"What’s the matter, Supre Elder Yu Yu?" Gu Loong inquired with a monotone voice that made it impossible to tell if he was concerned or not. "Did that ’Fallen Immortal’ say sothing to you by chance?"
Yu Yu’s eyebrows deeply furrowed again.
But betting on him returning with sweet treats, she decided not to disclose anything about him, rely responding with "don’t know" to every question they asked her.
In the end, the group of powerful Elders could only helplessly leave the scene. They ca and left empty-handed, whereas Yu Yu was left swinging her projected red-panda tail around in hypnotic motion on her bed.
"Fake Old Man Gu has no choice but to stop by and give more sweets if he wants to keep ma mouth shut, yurm, yurm," Yu Yu said seriously, with her snowy white hair turning a light shade of red, welcoming the perking up of a pair of adorable fluffy ears. "If he doesn’t... Hurm..."
She wasn’t a fan of violence—or fighting—but she’d definitely do sothing!
Because she’d be angry!

Trying and failing to make a scary face, Yu Yu eventually gave up. She then went back to hibernation, still leaning on the glimr of hope that Fake Old Man Gu would return with the most scrumptious of goodies.
As one could imagine, Yu Yu was a terrible Supre Elder.
But with her status as daughter of the Sect Leader and a once-in-a-hundred-thousand-year genius, her being a Supre Elder was only par for the course. Furthermore, her cultivation Realm and strength were a notch above the majority of the Supre Elders, so she certainly deserved her position.
In fact, she’d be perfect... if not for the fact that she was so damn unreliable and lazy!
For the Higher-Executives, even incompetent Outer Elders had more uses than her!

Even so, ti marched forward. And with the cycling of the hours in a day, the aftermath of the Demonic Faction Invasion blew over. The ’Fallen Immortal’ was, however, commorated with a massive statue in the Lower Expanse Capital of ’Heavensfall’ as a way to forever rember his contributions to the Sect.
And even as the higher-ranking mbers of the Sect actively searched for him and any information on him, Zar continued doing what he always did.
Grinding.
With the impending breakthrough brought forward by Yu Yu’s mysterious tea, he went into seclusion almost right after leaving the Higher Expanse. As Spiritual Energy circled him in a vortex-like way, he realized he could no longer push it back any further.
So with his Lifespan Barrier already active, he opened his System Interface and spamd the Lifespan Investing button located next to his Cultivation!

It normally took dozens, if not hundreds, of retries to breakthrough all the previous Major Realm Bottlenecks! What was so different this ti around!?
Shouldn’t the difficulty have increased exponentially more than the previous breakthrough sequence!??
