"Moo—"

The screeching roar echoed between the tall, endless buildings.

The violent rain slid down like blood, splashing spots of bloody mist.

The air was perated with so inexplicable atmosphere, and the twisted ferocity gradually spread along with the dissipating water vapor.

Spots of scarlet covered the pupils of pedestrians waiting by the roadside, and they turned to look at the surrounding people, their faces gradually twisting into madness.

"What is this?" Standing on the rooftop of a small tavern, the red-haired woman furrowed her brow tightly, suppressing the violent emotions surging from the depths of her heart, "So kind of ntal influence?"

"This is the Dark Lizard’s ability." The elderly man in front of her slightly raised his head at this mont, turned his gaze to the south.

Waves of invisible ripples rose in multiple parts of the city, seemingly responding to this scarlet ferocity, but quickly dissipating.

These powers flickered so quickly that the red-haired woman only vaguely captured a position in the northeast direction, which was the Julia Family’s skyscraper.

At this mont, an invisible ripple erged from the southernmost part of the city, then swept across the world’s lowest layer, like an invisible barrier, enveloping the city skyline.

The sky remained blood-red, but those twisted ferocious emotions silently dissipated like snowflakes falling into water.

The dripping raindrops passed through the invisible barrier in the sky, still stained with spots of scarlet, but already far less intense than before, transforming into clear water droplets when caught in hand.

"Did the one in South City make a move?" The red-haired woman looked up towards the south, whispering, "The Dark Lizard’s power can awaken emotions of violent slaughter in people, making them kill each other? Does it gain so sort of replenishnt this way? Did the one in South City protect the city?"

She paused, looked at the elderly man in front of her, and suddenly asked, "What about the people in the wilderness?"

The sound of dripping rain echoed in the silent night, pounding on people’s hearts.

The elderly man did not answer her, or rather, the silence itself was a kind of answer.

Standing among the mountains, He Ao watched the invisible giant hands surrounding him and the blood-red mist flowing around him.

The Dark Lizard’s screech echoed in his ears.

He could feel that his emotions were also being influenced, making his thoughts veer towards violence and madness.

Even the boundary between his reason and madness was shaken by this influence, inclining towards madness.

This was no longer simply ntal influence and pollution but so kind of direct impact on the soul.

He Ao looked at the red light covering the Dark Lizard and the relighting injury obscured by the red glow.

Then he turned his gaze towards the distant city.

The people influenced by this pollution were likely to beco "supplents" for the Dark Lizard in turn.

At this mont, the missiles in the sky fully descended.

The Dark Lizard lifted its head to look at the missiles overhead.

The raindrops in the sky covered the missiles, coating the entire missile with a layer of scarlet, and then a blood-red barrier appeared in front of the missiles.

Accompanied by a fierce distortion, the densely packed missiles fell on its head, exploding with a roar, raising scorching fireworks in the firmant, evaporating the raindrops in the sky briefly.

The Dark Lizard quietly watched all this, letting out an excited screech, seemingly mocking humanity’s overestimation of its abilities.

"Thunder!"

Yet in that instant, a shout accompanied by the booming sound of thunder rang in its ear.

A massive spear of lightning gathered from the sky, suddenly appearing at its side.

At the mont it was montarily losing focus, shifting its attention to the skyborne missiles, He Ao sohow had already escaped the invisible giant hand’s entanglent, appearing at its side.

"Moo—"

Looking up at the flickering lightning overhead, the Dark Lizard imdiately let out a screech, swinging its long tail to clash with He Ao’s spear.

Bang—

The intense Thunder Spear flickered, and the pervasive electric light spread along the Dark Lizard’s tail.

But He Ao’s attack was also blocked by this long tail.

The two figures trembled slightly, and in the clash of imnse power, both retreated back.

He Ao’s eye corner swept across the city, he had already sensed that so intangible power had covered the city, hindering the Dark Lizard’s ’ferocity’ from spreading.

But only the city.

His gaze lowered slightly, gripping the Thunder Spear tightly in his hand.

His body was becoming increasingly unstable with the force usage.

For whatever reason, he needed a quick resolution.

If it dragged on until his body collapsed, there would be no fight.

