While in the Elite Camp, Yun Sheng saw many Mages appearing and disappearing suddenly before her, presumably having mastered Earth Escape Magic.
Although Yun Sheng had asked for directions earlier, the territory of the Magic Elite Camp was simply too vast, and so areas were even set with Magic Mazes. She wandered for more than half an hour and still couldn’t find the residence of the Dark Gold Master, leaving her no choice but to ask a few people along the way.
However, as soon as she inquired, everyone who heard she was looking for the Dark Gold Master was terrified as if they had seen a ghost, and they imdiately ran away.
"Strange, why is everyone acting as if they’ve seen a ghost," Yun Sheng muttered.
A few steps further, she finally saw a cluster of low thatched cottages.
In the Magic Elite Camp, the buildings were mostly like Mongolian yurts - Magic Tents. Don’t be fooled by the ordinary appearance of these Magic Tents, the facilities inside are first-rate.
Inside, according to the needs of the Magic Students, the Magic Space could be expanded, and the luxury was in no way inferior to that of a typical mansion.
So Yun Sheng was sowhat puzzled to see that the instructor’s house was that much inferior.
Yun Sheng had just walked a few steps when she suddenly noticed a person standing in front of the thatched cottage.
Clad in blood-red garnts, it was none other than Donghuang Lingling, who earlier hadn’t uttered a word and had left her behind.
Why was she here too?
Yun Sheng approached, and Donghuang Lingling, seeing her, stood aside dismissively.

Especially the newcors; the first two years after newcors join the Elite Camp are when the death rate is at its highest.

The Mainland Magic Elite Camp implents an elimination system, and opportunities to learn Advanced and even Secret Magic are very limited. To vie for the scarce chances to study High-level Magic, the thods used by the newcors in secret are ever-erging.
Therefore, the Court Mage had warned Donghuang Lingling early on that once you encounter a newcor, no matter how harmless they appear on the surface, you can’t trust them. In the Mainland Magic Elite Camp, there is no real friendship.
"Are you also here to find the Dark Gold Master?" Yun Sheng asked. Suddenly, she cast an odd look at Donghuang Lingling, "Your cultivation... was it elevated using so special Secret Technique?"
Yun Sheng had earlier been puzzled as to how Donghuang Lingling managed to rise from a Magic Guide to a Holy Mage’s cultivation in just a few short years.
Upon closer inspection, she found that the Magic Elents on Donghuang Lingling were fluctuating unstably, evidently, there was sothing fishy about her Magic Cultivation.
"Who are you!" Donghuang Lingling aid her Magic Wand at Yun Sheng, and a hint of killing intent appeared on her ice-cold face, "How do you know I have taken..."
"You still have the sa old temper, always pointing the Magic Wand at others so readily. I’ve said before, the Magic Wand should only be aid at enemies," Yun Sheng said calmly, taking out his own Mysterious Bone Wand.
Upon seeing that special Mysterious Bone Wand, a look of surprise and disbelief crossed Donghuang Lingling’s face.
In her mind, she rapidly searched through all her mories related to that particular Magic Wand.
In the deepest part of her mory, there lay a section she had carefully concealed to hide her weaknesses and vulnerabilities.
Unexpectedly, the tumult of emotions on Donghuang Lingling’s face quickly vanished.
