"Death, has it fallen?"

"Why do I still sense the aura of Destruction, could it be that Destruction has finally devoured Death?"

"Not good, they have awakened prematurely, I must hurry!"

...

Waves of soul transmission fluctuated within the slabs of afterglow.

The lingering scent of fear from the fall of high beings was unmistakable.

This sensation, like the bright sun in the darkness of night, disquieted every entity that had just partly awakened.

Whether it was an issue with this Life Planet that led to the death of Death, or the Master of Destruction had devoured Death to further perfect its dinsional laws, it posed a massive threat to these surviving remnants of souls who had yet to escape.

As part of the Blood Moon System—a group that either strayed from the path, survived defeat, or could not resist corrosion, forcibly losing their physical bodies to persist—caution was the sole principle that had kept them alive to this day.

They had already achieved beyond Fifth Rank, and though rely residual souls, they could survive for thousands of years.

The re harvesting of a Life Planet.

It wasn’t worth the risk.

Flee!

As the souls from the Exotic Realm sobered slightly, they didn’t hesitate a mont. They imdiately activated their origin power, enveloping their prisons and protective shells, transforming into streaks of rainbow light, tearing through space toward the Moon..

This activity left many forces, who kept these slabs of afterglow captive, stunned.

Among them were the shocked.

The angrily bewildered.

And a few paranoid ones were fearful.

They suspected these slabs had consciousness.

Their appearance on rcury, serving as everyone’s trump card and source of Weapons, was probably problematic!

But no matter what these people thought.

The fact was that the slabs had flown away.

Their various protective asures were ineffective against these slabs, which seed as though the rainbow light they transford into was rely a projection in the Material Realm, while their true forms had entered another dinsion, unbound by any physical restraint or interference..

With the departure of the slabs.

Deep in the ocean.

One barrier after another slowly failed.

The Dream Clan, at last, was free.

...

At this mont.

In the Spirit Realm.

An imnse figure, with feet upon a cosmic river that pierced unknown regions, struggled against the flow, following an insubstantial thread toward a hidden multilayered crystalline structure within the cracks.

The cosmic river consisted of innurable dots of light.

But large stretches of it were engulfed in pitch-black nothingness.

And it was fleeting, present only in a very small area.

Even so.

Compared to the river of nothingness, the imnse figure was like a small fish in the Yangtze or Yellow River, quite inconspicuous.

Imnse, only in relation to the specks of light.

Within the river, each step against the current demanded a great deal of energy.

Just as the thread of nothingness in its vision began to solidify.

Suddenly.

Beams of rainbow light broke through the darkness beneath the river, materializing above it and madly rushing toward a direction with minute holes.

"Eh~"

This sudden change incensed the imnse figure.

All these delicious morsels, how had they all escaped!

First, a Fourth Rank had disappeared without a trace, suspected of being stealthily consud, and now these dormant delicacies had deviated from their ordained paths and suddenly awakened, seeking to flee back near the dinsional rift!

The feeling of losing control over the course they were ant to follow stirred rage and unease in this figure.

What on earth was happening?

This figure, in fact, was none other than Long, who had killed Dean not long ago and had co in search of that entity who had stolen its food!

As the heart ponders, echoes respond.

As Long harbored this thought, the streaks of rainbow light seed to perceive the phantom river above the dark void, as well as the imnse figure traversing the current.

Just one look.

These transcender residual souls, like prey spotting a natural predator, nearly dropped dead on the spot.

"Master of Destruction Sudan!"

"It’s the nearly perfected Sudan of the dinsional laws!"

"Dammit, no wonder our descent was so smooth, it’s a trap, this is a trap!"

"Run, the descent this ti is a trap, run!"

Fear spread.

A slew of rainbow lights, already moving at breakneck speed, now beca utterly frantic. Their surfaces appeared to blaze with blood flas, preventing the figure in the river from coming any closer, bursting into an imperceptible fissure, and disappearing.

The next mont.

Boom~

A massive beastly paw descended into the Spirit Realm dinsion, landing squarely at the fissure’s location, but a step too late.

"Argh!!!"

Long furiously departed the river of void, arriving in the Spirit Realm, roaring in boundless rage!

Gone!

All the food it had prepared in advance had escaped!

Terrifying waves reverberated throughout the dinsion of the Spirit Realm, tearing open countless ripples in the void’s darkness.

In this instant.

Long fully revealed its consciousness manifestation.

It resembled a monstrous Beastman with half a head missing as if gnawed away, covered in dense, pitch-black fur, its right arm mutilated, leaving only its left, which dragged to its ankles.

Unexpectedly.

Besides its racial form differing from that of rcury’s humans, Long appeared very clean.

But upon a closer look, one would discover its damaged half-skull teeming with countless tiny parasites crazily wriggling and nibbling at its brain.