At this mont, the Dark Lizard, which had just been knocked away by him, also seized the opportunity and charged again.

Invisible giant hands spread from the void and appeared from all directions, grabbing at He Ao’s limbs and head.

He Ao imdiately dodged again from these invisible giant hands.

At the sa ti, he turned and swung the Thunder Spear, slashing to the side and rear.

The Dark Lizard’s swinging tail was in this direction, and the spear clashed with the tail.

At this mont, the Dark Lizard gazed at He Ao, its massive mouth slowly opening.

So kind of violent power suddenly surged from its back, converging upon its tail.

This power erupted so rapidly, it was clearly well prepared.

The Thunder Spear in He Ao’s hand shattered in this attack.

He imdiately withdrew, but the tail still pierced through his giant phantom body’s abdon.

After landing a hit, the Dark Lizard imdiately withdrew.

The entire body then vanished into the thick blood rain.

He Ao glanced at the massive wound on his abdon, raised his head, and looked around.

At this mont, the body gathered with War God Power was flickering intensely, indicating his incredibly unstable state.

He reached and touched the gold ring on his hand.

Just now, on this ring, he had depicted a ’K’ emblem that was like both weapon and tentacle, using Divine Sense mixed with War God’s Power.

This was an emblem pointing to Nell.

Yet he did not use Nell to try to summon more of War God’s Power, he rely made a ’attempt.’

After this emblem was drawn, its mysticism link with War God gained so ’enhancent,’ and under this condition, he also sensed the power source to which this ring was connected.

Although he still couldn’t determine what this power source was or where it was, with this sensing, he seed to already be able to ’summon’ a little more power.

But considering his current state, summoning new power would undoubtedly lead to a greater acceleration of collapse.

He raised his head, looking at the dense blood rain around.

Crucial power, needed to be used at a crucial mont.

The Dark Lizard’s body had completely concealed into the void, He Ao could hardly capture any trace of it.

Only under the field of view of Super mory could he see the fate lines in the void that were elusive and hard to capture.

But these fate lines related to both the Dark Lizard and He Ao, were inherently scarce, and under this condition beca very faint, flashing, disappearing and reappearing, making it difficult for He Ao to pinpoint the specific location of the Dark Lizard.

It seed that this monster had entered so area similar to the Hidden Space that He Ao previously entered at the airport.

And just at the mont when He Ao was pondering, a swinging tail appeared behind him.

He Ao imdiately reacted, dodging and summoning a Thunder Spear.

This attack grazed his body, causing so minor harm, but not much.

He raised his head, looking at the surrounding blood rain, after another failed attack, the Dark Lizard once again hid in the darkness.

It seed to have noticed He Ao’s body’s instability, and this ti, it seed to be ’more patient’.

This way, it would drag him to death.

Gazing at all this, He Ao didn’t hesitate, raising his hand, "teor!"

His body once again flickered intensely.

The sky painted in crimson trembled violently, and then the dense blood cloud seed to be torn apart by so invisible and terrifying force.

A massive, fla-enveloped teor descended from the sky.

Soon after, fragnts continuously shredded the sky, piercing through the thick blood clouds, drawing radiant lines across the firmant.

These burning fragnts tore apart the clouds, vaporizing rainwater as they shot through the sky.

Boom——

With the first teor crashing onto the earth, the damp, crimson ground began to kindle with flas.

Boom boom boom——

Then, teor after teor rained down from the heavens, crashing onto the earth.

They landed on mountain peaks, shattering them, and hit the ground, setting it ablaze.

The valley that surrounded it collapsed into a flatland in an instant, and the crimson ground was already afla with molten fire.

······

The red-haired woman lifted her head, widening her eyes as she watched the teors streak across the sky, "’War God’s Fury’ is this formidable?"

The elderly beside her also looked up at the sky, remaining silent for a mont before speaking slowly, "This is my first ti seeing it too."

······

He Ao stood amidst the burning flas, watching the surrounding void.

He raised the Thunder Spear he had just summoned, blocking the sudden claw strike from his side.

Since he began summoning teors, the Dark Lizard had repeatedly tried to attack him.

And in his field of view, the faint, flickering destiny lines had beco much clearer. These lines didn’t directly correspond to the position where the Dark Lizard appeared.

