Chapter 1549: Chapter 1549: “Fishing Line

The third ‘fishing line’ originates from the mystic ‘connection’ of the Main World.

He Ao didn’t know the specific process behind the Divine Being’s actions, but it was evident that these mystic connections were created through the wind and snow.

That’s why these connections were linked to Kela.

And as soone with a position equivalent to a Usurper God, Kela could withstand these mystic connections from an entire world.

This might also be why Andaville collaborated with him, to return Kela to the Ice and Snow Core. He needed the God-Overstepping Level ‘Wind and Snow Authority’ to return to its place to beco the anchor point for this ‘fishing line’.

“Can you feel those mystic connections? What does it feel like?” He Ao asked Kela slowly, glancing her way.

Upon hearing this, Kela paused slightly, seeming to contemplate.

Then she spoke slowly, “There doesn’t seem to be any noticeable difference compared to before.”

He Ao turned his head, observing the frail girl before him, whose complexion appeared unnaturally pale.

He suddenly realized that Kela was probably experiencing the sa negative condition as himself, and she lacked the experience to discern the existence of those mystic connections.

Especially since these connections may have invisibly clung to her long ago.

Fish are unaware that they live in water, and people are unaware that they live in air.

He Ao reached out his hand, “Don’t move.”

His fingers touched the void, a faint black radiance gathered at his fingertips, and the Eye of Truth above his head shined with a faint glow.

The deepest layers of the world unfolded within his field of view, stirring with waves of undulation.

‘Kela’ also unfolded before him, revealing her most essential colors.

This was He Ao’s first ti observing Kela from such a perspective.

Standing before him, she seed less like a person and more like an outstretched tendril of a vast blizzard that could envelop the entire world.

At the world’s bottom layer, her body was so enormous that he couldn’t see its end.

He Ao’s Mythical Form appeared minuscule within this vast blizzard, like a shattered land.

Yet this vast body was contained within this narrow ‘human-shaped tendril’, endowed with ‘humanity’.

He Ao had actually deduced that Kela wasn’t an Ascended Usurper God, but rather a ‘reincarnation’ of so kind of usurper positional mythical substance.

He didn’t know how Andaville accomplished all this, but what surprised him was that despite her essence being non-human, Kela retained strong humanity after this reincarnation.

This humanity restricted her power, preventing her from completely descending into madness and returning to myth’s wilderness.

However, re humanity was not enough to constrain such mighty power; perhaps other elents were aiding Kela in restraining her own power.

Yet it was unclear, and He Ao couldn’t be certain.

“Can you feel anything helping you maintain your reason?”

He Ao looked at Kela and asked softly.

Kela lifted her head to look at He Ao. After a brief pause, she shook her head.

To Kela, this was sothing innate and imperceptible.

He Ao morized this and suppressed his thoughts, then extended his gaze to sweep over Kela’s vast body at the world’s bottom layer.

At this mont, her body was densely connected with intricate lines of various kinds, all of which were mystic connections stemming from the Main World.

These mystic connections were unlike those He Ao had encountered before; they were thicker, more solid, and more tangible.

If they weren’t so ‘thick’, even collectively, they wouldn’t be enough to pull the Main World from the ‘abyss’.

Obviously, the Divine Being behind the scenes must have gone to great lengths to craft this third ‘fishing line’, using so mystical magic to reinforce each mystic connection.

He Ao transford the Power of the Truth Eye into a hand, reaching out to touch one of the mystic connections.

As soon as the radiant hand touched the connection, it passed straight through it.

Untouchable?

He Ao quietly gazed at those ‘lines’. These mystic connections, even though specially reinforced, were still just mystic connections.

Gathered together, they could produce a powerful mystical effect, but apart, they were weak and untouchable mystic connections.

······

The Divine Being likely anticipated that He Ao would attempt to sever these mystic connections.

Damn, why is this god so cunning?

After a brief silence, He Ao withdrew his thoughts, examining the intricate lines before him.

To completely sever all these mystic connections, the only thod seed to be killing the ‘connected entity’.

He Ao looked at Kela, who was quietly watching him.

The Divine Being seed to have deliberately handed this dilemma to him: choose this ‘companion’ you just t, or choose the Main World.

But He Ao never took multiple-choice questions.

Under Kela’s gaze, He Ao lifted his eyes to the lines before him.

The Eye of Truth at the back of his head shone slightly, with a radiant brilliance extending from the Eye of Truth to the freshly ford hand.

Then the hand slowly reached out and covered the point of connection closest to He Ao.

Instead of trying to cut or touch the mystic connection, he covered the connection point with the power of the Wheel of Stars.

