Of course, the bank’s vault was also here.

However, there was nothing particularly valuable in the vault of the Nolanka Bank, just a few million in paper currency and so items deposited by custors.

Precious items from the Nolanka Bank were usually not hidden in the small vault underneath but instead directly stored in an underground vault built by the Nolanka Group on the outskirts of Kaye City.

That place was guarded by rcenaries, heavily defended, and naturally much better to store valuables than in small vaults like this one.

Ever since the Nord Bank was robbed, the underground computer room beneath the Nolanka Bank had undergone ergency reinforcent and its defense level was almost on par with that of the vault.

He Ao stared at the hole, which had been cut by the gigantic laser cutting machine and was large enough for a person to crawl through freely.

Clearly, the reinforced strength wasn’t enough.

He Ao glanced at the portable laser cutting machine carelessly tossed aside, stepped over the cavity, and entered the central computer room.

“Why is this thing so slow!”

Just as he entered, he heard a complaint.

He leaned behind the racks in the computer room, next to the electrical switchboard, and through the monitor attached to the surface of the cha, that could freely move in any direction, he observed the interior of the computer room.

There were four people inside the computer room.

Two were holding guns and watching their surroundings, one was holding a red device, trying to connect it to a server, and another stood by his side.

The complaint he had just heard ca from the person standing by the side.

“It will be quick, don’t rush it, the virus is being implanted now.

Once the virus is in, we can directly steal the key and make the transfer.

It’ll be fast,” reassured the one holding the red device, shaking his head and staring intently at the device in his hands, “Almost there, 99%.”

Click—

He Ao reached out and pulled the main power switch for the servers in the computer room.

Disconnect (physical)

Modern servers basically all co with power-off protection; sudden power outages won’t cause significant damage to the hardware.

“Hey, why did it stop moving?!”

The person with the red device scratched his head, “This shouldn’t be happening, what went wrong?”

He shook the red device in his hands, slapped it hard, no response, tightened the connection cable, still no response, “What a piece of garbage.”

He cursed, ready to unplug the cable and reinsert it.

Just as he was about to pull the cable, he suddenly noticed that the power indicator on the server had gone out.

He paused for two seconds, then imdiately shouted,

“Soone!

Over at the electric switch!”

The two outside reacted almost instantly, raising their guns towards where He Ao was standing.

But as they raised their guns, a pair of silver and black hands grabbed their gun muzzles.

Then those hands imdiately bent the entire gun muzzle as if twisting thin ropes and tied a knot.

These two reacted quickly as well, imdiately dropping their guns and pulling out daggers from their waists, stabbing towards He Ao.

He Ao glanced at them, extended his hands, and broke their necks.

“What the hell is this!”

The remaining person, who was just complaining, saw his comrades taken down in an instant, imdiately pulled out a mini electric saw, tensed up his muscles, and charged at He Ao.

He Ao backhandedly took him down and knocked him out, then turned to look at the person who seed to have the weakest combat abilities, holding the device,

“I surrender, I surrender!”

The man knelt on the floor, shuffling his legs, moving step by step towards He Ao.

He Ao sensed sothing was off, tore open the man’s clothes fiercely, revealing a whole row of explosives strapped to his body.

“Hahaha, die with , all of you die!”

The man sneered, preparing to rush at He Ao.

The countdown on his explosives ticked down rapidly.

He Ao violently lifted him up, rushed out of the computer room, and threw him outside.

Boom—

Before He Ao could get back to the computer room, a violent explosion suddenly erupted; the shockwave didn’t shake his figure, but dust and debris covered him.

If the explosion had occurred in the computer room, the central computer room would have been completely destroyed.

As this place was where the vault was located, all the surrounding walls had several layers of reinforcent, barely holding against the powerful explosion and preventing a collapse.

He Ao shook off the cent debris from his body, returned inside the computer room, and looked at the three people lying on the ground.

He tore their clothes open, but saw no explosives.

Indeed, there are few lunatics who strap explosives to themselves.

Two had already died, but one had only been knocked unconscious.

He Ao carried the living one out of the engine room, the elevator door had been sowhat twisted by the recent explosion, but the elevator car itself, having automatically returned to the ground floor, was still in working order.

He Ao pried the elevator door open, waited for the elevator to descend, and carried the person inside.

—-

Ding——

The elevator doors opened, and four people carrying big bags walked out.

The man at the front wore a fat baby face mask, carrying two bags, one not quite full, the other stuffed and bulging.

He tossed the bulging bag to the nearest robber.

The robber opened the bag to see, an entire bag of federal coins filling his sight.

“So much money, I’m rich.”

Bang——

The robber clutching the money slowly fell.

The masked man retracted his gun, passing the corpse of the robber, casually picked up the big bag of money, and stuffed it into the hands of another robber.

The robber received the blood-stained bills with trembling hands.

The masked man patted his shoulder, laughing hoarsely, “We’re rich, we’re rich.”

“We’re rich, we’re rich!”

The robber echoed, shivering.

Boom——

A huge van slamd backward through the bank’s grand entrance, its rear doors flung open.

A line of people quickly carried the bags, rushing into the van, which sped off into the distance.

—-

He Ao erged from the elevator.

Looking at a few young n holding pistols and dressed in Nolanka Group security uniforms, they watched He Ao cautiously and warily.

They didn’t understand He Ao’s identity, but they were clear that He Ao had just saved them, so they didn’t try to stop him.

He Ao wasn’t in the mood to explain in detail; he dropped the still-living criminal in front of them, saying offhand, “Alive, pry sothing out of his mouth.”

Just then, Danny’s communication request ca through to the cha’s display,

“Master Vian, Nord Bank has been robbed.”

“Mmm, I know.”

He Ao nodded slightly, closing the communication.

Then he removed the already depleted battery and replaced it with a spare one.

In Kaye City, there were only two places worth robbing, where one could quickly grab a haul in the chaos and that had substantial value.

Nolanka Bank and Nord Bank.

Nolanka Bank because there was a central server underground for stealing cryptocurrency.

Nord Bank because its underground vault stored many custors’ valuables and so paper money.

He Ao had also anticipated that the gang would probably split into two groups.

At first, he thought Nolanka would be the main target, but it now seed Nord was actually the main attraction.

No matter what treasures the underground vault of Nord Bank held, they likely couldn’t compare with the cryptocurrency here at Nolanka.

So theoretically, Nolanka should have attracted the stronger force, but in reality, it seed to be the opposite.

This ant that among the treasures in the Nord Bank vault, there were items of particular importance to the Church of the God of Chaos, or ones that exceeded He Ao’s expectations in value.

However, what specifically they were, He Ao wouldn’t know until he caught the gang of robbers.

Regarding this, He Ao had always been prepared.

“Eve, where are the robbers who robbed Nord Bank?”

“Okay, please hold on a mont.”

Eve’s voice was very calm and tranquil, like the nightingale’s song.

The city was littered with Nolanka Group’s property, which were usually equipped with anti-theft caras, and Eve had access to the Nolanka main system, allowing her to use any networked devices belonging to Nolanka Group.

aning, most parts of Kaye City were under Eve’s ‘surveillance’.

As He Ao traveled, he had Eve ‘watch’ the surroundings of Nord Bank.

“Target locked, plotting route now.”

Eve’s voice quickly followed, as she had been paying attention beforehand, greatly reducing the ti it took to find them.

He Ao nodded slightly, soaring into the air, turning into a streak of light shooting into the sky.

A feeling quietly took hold in his heart; these people were likely from the Chaos Feast gang.
