Chapter 1643: Chapter 1643: Bullying the Weak

The plane continued to descend, the surrounding clouds becoming increasingly sparse.

He Ao directly asked Eve to bring up the console’s level gauge and mark the direction of gravity.

Every ti he sensed a change in gravity, He Ao imdiately changed direction, even if gravity reversed, he would maneuver swiftly.

Boom—

Lightning flashed across the plane’s surroundings, outlining the reflection of the increasingly distant city.

Gravity wasn’t the problem, it was the space.

Here there were not only turbulence and thunderstorms but also distorted space.

Heading ‘downwards’ could an being dragged into a diverging direction by twisted space at any mont.

Gravity alone pointed to what was truly “down.”

[Right engine failure]

In the roaring storm, a glaring red alert appeared in He Ao’s field of view.

The entire plane jolted violently.

Creaking sounds echoed on the windshield.

It was hail from the thunderstorm clouds.

One red warning after another kept appearing on the plane’s central control screen.

But He Ao ignored them, focusing on maintaining the plane’s balance, navigating along gravity’s direction, constantly moving forward.

The surrounding fog grew increasingly thin.

Crack—

Outside the cabin, a violent noise arose, followed by a shake as if seized by an imnse hand.

“Turbulence! It’s turbulence!”

Ryanke shouted loudly, clutching the seat tightly.

He Ao furrowed his brows, staring at the level gauge ahead, noting how it had shifted and gravity had turned.

This plane had just one engine left; although it had redundant systems, a single engine in such fierce turbulence was unable to counter it.

One pop-up after another appeared on the central control screen, Eve was continuously trying to restart the failed engine, but all attempts failed.

The plane was now nearly out of control.

He Ao looked up, observing the sparse cloud patterns on the radar and the level gauge’s constantly changing inclination.

Stay calm.

If against the wind was impossible, then go with it.

He took a deep breath, attempting to steer the plane to follow the turbulence.

Boom—

A rumble echoed from the aircraft body again, the sound of alloys being torn and distorted by the imnse turbulence forces.

He Ao gripped the control stick tightly and began changing direction.

And Eve seed to understand his intent, incessantly coordinating the entire plane’s control system to follow He Ao’s lead.

No heart-stopping maneuvers, no intense actions.

Thunder lit up the firmant, illuminating the sky, while the tiny plane drifted like a leaf in a hurricane among thick clouds.

The skewed level gauge gradually began to shift, the pull of gravity erging in He Ao’s perception.

Yes, yes.

Navigating the small ship through the storm’s and waves’ tumult, He Ao could vaguely glimpse the path forward.

The surrounding fog thickened and then thinned again.

In front, the clouds seed to reveal a calming, peaceful hue.

He Ao took another deep breath, pushing the plane onward.

“Are we getting out?!” Ryanke’s voice, tinged with surprise, ca from beside him.

Bam—

At that instant, the screen in He Ao’s field of view flickered suddenly, and his privileges were revoked.

And almost at the mont his privileges were canceled, He Ao imdiately leaped up, snapping the seatbelt.

Simultaneously, Eve swiftly overlaid the original control system and regained control of the entire plane.

Just then, a violent storm noise pierced the void, landing on He Ao’s original seat.

Instantly shattering the tal seat.

He Ao grabbed Sui, braced his feet against the windshield, placed Sui on his shoulder, and looked toward the seat.

“Oh?” Ryanke glanced at the restarted system, chuckling, “Artificial intelligence? So you were essentially relying on it to fly the plane just now?”

As he spoke, he swung a punch toward the central console.

At that mont, a silhouette appeared before him, grabbing his hand.

Ryanke turned his head, looking toward He Ao beside him, unhesitatingly swinging a punch at He Ao.

Crack—

Accompanied by a loud noise, the entire plane jerked violently once more.

He Ao side-flipped, dodging it.

Simultaneously, he pulled Ryanke’s body back.

Boom—

Brilliant thunder streaked across the sky outside.

Ryanke broke free from He Ao’s control, hurling He Ao’s body away.

The turbulence in this region intensified, the entire plane resounding with creaking noises.

“Seems you suspected for so ti now,” Ryanke looked at He Ao, adjusting the leather gloves on his hands, calmly saying, “Did I make a mistake sowhere?”

“Your acting was sowhat over the top.” He Ao stood up, taking a deep breath.

The power Ryanke displayed exceeded his expectations; originally, he could mostly determine that Ryanke was a C-level strongman, but now, the power Ryanke displayed had reached a B-level.

Yet with such an increase in power, Ryanke’s energy circuit hadn’t significantly changed.

He Ao’s gaze swept over Ryanke’s leather gloves.

