki clan would have been capable of sealing it.

Once the fate of the Nine-Tails was settled, Arata turned back toward the civilians and said calmly,

"In a mont, I'll take you all to a safe place. You'll settle there temporarily. Once the seawater recedes a bit, I'll send people to help you rebuild your hos."

By now, the refugees obeyed Arata without question. After all, he had just accomplished the incredible feat of subduing the Nine-Tails before their very eyes.

Such power was simply beyond the imagination of ordinary people.

After that, Arata and Yūki were the first to leave the Kamui space. Even though the discussion about sealing the Nine-Tails was already over, Yūki still found it hard to believe that such a terrifying beast had been suppressed so completely by Arata.

It was like a pet—what kind of strength could possibly achieve sothing like that?

When Arata and Yūki had vanished earlier, the Uzumaki clan had imdiately fallen into a brief panic. Fortunately, there were those among them with enough experience to recognize Arata's space–ti ninjutsu, so they didn't go searching everywhere for the two of them.

Now that they had reappeared, so of the more curious clan mbers naturally crowded over.

"Yūki-sama, what were you doing just now?"

"Yeah, that technique—wasn't it space–ti ninjutsu?"

"Is the Nine-Tails nearby?"

Faced with the chatter, Uzumaki Yūki raised his hand to quiet them and said,

"This matter will be discussed later. The Nine-Tails has already been brought under Arata-sama's control. It will still be sealed into Kushina in the future."

Seeing that Yūki didn't wish to elaborate, no one dared to press further. After all, the Nine-Tails was a top-tier combat asset for any nation—naturally, matters concerning it would be classified at the highest level.

What they didn't know was that Yūki's silence wasn't about secrecy at all. It was simply because Arata's display of strength had been so outrageous that Yūki feared telling the truth outright would cause unnecessary panic.

Kushina becoming the Nine-Tails' jinchūriki wasn't even a secret within the Uzumaki clan. There was no real need to hide it—Yūki just hadn't yet recovered from the shock.

Arata, for his part, didn't interfere further with the Uzumaki clan. In the end, they would beco his subordinates anyway. He didn't need to involve himself in every detail—so long as the clan leader was loyal to him, that was enough.

What puzzled him instead was that the reward tied to the refugee-related system option still hadn't been issued. Arata guessed it was likely related to the Nine-Tails still being confined within the Kamui space.

As long as that creature remained there, there was always the possibility it could break free, since Arata's thods—powerful as they were—lacked permanence. They couldn't suppress the Nine-Tails indefinitely.

And as long as the Nine-Tails remained in the Kamui space, the refugees inside likely prevented the system from distributing the reward.

With that in mind, Arata led the Uzumaki clan another several dozen kiloters to the outskirts of a town. By then, it was already getting late.

He then transferred all the refugees out of the Kamui space. Moving hundreds of thousands of people at once was no easy task—even for Arata, it took several batches to complete.

Seeing tens of thousands of people suddenly appear out of nowhere, the Uzumaki clan mbers were once again shocked by Arata's power.

They had never even heard of space–ti ninjutsu on this scale. Even the Second Hokage's Flying Thunder God, in their understanding, could only teleport a single person at a ti.

How could it compare to Arata, who casually moved hundreds of thousands at once?

What they didn't know was that although Senju Tobirama had invented the Flying Thunder God, he hadn't perfected it. To achieve sothing on the level of Arata's Kamui, one would need soone like the future Minato Namikaze—and even then, only if he could enter Nine-Tails Chakra Mode.

Otherwise, the chakra consumption alone would be impossible to sustain.

After confirming that no one had been left behind, Arata turned to Uzumaki Yūki and said,

"For now, let your Uzumaki clan look after these civilians. Help them settle in and make sure they have food and shelter. Once I return, I'll send people with supplies to support you."

Since the Uzumaki clan was preparing to join Konoha—and Konoha was still in a ti of war, short on manpower—Arata saw no reason to be polite. The Uzumaki were right here; they could help.

As for the elderly, the weak, won, and children, Arata planned to take them back to Konoha himself. Leaving them here would only complicate things—it was better to get them to safety as soon as possible.

With so many refugees gathered here, food was bound to be an issue. Many hadn't eaten in nearly a full day.

Fortunately, there were ninja present and nearby towns to help with resettlent. As for food, those towns should have surplus stores. After all, the Land of Fire was one of the shinobi world's major grain producers—almost anything might run short, but food rarely did.

In that sense, it wasn't so different from Arata's previous world: fertile land, well-suited for agriculture.

Yūki had no objections to Arata's arrangents and imdiately began organizing things, mobilizing all usable Uzumaki manpower.

During this ti, Arata didn't leave. Instead, he took the opportunity to rest and recover his stamina.

He couldn't just head back to Konoha alone—he needed soone from the Uzumaki clan with authority to accompany him. He couldn't very well return by himself and casually announce that the Uzumaki clan had joined Konoha.

The best candidate for that role was clearly Uzumaki Yūki.

Fortunately, Yūki proved quite capable. Within just two hours, the arrangents for the hundreds of thousands of refugees were more or less complete.

Since the Uzumaki were all ninja, their efficiency in organizing and managing people far exceeded that of ordinary civilians.

Once everything was settled, Arata no longer lingered. He walked up to Yūki and said,

"Let's go. You'll co with back to Konoha. We'll finalize the Uzumaki clan's entry into the village."

Hearing this, Yūki nodded heavily.

Thankfully, Arata would be there with him—otherwise, he really didn't want to face that revolting Third Hokage alone.
