Bravely Upholding Justice – 10.000 Yuan (2)

Anyways children often do one thing at a mont, then a different thing, the next. No one really understood what they’re saying other than themselves. Jiang Xing just treated it as if Xiaoman were sleepwalking.

After all, his family’s Xiaoman could even make friends with ants.

Jiang Xing’s vitality was truly amazing.

In just a few days after being discharged from the hospital, the wounds on his body had almost completely healed, and the spot where the surgery was perford was healing up well. But even though he was as lively as a dragon or tiger, Jiang Xiui didn’t dare let him go out again and had Xiaoman keep an eye on him under the pretext of having him take care of her.

On that day, Jiang Xiui was alone in the school sweeping the floor when soone rushed in and shouted anxiously. “Aunt Jiang! This is bad, this is bad! Your family’s Jiang Xing, your family’s Jiang Xing… The police are in front of your house!”

Jiang Xiui’s eyes went dark and her legs felt like they almost went soft. She imdiately ran back, getting even more anxious the more she ran.

Her son finally kept his life after much effort. Would he have to go to prison just as soon as he got out of the hospital?

Jiang Xiui’s mind turned into mush and she rushed ho with a pale face.

Before she made it ho, she could hear the sound of firecrackers thundering from afar.

It’s all over, they must’ve caught him. They even set off firecrackers to celebrate his arrest, just what kind of serious cri did he commit!?

Many people were standing around her yard watching the ruckus. There were people on the short wall and people standing on the roadside, it was full of people everywhere.

Jiang Xiui’s face turned pale and she instantly burst into tears as she shouted, “Son!”

“Hey, I’m here.”

Why did he sound cheerful?

Slly boy, a great disaster is coming and he still had the gall to laugh.

Jiang Xiui wiped her tears and took a closer look. She saw several people in a police uniform standing in her yard.

And her son…

Was completely different than her imagination, where she thought he would be caught in handcuffs.

He wore a banner that read “Bravely Upholding Justice” on his neck. He stood in the middle of two policen, smiling like an idiot as they took pictures with him.

Jiang Xiaoman was acting like the little idiot, clapping her hands chanically, clapping her hands as hard as she could, and shouting, “Uncle is amazing!”

“This…what was going on?”

Jiang Xiui’s eyes were hazy with tears and she was dumbfounded.

“Grandma!” Jiang Xiaoman wrapped her small arms and legs onto Jiang Xiui’s arms and bounced up and down. “Grandma, Uncle is amazing! The Police Uncle said that he caught the bad guys and that he’s a great hero! They’re going to write about him in the newspaper, he’s amazing!”

A police sergeant approached and looked at Jiang Xiui. With a little laugh, he said: “Auntie, didn’t we et at the hospital?”

Jiang Xiui nodded repeatedly, her hands and feet shaking.

She did see him before, but at that ti Jiang Xiui thought that her son had caused so trouble. So she didn’t dare to ntion it when she got ho, how could she have put it to heart?

“It’s like this. A while ago, Mr. Jiang saved a child who had been abducted. Now the child has woken up, and we’ve also caught the traffickers, so I ca over to tell you and give a comndation.” The police sergeant said. “The child’s father asked to thank you on his behalf. He wanted to co in person, but the child is still frightened in the hospital and he couldn’t leave.”

So it was like that! She thought that her son would be stuck in prison for the rest of his life, it was so scary!

Jiang Xiui finally figured out what was going on and felt relieved. The taut string in her heart finally loosened, and her tears flowed down uncontrollably, filling her old face with tear stains.

“Auntie, what’s wrong?”

“I, I’m fine. I’m just so touched that I cried.” Jiang Xiui looked away in embarrassnt.

In addition to the ” Bravely Upholding Justice ” banner, there was also a cash reward of 10,000 yuan.

When the police handed over the money to Jiang Xing, the onlookers took a deep breath and their eyes were full of envy.
