Harrison wasn’t polite about it. He went straight to the point and laid out his plan.

"We wait."

Hearing this, Frank looked at him like he couldn’t believe his ears.

"What? Wait?"

"He’s already here. Shouldn’t we be taking the initiative?"

Frank was itching to move. He couldn’t wait to catch Kaitō Kid.

Kaitō Kid’s fa was now worldwide—a thief who had repeatedly succeeded in Britain, stealing nurous world treasures, and escaping ti and again from the hands of MI5.

If Frank could be the one to personally capture Kaitō Kid, he wouldn’t just earn a dal—he’d likely land a big promotion too.

He was only a team leader right now, and Frank wasn’t the type to settle for that.

But Harrison’s attitude was firm as he spoke seriously.

"Kaitō Kid always sends a notice letter before making a move. That letter will reveal the location where he plans to act."

"If you don’t want to wait, feel free to go investigate where Kaitō Kid is. Good luck."

"Captain Frank, I suggest you listen to my advice. Instead of wasting ti running around, we should sit down and plan how to work together."

Harrison was well aware—without the notice letter, finding Kaitō Kid was practically impossible.

He didn’t want to waste energy on a pointless search.

Frank hesitated but ultimately chose to trust Harrison again and sat down across from him.

anwhile, after leaving the airport, Zhang Yang posted a new update, complete with a location tag.

"Very happy to travel alongside Harrison and successfully arrive in the Eagle Nation!"

The comnts section instantly exploded.

[What the hell? Travel alongside Harrison? Harrison’s in the Eagle Nation too?]

[Oh my god! Why didn’t Harrison catch Kaitō Kid?]

[Do you even have to ask? Obviously he didn’t notice him!]

[Damn, could it be they were on the sa flight?]

[Yes! Harrison was checking our docunts on the plane! Who would’ve thought Kaitō Kid was really there too? Insane!]

Harrison had chased all the way to the Eagle Nation just to catch Kaitō Kid—only for them to be on the sa flight without him realizing.

[Oh shit! Is this a joke? Kaitō Kid was on the plane and Harrison didn’t spot him?]

[Grandma crawling into bed... I’m laughing my ass off!]

[This Harrison, even when given the chance, can’t get it done!]

[And he still dares to chase all the way here? Embarrassing abroad too!]

After leaving the airport, Zhang Yang didn’t rush to act.

He was in unfamiliar territory, and besides, the sun was already setting. From here to Carlos’s estate was still over an hour’s drive.

He decided to fill his stomach first, then head over to scout Carlos’s place and leave behind a little gift—the notice letter.

That night, Harrison’s eight agents arrived at the FBI branch in groups on different flights.

Of course, none of them had spotted Kaitō Kid on their way over either, but Harrison didn’t bother asking.

"Starting now, we’ll be working jointly with Captain Frank and his team from the FBI."

"We’ll share all intelligence and act together."

Frank had received orders: if they couldn’t capture Kaitō Kid, they were authorized to shoot to kill.

The Eagle Nation hadn’t lost anything yet, so they didn’t need him alive.

And they absolutely wouldn’t allow Kaitō Kid to steal anything from their soil.

Frank’s orders were clear—eliminate this threat, no questions asked.

At a luxury hotel near the airport, Itō Itsuki, now dressed casually, hurried toward the front desk.

While Kawasaki and Kada Motoji were stuck back in Britain, Itō Itsuki hadn’t been grounded.

In fact, it was the Emperor of Japan himself who had ordered him to continue the pursuit.

Atō Itsuki’s arrival in the Eagle Nation was different.

Any action he took didn’t need to be reported to or coordinated with the Japanese Embassy there.

However, if he needed help, he could contact the embassy at any ti.

"Harrison’s just as useless. Kaitō Kid rode the sa plane as him, and he still let him slip away!"

Itō Itsuki threw his phone onto the bed and shrugged off his jacket.

It was already late. Harrison and the others were likely settling in for the night.

anwhile, Zhang Yang was parked at the gates of Carlos’s estate, posting a new update:

"See you tomorrow!"

Attached was a photo of a notice letter:

"Under the faint light of the stars, I will visit Mr. Carlos’s private estate. Be ready for my arrival. I will bring a dazzling firework show to your ho!"

An hour earlier, Zhang Yang had already scouted the general layout of the estate.

Carlos’s private estate was massive, even larger and grander than so of Britain’s famous castles.

And the security there was no joke—ard guards were stationed throughout.

In the Eagle Nation, legal firearm possession was allowed, especially for professional security teams.

Knowing the general layout, Zhang Yang understood he needed a detailed plan to infiltrate the estate, retrieve the Sheep Head of the Twelve Bronze Zodiac, and get out safely.

"See you tomorrow!"

Zhang Yang rolled down his window, released the white pigeon carrying the notice letter, and then sped off into the night.

He had picked up the car randomly off the street—not even knowing which poor soul it belonged to.

Finding a nearby hotel, Zhang Yang checked in and quickly settled down to sleep.

Once the notice letter was posted, it instantly blew up online.

[Kaitō Kid’s fireworks aren’t to be underestimated. In the end, those fireworks usually cost an irreplaceable treasure. Better not just sit and watch!]

[Oh my god! Kaitō Kid’s target is Mr. Carlos! He’s one of the top private collectors in the Eagle Nation. This is insane!]

[Haha, being targeted by Kaitō Kid is actually an honor. At least it proves your collection is good enough for a world-class thief to notice!]

[No argunt there. Carlos must be too excited to sleep tonight!]

[Oh! But Carlos’s estate has a lot of ard guards. Can Kaitō Kid really pull it off?]

Shortly after Zhang Yang posted his update, the FBI’s monitoring systems flagged it and sent it to Harrison and Frank.

"Shit! Why did he have to pick Mr. Carlos?"

Frank felt the pressure imdiately.

Carlos wasn’t just a financial magnate and top-tier billionaire in the Eagle Nation.

He was also a mber of the national council.

"Get ready to move! I’m heading out now!"

Frank dared not slack off.

If Carlos’s property really got hit, Frank wouldn’t just miss a promotion—he might lose his current rank too.

Harrison, on the other hand, stayed calm.

Not only was he not panicking, he wasn’t even in a rush to act.

The notice letter clearly said tomorrow night.

Still, since this was a joint operation, Harrison brought his team along with Frank’s, heading toward Carlos’s estate.

At the sa ti, Itō Itsuki had already changed into his black ninja outfit—this ti without the sword strapped to his back.

"Kaitō Kid, I will capture you with my own hands!"

Both groups raced off in different directions toward Carlos’s estate.

But inside the estate, Carlos himself was still completely unaware of the situation.

He was sleeping soundly, blissfully ignorant of the storm about to descend.
