Jay was doing nothing when Jellyfish finally sent a ssage.
So, he imdiately opened it to take a look.
[Jellyfish: Hi, it’s again. I already viewed the file that you sent. I’m satisfied with the unit. Is it possible to occupy it imdiately?]
Seeing that ssage, Jay felt a little happy.
"I can earn so money again!"

Jay and Jellyfish talked for a while more. After finalizing everything, they finally ended the conversation.

For those 2 bedroom units on the first and second floor, Jay priced them at 45 thousand pesos. While the two 4 bedroom units on the third floor cost 70 thousand pesos for each unit.
This is the price per month to rent in his apartnt.
It is a big amount for the common people!
But it doesn’t matter. This just ans that they are not Jay’s target market.
Plus, this is really the market price for apartnts like his after he conducted research.
Anyway, Jay and Jellyfish made an appointnt to et tomorrow to finalize everything.
Then, Jellyfish plans to move in next week.
Scratching his chin, Jay thought,
’Since I will be gone from here in a few days, I can’t really handle the apartnt myself.’
’Hmm, I should talk about it with mom and dad. Since they don’t want to stop working, becoming ’landlords’ might be good enough work for them.’
Thinking of that, a cheeky smirk surfaced on Jay’s lips.
Soon, Jay closed his eyes and fell into deep sleep.

The next day.
The bright sun is high up in the sky, showering life on Earth with golden light, giving them vitality.
Yawning, Jay got up from his bed, took a cold shower, brushed his teeth, and dressed himself up casually.
As he finished doing all that, his mother was also done with making breakfast.
Soon, the family of four all gathered around the table and took their seats.
The tables were filled with a light atmosphere. They chatted as they ate their breakfast.
While they are talking, Jay decided to talk about the apartnt with his parents.
"Ahh, mom, dad, I wanna talk about sothing important with you."
Swallowing the food in her mouth, Jay’s mother looked at him curiously.
"What is it, Son?"
Jay’s father also turned his eyes at him, waiting for him to speak.
Jay sorted out his words in his head before he opened his mouth.
"Well, I hope you won’t be shocked about what I’m about to tell you."
"Actually, I own a property."
Jay’s father stared at him for a while before nodding.
"A property... Hmm, that’s a good thing. Did you buy it through your earnings from your live streaming?"
Jay nodded confidently at the question.
"Yes, dad!"
Technically, this isn’t wrong. Jay did earn his apartnt from live streaming.
However, he didn’t actually buy it. It was given by the Cube as a reward for him completing an achievent.
But Jay can’t tell that to his parents nor anyone else.
That’s why telling this white lie should be for the best.
Beside Jay’s father, his mother stared at him with eyes full of emotion after hearing his words.

She thought, wiping away the tear building up at the corner of her eyes.
In this day and age, those people who can own a property of their own while still in their twenties are without a doubt labeled as excellent.
They are those who are above most of their peers.
For Jay to be one of them, nothing could make a parent happier.
Looking at her son with great appreciation, she asked,
"By the way, what kind of property did you buy, son?"
Scratching his head, Jay took out his phone and handed it to his mother.
"Here, take a look."
Taking the phone, Jay’s mother excitedly looked at the said property and the next mont, she was stunned.
Seeing her wife’s reaction, Jay’s dad curiously leaned his head to her to take a look.
Similarly, he froze.
Seeing their reactions, Jay smiled wryly and started talking about the apartnt.
"Mom, dad, as you can see, my property is an apartnt building."
"It is located at Subic Hos so... compared to normal one, it’s more pricey."
Pausing for a bit, Jay continued,
"Anyway, my building is three-storey tall and has 10 units in total."
"What I want to say today is that... I cannot manage this place yet since I’m still studying away from here."
"Since I asked you two to stop working last ti and noticed just how reluctant both of you are, how about you handle this one?"
Jay looked at his parents seriously, waiting for them to reply.
At this ti, the two finally recovered from the shock they received looking at those pictures in Jay’s phone.

"Son, is this place really yours?"

"Uhm, son, you said you want us to manage this apartnt?"
