Michelle Coleman hugged Justin Harrison suddenly, making his cheeks warm up.

The next second, just as he thought Michelle might have feelings for him, she let go and stepped back respectfully, saying, "Dr. Harrison, I will repay you like a workhorse in the future."

With his back to Michelle Coleman, Justin Harrison lowered his head to drink water, swallowed a mouthful, and said, "No need, just study well."

Michelle Coleman, "I will definitely study hard."

Speaking cheerfully, Michelle said, "I’ve already thought it through. Once I graduate from college, I’ll study nursing, and then I’ll co work in the nephrology departnt at the city hospital."

Justin Harrison remained silent.

Michelle added, "Dr. Harrison, I will definitely be your most capable assistant then."

Justin Harrison, "Hmm."

Michelle spoke excitedly. After finishing, she said a whole bunch of thanks to Justin Harrison before leaving the doctor’s office.

Once Michelle left, Justin Harrison felt a sense of loss.

As soon as Michelle returned to the ward, Mrs. Coleman imdiately ca over, grabbing her hand and asked, "How about it? Did you get Silas Sutton’s contact information?"

Michelle glanced at Mrs. Coleman, distastefully pulled her hand away, "It’s not that easy."

Mrs. Coleman, "I’ve told you before, with Stella Grant being so pretty, how could Silas Sutton..."

Hearing Mrs. Coleman praise Stella Grant, Michelle’s face turned instantly unpleasant, "Is she really that pretty? She’s just a bit taller than ."

Seeing Michelle’s displeased expression, Mrs. Coleman imdiately shut her mouth, smiling alongside her, "She’s not as pretty as our Michelle, and plus, n prefer younger girls, she’s much older than you."

This pleased Michelle.

Michelle snorted lightly, "Exactly."

Michelle was happy, but Mrs. Coleman hardly showed any joy, "Your brother’s kidney source..."

Michelle turned to glance disdainfully at the man lying on the bed, "Such a waste."

Mrs. Coleman nudged her, "Don’t talk about your brother like that."

Michelle turned her head away from the man on the hospital bed, "Justin Harrison said he will figure sothing out for my brother’s kidney source."

Once Michelle spoke, Mrs. Coleman broke into a smile, "Our Michelle is the one with promise."

Michelle laughed disdainfully.

At that mont, Silas Sutton and Stella Grant drove to the neighborhood.

Stella went to the supermarket at the entrance of the neighborhood to buy ingredients for dinner, with Silas Sutton holding the car keys and following closely.

Arriving at the vegetable section, Stella tilted her head to ask what he wanted to eat.

Silas casually pushed a shopping cart, looking down and eting her gaze silently, his smile enigmatic.

Upon seeing this, Stella pursed her lips slightly and turned her head back.

Silas chuckled softly behind her, "Anything would do for the dish."

Stella was already wary of him, remained silent, raised her hand to tuck the stray hair behind her ear as if she didn’t hear him, and continued moving forward.

Stella ended up buying ingredients for three dishes and a soup.

Tomato braised beef brisket, broccoli, mushrooms stir-fried with celery, and seaweed shrimp ball soup.

After buying the groceries, Silas offered to pay the bill.

Stella nudged him, took out a mbership card from her wallet.

Silas raised an eyebrow, "Hmm?"

Stella noticed his confusion in his eyes and explained, "With a mbership card, it’s cheaper."

Not being the one managing household expenses, Silas asked, "How much cheaper?"

The cashier glanced at the register screen and answered for Stella, "All this together saves five dollars and seventy-four cents."

Silas, "??"

Stella didn’t look at him, "Charge to the mbership card funds."

The cashier smiled, "Alright."

After the card was swiped, the cashier handed them a convenient bag to pack their items.

This ti, Stella didn’t hold back, handing the bag to Silas.

Silas took it, and as they walked out of the supermarket, he sincerely asked, "Is there any difference between having a mbership card or not?"

Silas’ curiosity was genuine, not because he considered himself above such things.

Stella quickened her pace, fearing she would burst out laughing in front of him, her lips curled up, but her voice remained calm, "You save five dollars and seventy-four cents."

Silas, "..."

Without needing to look back, Stella knew what Silas’ expression was like, and suddenly wanted to tease him, "Silas Sutton, this is the difference between you and , I have to budget to live."

After Stella spoke, Silas furrowed his brows slightly, stepping forward, one hand carrying the groceries and the other hooking her waist, "Frugality is a virtue."

Stella was amused by his words, her shoulders shaking with laughter.

Only afterwards did Silas realize she was teasing him.

Silas tightened his grip around her waist, his voice low and deep, "Stella Grant, you’re bullying ."