An abnormal item.

“Seems my ‘panic’ at encountering the ‘Sky City’ wasn’t convincing,” Ryanke sighed lightly, “Even I feel it was overkill.”

He looked at He Ao, “You shouldn’t be so smart; sitting there quietly waiting for death is actually quite good.”

“By making this move,” He Ao calmly t his gaze, “you’ll also stay here forever. Was Denon not good to you?”

“Good, of course good, he even planned for to run for vice president, ah, so I said, you not being this smart would be so much better.” Ryanke sighed, “If you weren’t this clever, the Archbishop wouldn’t have activated , I could still be in the association with Denon, living my carefree days waiting for the final judgnt, everyone could calmly and happily et the end.”

“Final judgnt?” He Ao looked at him, his body slowly shifting direction.

He glanced at his personal attribute panel.

Physical fitness: 580

It was now around midnight, about fifteen hours since his promotion, each hour increasing physical fitness by about twelve points.

Yet even with unleashed Fist Technique, his current physical fitness couldn’t reach half of an ordinary B-level.

“Seems I said a bit too much.” Ryanke chuckled lightly.

Suddenly, he stepped forward, punching toward He Ao’s face.

At that instant, Sui, who had been perched on He Ao’s shoulder, suddenly leaped out, staring wide-eyed at Ryanke.

Bam—

The next mont, Ryanke’s fist suddenly changed direction, heading toward the doll.

Buzz—

A flash of light suddenly pierced the cockpit door, charging at Ryanke.

Ryanke turned away, avoiding the doll’s face and eyes, raising his hand to block the spear.

Seizing the mont, He Ao grabbed Sui, twisting his body, setting Sui on the ground with one hand while grabbing the flung spear with the other.

He then spun in the air, sweeping the spear toward Ryanke.

“Wow! Big guy is so cool!” Sui, sitting aside, started clapping.

At that mont, Ryanke had already raised his hand, reaching for He Ao’s sweeping spear.

Boom—

At that instant, the entire plane suddenly veered, gravity reversing 180 degrees.

The bodies of the two instantly flipped over and landed below.

Ryancke turned in the air, braced on the cabin, and kicked fiercely at He Ao’s face.

Bang—

He Ao raised his long spear, blocking the attack, but was also kicked away, his body crashing into the windshield.

Crack—

Dense cracks spread across the windshield.

He Ao spat out a mouthful of blood, looking up at Ryancke.

The power gap was too big.

At this mont, Eve was turning the plane’s direction, continuing to fly downwards with gravity.

The entire plane was echoing with the sound of splitting, as if it might disintegrate at any mont.

anwhile, Ryancke had also turned around, swinging a punch toward He Ao’s body.

Just then, He Ao suddenly pulled back, his entire body shifting abruptly, rolling to the side, revealing the windshield glass filled with cracks behind him.

Ryancke’s face changed, but it was too late to alter his move, as his foot kicked the windshield glass.

The imnse strength shattered the windshield, tearing it apart in an instant, the internal and external pressure creating a convection that blasted Ryancke’s entire body out.

He Ao imdiately grabbed the edge of the central console to avoid being blown away.

Sui on the other side also grabbed the edge of the central console.

The oxygen concentration in the cockpit also suddenly dropped at this mont.

Bang—

At the mont he was about to fall out completely, Ryancke grabbed the fixed fra in the middle of the windshield.

He exerted himself with force, against the fierce wind, surged up and pulled himself back into the cockpit,

and at this mont, the tip of the crystal spear had already reached in front of him.

However, his reaction was incredibly fast, and he was about to sidestep imdiately.

At this mont, he saw a small figure let go, swept by the fierce wind, toward the exit, brushing past his front.

The figure’s eyes widened, looking at him.

As his gaze was about to sweep over this figure.

Almost instantly, he forcibly turned his head and imdiately raised his hand, shattering the figure that swept past him.

Thud—

But in that paused instant, the tip of the crystal spear pierced through his body, with fierce power erupting inside him.

The splattered blood landed on He Ao’s cheek.

But at this mont, He Ao didn’t care about anything else, he imdiately reached out his hand to grab the ceramic fragnts being blown out of the plane, “Sui!”

In the next mont, his hand grabbing the ceramics fell empty, and the restored doll little girl appeared in front of him, smiling and asking, “Big guy, are you looking for !”

Her body was already again being blown by the air current towards the outside window.

He Ao imdiately raised his hand, grabbing the doll girl, only then did he lift his head, looking at Ryancke in front of him.

Without hesitation, he directly thrust out the long spear further, touching Ryancke’s body.

The twisted flesh squird underneath him.

