It had been half a month since the previous NW restructuring eting.

In this half month, both Brian and Susan were exhausted.

Taking over power was not an easy task.

Even with the full cooperation of the major families, the review and registration of manpower and resources were still very cumberso.

Not to ntion so people trying to settle scores during this opportunity.

For these individuals, Brian’s thod of dealing with them was simple and brutal, that was to confiscate their properties first and then throw them into the laboratory to let these parasites contribute to the cause of human evolution.

Over this half-month,

many of the once high-and-mighty parasites were dragged into the laboratory and had their properties confiscated.

The unlucky Liki family also underwent another restructuring.

Brian simply dismantled it.

Military power and other ard forces were naturally taken over by his own people.

The other scattered elents were divided up by mbers of the Liki family, who then provided tribute to Brian as per regulations.

The Liki family, once the largest family in Los Angeles, was reduced to several smaller families.

There were also many fools, confused by their previously lofty lifestyles, who tried to do inappropriate things and were directly and bloodily cleansed and physically destroyed by Brian himself, which sobered up most people.

This also led many wealthy and influential individuals, frightened by the events of this period, to abandon their stakes in Los Angeles and leave the city with their families and cash.

Brian did not care about this.

Better that they left.

The territories left behind were perfect for his own people.

Aside from the above,

there were also appointnts within the Los Angeles police managent, acceptance of LAPD committee mbers, and arrangents for the managent of various governnt organizations...

Only after taking over did Brian understand why no family before him had managed to control all military and governntal power.

It wasn’t that they didn’t want to, it was just too difficult.

There weren’t enough trustworthy people.

Brian himself had risen not long ago and had even fewer people he could trust.

However, this was no longer a big problem for him.

Through the experience of Rashid, the little pig, enduring hardship, Brian’s use and developnt of the Spiritual Imprint were quite good.

He received a large number of surrendered individuals and then imprinted them with the Spiritual Imprint of his Blissful Heart Domain.

Through the Spiritual Imprint,

he could make these people enter the Blissful Heart Domain in their sleep from a great distance, experiencing a trial of the soul and brainwashing. Even those with strong willpower who could resist this subtle brainwashing could not hide their true thoughts.

It is possible to deceive others, but hard to deceive oneself.

Brian didn’t care whether these people wanted to side with him or not.

Obey and work, and live.

Be dishonest, and die.

Whether they accepted it or not, it didn’t matter.

Just be honest and serve him like oxen and horses.

After half a month of cleansing,

on the surface, the turmoil in greater Los Angeles had finally stabilized.

..

Early in the morning,

assisted by Susan, Brian changed into a new, expensive, tailored suit.

Today was the day of the second NW restructuring eting.

It was really just a formality, then Brian, the controller, would announce so new rules and incidentally arrange for the reconstruction of the NW organization’s base.

The eting’s location was naturally at Brian’s residence.

At nine in the morning.

A group of young faces appeared at Brian’s villa.

Brian disliked hosting tedious events like balls.

Under the security maintained by the Umbrella Company, these people, with varying expressions, arrived at the mansion’s estate, found their seats, and waited for the master to appear.

"Boss, everyone has arrived."

A familiar face, short-haired and well-dressed, appeared in front of Brian and Susan.

Susan pinched the other’s face, smiling, "Linda, you look so serious."

Linda was the Lizard Woman whom Brian had brought back from Florida before, and also Susan’s apprentice. Her actual age was young, but because of her genetic influence, she looked to be in her twenties. Now, she had been arranged by Susan to be Brian’s secretary, which was a rather close-knit position.

"Stop it."

Brian handed his tablet to Susan, "Deal with the emails on this, I’m going to the eting. Oh, and my cousin Fooly wants us to co to his house tonight, says he has so good news to announce."

"Oh."

Susan took the tablet sowhat painfully.

She was starting to miss her days mingling in the Action Departnt B6 Group.

Unfortunately, there was no going back.

Now the leader of B6 Group had beco Ivan.

..

Leaving the villa and heading to the estate,

under everyone’s gaze, Brian walked up to the podium.

He pushed away the microphone Linda had prepared and said softly,

"I’ll just say a few words.

Personally, I’m not interested in power.

It’s quite troubleso.

Becoming the ruler of NW didn’t make very happy.

I was happiest when I was an Autopsy Officer in Action Departnt B6 Group, which is why I’ve invited your elders and arranged for the youth to co to NW.

The future belongs to the young.

You are the successors of the NW organization.."

The audience:..

They sat upright, attentively listening to Brian, only 25 years old, ranting on the stage.

After several minutes of ranting, Brian still seed to have more to say, smacking his lips.

Strange.

He had promised to only say a few words.

But once he started, he couldn’t stop.

Brian glanced at the people below:

"Alright, enough talk.

Everyone knows, the original purpose of establishing NW was to oppose the Mutant groups under the Blood Moon Radiation, and to maintain the basic stability of the public. These will also be the future operating principles of the new Night Watchers.
