"Based on incomplete statistics, the influence of the Spiritual Ability City’s Dominion Faction, represented by the Spirit Managent Committee, has declined by at least thirty percent. It was certainly good to acquire such a large number of Crystal Cores by these ans, but those destroyed Crystal Cores contained an imnse amount of Spiritual Energy!