It seed to be a kind of ’dislocated reflection’, but not a completely irregular dislocation.

He Ao had almost started mastering the rules of their correspondence.

And he also felt that the ’hidden’ space where the Dark Lizard concealed itself was becoming less stable.

This hidden space wasn’t completely ’invincible’; it could also be destroyed by strong forces.

He Ao gripped the Thunder Spear in his hand, observing the scene around him, watching those flickering destiny lines.

So, the ti should be about right.

Boom boom boom——

Several thunderclaps reverberated in the sky as dazzling electric light streaked through the descending teors, falling towards the center of the raging flas.

And in the instant He Ao’s thoughts surged, he turned abruptly, gripping the Thunder Spear surrounded by flickering electric light, and thrust forward.

At almost the sa instant, a crimson claw stabbed towards his chest.

At the mont the spear and claw collided, a terrifying force erupted from the claws, instantly shattering the Thunder Spear.

But the claw’s motion paused slightly as well.

The blood-red eyes gazed at He Ao, whose body showed signs of collapsing.

At this mont, an invisible long tail was slowly erging in the void behind He Ao.

As long as He Ao turned to dodge the claw’s attack, the powerful long tail would pierce through his neck, tearing from within.

Almost simultaneously, several bolts of lightning descended from the sky, falling before He Ao, gathered into his hand.

The electric light converged once more, forming an even more dazzling spear.

Without any attempt to dodge, He Ao charged forward, the brilliant electric light thrusting straight ahead.

The sharp invisible claw pierced into He Ao’s body, but the electrified spear also plunged back into the Dark Lizard’s body, skewering it diagonally.

The swinging long tail attack missed its mark.

The blood-red pupils widened, staring at the He Ao before them.

It seemingly never expected that this humanoid creature would be so insane, directly trading injuries with it.

This person was crazier than this monstrous entity.

And this unforeseen strategy ant that, under this sudden assault, its injuries were far worse than He Ao’s.

"Awoooo——"

It opened its mouth, a scream of madness and wailing echoing between heaven and earth.

At that mont, nurous invisible arms erupted from the lava-burning ground, swaying wildly like seaweed in a fiery sea.

And within those hands, faces of agony and ferocity began to surface.

A kind of twisted ’song’ rang out from these pained faces, echoing deep within the soul.

Many of these faces were familiar to Paxiu — elders who had once helped him, as well as young people in whom he had placed his hopes.

Their voices carried a sort of twisted, painful lant, like countless hands reaching towards He Ao’s soul.

He Ao quietly regarded the Dark Lizard before him, watching the spear piercing its body in his hand, and the faint purple light subtly spilling from the deepest part of the spear.

And in that mont, the spear in his hand suddenly shattered.

His world seed divided in two, one part a fiery, burning reality, the other a blank canvas belonging to the soul.

And amidst the blankness, nurous invisible arms spread out.

A giant purple lizard, with a spherical head composed of countless pained faces, was slowly erging from this blankness.

It ’looked’ at He Ao, its spherical head splitting in the middle like a vast mouth, ready to bite down on He Ao.

The entire blank space shook violently at this mont, seemingly ready to shatter at any instant.

This was its true essence power, its real mythical form, capable of attacking the soul.

This was its final killer move.

He Ao rely watched this twisted and horrifying monster, observing those countless pained faces.

He raised his hand, reaching towards the void beneath him, softly speaking, "Fla."

In reality, his almost collapsing body also raised a hand towards the burning lava below.

The searing flas surged instantly, countless tongues of fire rushing up from the earth, converging in He Ao’s palm.

They coiled and intertwined, revealing a blazing long sword of red fla in no ti.

And in the blank space of He Ao’s soul, an identical sword ford.

Except the burning flas beca radiant, jade-like purple light.

When the Dark Lizard unleashed its fury, he had guessed that its true ability was likely soul-related.

And he had been waiting for this mont.

The purple lizard with the spherical head seed to realize sothing, attempting to withdraw imdiately.

But it was already too late.

The figures in both spaces raised their burning swords simultaneously.

Dazzling light cut across earth and sky, slicing through the blank void, towards the giant creature before it.

Tearing open its massive body.