Bang—

A very faint sound, as if nonexistent, echoed throughout the rippling world’s bottom.

The mystical connections covering the link point suddenly ruptured, and disappeared in an instant.

Imdiately, He Ao slowly withdrew his force, removing the cover over the connection point.

An invisible ripple arose in the void, and a new mystical connection attached itself to Kela.

These connections were so faint, nearly imperceptible compared to other mystical connections.

They no longer provided any additional benefits and weren’t part of the third fishing line that brought the entire Main World up.

Indeed, although mystical connections cannot be completely severed, they can be stripped of their added elents, rendering them ineffective.

As the line re-ruptured and reconnected, Kela lifted her gaze, looking at He Ao, “I felt it.”

She then lifted her gaze and glanced behind her.

The countless lines connecting to her faintly trembled.

Earlier, she did not know what mystical lines He Ao referred to, but after He Ao’s manipulation, she could now discern these mystical lines.

He Ao quietly gazed at her.

From early on, he noticed that Kela possessed a strong talent for Mysticism, grasping things in an instant and learning quickly.

Of course, perhaps due to her extrely high positional grade, she wasn’t truly learning this Mysticism Knowledge but rather ‘recovering’ her high-level cognition.

At this mont, Kela also withdrew her gaze, looking at He Ao, “Do we need to remove them one by one?”

“No.” He Ao shook his head, and looked up at the dense lines, “We, don’t have enough ti.”

The power that Wheel of Stars could pass over was limited, requiring ti for recovery after use.

There were too many lines to clear.

Even if we don’t wait for recovery, clearing them one by one, the Main World would have been ‘fished’ up while we haven’t even started.

If a thod could be found to clear these destiny lines all at once, the ‘fishing lines’ would naturally break.

He withdrew his gaze, looked at Kela, “Let’s first go back to that junction area.”

As he spoke, he glanced at the space-ti storms surging overhead, capturing a chaotic gap.

The Eye of Truth appeared behind his head, shattering space instantly to open a space-ti passage.

The endpoint of the space-ti passage was a chaotic entangled space-ti.

With limited ti, he didn’t use the Life Goddess’s thod or wait for the Grace of Life Goddess, instead casually creating a space-ti passage himself.

He Ao jumped straight in, as sharp ripples spread around.

Behind him, Kela looked at this space-ti passage, pondered briefly, and gently raised her hand, causing icy radiance to shine through the entire passage.

Following this, the sharp space fissures were frozen and suppressed by the chill.

The spatial fissures, that were to cut through He Ao’s body, were also suppressed and pushed forward.

In an instant, the turbulent space passage was stabilized into a steady path.

Kela followed behind He Ao, swiftly traversing the passage.

He Ao glanced at the surrounding stable space structure, noting these spatial fluctuations.

With Kela’s help to suppress the space, this ti he passed through the space-ti passage unscathed.

Kela also followed him swiftly through.

“Is this the world junction?” Kela asked quietly, looking at the tumultuous space around and the reflection in the sky.

“Mm.”

He Ao nodded, sweeping his gaze around; this was where he had shattered the Two Realms Passage.

The remnants of the Two Realms Passage still stood around here.

Intense ripples vibrated in the sky, distorting and smoothing space-ti like paper.

These were the ripples of battle from divine projections.

This was the place where the Two Realms intersected, the most fragile space-ti, with the lowest world stability.

—The closest to the Main World.

He Ao quietly felt the changes in his body.

He could clearly perceive that as he reached this area, both the Wheel of Stars and the Trapped Destiny Plate were ‘closer.’

Indeed, the Wheel of Stars and Trapped Destiny Plate were left at the edge of the Main World, only able to convey power relying on the connection of the two worlds and his Mystical connection.

He turned to look at Kela, “Don’t resist.”

After a brief consideration, he sensed the Trapped Destiny Plate and exerted force.

A violent pulling sensation ca, the surrounding space-ti instantly shattered and quickly closed up, the entire space-ti trembled, but then it was nothing.

He Ao turned his head, looking at the slightly confused Kela.

He had just attempted to pull Kela into the Trapped Destiny Plate but failed.

As a being equivalent to the Usurper God-level, Kela was too significant.

Moreover, Kela interfered too deeply with this Historical World, while the Trapped Destiny Plate was at the edge of the Main World, where it ets the Historical World.

With his current power, he had no way to extra pull Kela into the Trapped Destiny Plate.

After a brief consideration, he looked at Kela.

If there were a way to transfer these mystical connections to himself, he could take these mystical connections into the Trapped Destiny Plate.