“You can’t escape,” Ryancke looked up at him, blood oozing from his mouth corner, “0-level abnormality, even the angel behind you can’t find you, and now, you should die,”

He slightly curled his lips, “Goodbye.”

At this mont, He Ao, having read so mories, directly tore off the gloves on his hands, holding Sui, jumped out of the plane.

The long spear automatically withdrew from Ryancke’s chest, streaking across the sky, landing in He Ao’s palm.

He Ao, without hesitation, used his Divine Sense to drive his clothes, against the storm, through the clouds, swiftly flying towards the distance.

Boom—

Just then, a massive booming sound echoed behind him.

The violently burning fire wave blood like a sun in the sky, illuminating his back.

At this mont, the doll in He Ao’s arms raised her head, looking at the fire wave.

Her small body instantly enlarged, transforming into a girl in a white dress, and then into a giant fla girl nearly three hundred ters tall.

This fla girl bent down, instinctively protecting He Ao within her hug.

The violent fire wave swept through the Firmant, causing the storm-like clouds to dissolve briefly at this mont.

The three-hundred-ter-tall fla girl was also blown by the turbulent winds, like a falling leaf, passing through the thick clouds.

Boom—

Thunder streaked across the sky, densely packed hail passing through the flas, through the chaotic space.

He Ao’s consciousness awakened from the chaos of fla and explosion.

The surrounding space had transford into a dim, cold wind, with only a red dress doll still floating around him.

The roaring fierce wind rose, about to carry the doll away.

He directly reached out to grasp the doll.

At this mont the doll’s body was covered with dense cracks, her eyes tightly closed.

“Sui?! Sui?!”

He Ao shouted a few tis, shook the doll, but got no response.

He took a deep breath, feeling his body’s state.

The restoration effect was still there, and the doll’s hair hadn’t returned to transparency.

Alive, just passed out.

He held the doll in his arms, letting his Divine Sense seep into his clothes, enabling him to float in the swirling winds, lifting his head to look around.

The violent winds surged around, thunder with hail passed through him.

No plane debris was visible around, and the clouds were exceedingly dense.

Clearly, he had traversed the chaotic space, arriving sowhere he hadn’t been before.

The oxygen around was extrely thin, he could faintly detect he was beginning to feel breathless.

As long as the body hadn’t transcended mortals, it still needed oxygen and could suffocate.

Ryancke, or rather the Archbishop, set up three stages for He Ao.

The first stage was the plane entering the Sky City range, which the Archbishop told Ryancke that Sky City would pass through this area at this ti point.

Ryancke only needed to ti his departure right to ‘accidentally’ et Sky City here.

If He Ao didn’t resist, he would be destroyed in the fog here with Ryancke.

If He Ao found a way to escape Sky City, Ryancke would act himself, this was the second stage.

If Ryancke failed to kill He Ao in the end, He Ao would face the third trap.

This plane carried a powerful one-ti abnormal item, ‘Martial Combat Crystal.’

This crystal would explode a minute after appearing in combat nearby, simultaneously triggering a highly concentrated bomb on the plane.

At this close distance, this dual explosion was sufficient to destroy a powerful B-level powerhouse.

Even if He Ao dodged the third explosion, as long as He Ao left the plane, it was equivalent to entering Sky City territory, returning to the first trap.

Under the oxygen deficiency, He Ao wanting to leave around Sky City was almost impossible.

This set of traps was essentially a closed loop of death.

Although Ryancke showed much within, the core of the sche wasn’t Ryancke, but the Archbishop.

The Archbishop brought the ‘unpredictable’ 0-level abnormality Sky City into He Ao’s inevitable path, allowing the layout to work.

Otherwise, with only Ryancke, even if he amplified to B-level using props, even if he detonated the crystal and tried to perish with He Ao, the situation wouldn’t completely slip from He Ao’s control.

Ryancke was just a pawn promoting the layout.

As long as the Archbishop could influence Sky City’s appearance location, no matter which way He Ao went to Vilensis, he would enter the Archbishop’s sche, the pawn faced might differ.

Drawing in Sky City might not be that easy, likely needing the Archbishop himself as an Angel to act.

In a sense, this was purely shaless power suppression.

An Angel personally stepping down against the ‘D-level’ He Ao.

He Ao raised his gaze, looking around, the distant space vibrating, vaguely tearing open so kind of rift.

Actually, the Archbishop miscalculated one thing, he ‘knew’ there was an Angel behind He Ao, so he chose a place an Angel couldn’t reach.

But there wasn’t an Angel behind He Ao, nor did he need an Angel to rescue.

He raised his gaze, looking forward, swiftly traversing the void.
