Ignoring the angry glares and taunting threats from the villains, Leon just looked at Lincoln calmly and said just one word. "Apologize"

Hearing his haughty words the group of goons broke into laughter, as Lincoln and Edward held their stomachs to hold them back, "This idiot."
"Looks like whatever pills he used to boost his rank for exams, affected his brain too. Dude's officially a retard now."

"You _ " while Lincoln was angry and shocked over where this bastard got the courage to threaten him, a minion behind him couldn't take it anymore and rushed to punch Leon. "I've had enough of your bullshit. You're dead today." The minion shouted.
With the first move in, others followed suit, and after Leon slapped one guy, one by one, by one, next idiots all lined up to fight with him and started getting beaten by him.
The students though angry and aggrieved after the fight, still had the clarity to not use magic and break the important rules of Zenith, so they all fought with just their physical strength, and for God knows the reason, Leon was having it easy. No one could tank his punches and kicks without taking a few steps back and wincing in pain.
Their brawl broke a few tables and chairs, while Lincoln was thrown out the window and was currently lying in the open hallways, where everyone passing by could see him getting beaten up. Looking all embarrassed with bloody and battered state.
In the end, just when Leon was about to force Lincoln to apologize to Damon after a thorough beatdown, soone interrupted him again.
"Fights are not allowed inside the teaching grounds. If you have any disagreents ask for a dual or issue a challenge. Do not disturb the rest of the classes."
The voice ca from behind him, and when Leon turned around, what greeted him was a hard slap on the face.
Nexus Vaidya, the vice leader for the disciplinary committee, the guy whom Leon tricked and defeated in the freshers party gas.
"Co with us, you've broken around a dozen rules set by the disciplinary committee, let's get you a taste of freedom."
Hearing the words, Leon knew there was no other choice, he wanted to struggle and say why was he the only one getting detained, when the fight included more than 5 others, but seeing Sunaina's face filled with worry as she stood aside, gathering her courage trying to stand up for him against her brother, he gave up on speaking for himself, leaving the stage for her.
After Nexus counted a few charges and the respective punishnts, their committee could throw on rebellious students, mocking him with days of confinent, whips of thunder, writing Buddha's scripture for weeks, poor heroine finally couldn't take anymore of her brother's cruelty and stood up for the hero.
Officially going against her family for an outsider so openly. (Totally a heroine's behavior.)

She liked to be silent, so much so, that probably not many of her classmates even heard her sweet soothing voice till now. So imagine the shock of Nexus, who saw his shy sister not only letting go of her sha, but also being confident enough to stand against him..
"What did you say?" He asked coldly, his eyes staring at her intently, like they'll freeze her soul over a glance.
'How dare she undermine his authority and question him, in front of everyone.' Nexus thought and as he looked at the crowd and noticed their shining eyes begging for drama and expressions of eating lon seeds from the sidelines, his anger only contorted his face even more.

Seeing her brother's anger, instantly the castle of courage Sunaina built in her heart crashed down and crumbled in sand. Her words once again got stuck in her throat and hands started shivering, as she tried to hide them by clinching on her clothes.
Seeing her like this, Nexus just sneered and pushed Leon ahead, where 2 other committee mbers grabbed his hands and tied them up with restrains. But before they could take a step away, another girl's voice interrupted them.
"She said you're wrong and thinks that everyone else is a coward."
This ti it was Seraphina, the lively girl, who was lacking a little in height. As all the food she ate, helped her grow sowhere else instead.
She ca ahead and patted the shoulder of Sunaina, calming her down, before looking at Leon and nodding her head in approval.
"What do you want?" Nexus said, once again glaring at Leon, wondering why this bastard is always surrounded and getting saved by girls whenever he gets a chance to bully him.
Last ti it was Vanessa, before that it was Miss Freya, and the one ti before that was Lisa.
'What do they even see in this bitch ass, pathetic punk.' Nexus cursed and turned to hear what this new girl was mumbling about.
" … … . So if you want to capture soone, catch these bullies who are ruining the na of Zenith."
"Whatever." Nexus said and looked at Edward and shook his head in disappointnt. Before turning to look at Lincoln and sneered slightly. "He's hurt, take him to the infirmary first," He said, noticing his bloodied face and shoe print on his clothes.
Then ignoring Lincoln and Edward, he grabbed the other low level thugs and threw them out too. Taking them for getting the punishnt as scapegoats.
"Stop," As soon as Nexus wanted to take leon and give him a glimpse of the torture chamber, another voice ca and broke his montum.
Alfred walked alone dressed in the red academy suit with golden pin of authority etched on his chest. The crowd of students watching drama all this while gave way instantly as soon as they saw him. Looking at him with eyes full of reverence and appreciation.
With most of the students from fourth year dead during the dungeon event, Alfred, who led the remaining ones to escape had beca a hero at that ti. His story of bringing the wounded Kendrick back had terd his as a dutiful friend and righteous leader.
Plus his influence amongst nobles and elites has been rising ever since then as he befriended every heir and important figure at Zenith in the last 2 years.
And with Bernhardt who was rumored to be more talented than him before, now turning into a drunkard and a playboy cassenova, the comparison of two only worked in his favor.
"Let him go." Alfred said again, coming close to Leon and standing beside him.
Seeing his aura, the discipline committee mbers holding Leon, let go and stepped back instantly without question.
"This is the committee's business. They broke the rules, we have the _ "
"Are you okay?" Ignoring Nexus's words, Alfred broke the bindings on Leon's hands and asked him.
"I'm fine." Leon replied, his face a little wary and confused, instead of being thankful or grateful.
Before leaving, his sister had warned him to stay away from Alfred and never trust the man due to his laughing facade. So Leon who previously had a good impression of this prince, now had a little animosity towards the guy. Cause no way his big sister would badmouth soone behind their back for so small reason.
'He must have done sothing to make her angry.' He thought, and decided to stay away from him.
Alfred noticed his little thoughts, but didn't care. Lisa was gone now, aning this academy was his to rule, and sooner or later he'll clear all the remaining pests too.
"Alfred _." Nexus, who saw everyone ignoring him, spoke in anger, only to be interrupted yet again.
"The fight was started by them for bullying weaker students. Leon just did what you should've done. And instead of thanking him or praising his courage to stand up for the weak, you're throwing him in prison." Alfred said with great fanfare, showing care and kindness on his face. Causing glees of appreciation from the nearby freshers.
Seeing the scene, Nexus just sneered inwardly and replied. "Whatever the reason, if we ignore him today, then everyone will start to raise their hands tomorrow. Let handle these matters."
"They'll be charged with a fine since it's their first offense. And you should make sure that nothing like this happens again." Alfred gave his results and looking at how he was determined to save Leon through his eyes, Nexus took a step back and left the place with an angry expression and so empty threats.
