Arriving in the area for Core Disciples, Kieran looked around and couldn't help but notice just how empty the place was.

The area was beautiful. They were located in a small valley behind the main sect building with a trail that would all the way up the mountain. Periodically along the trail, there were large stone rolling doors covering the abodes that the Core Disciples lived in.

This was all there was to it however. While it was beautiful it left much to be desired, especially with how much the sect seed fleshed out in the main areas. Hell, it seed as if even the outer disciples had more anities!

"Why is it so empty here? And I don't an people." Kieran finally asked after they finally reached her immortal cave.

"There are a few reasons. Firstly, the Qi in the air is naturally absorbed by anything that exists. The earth, the stones, the clouds. If we had buildings, then it would absorb so Qi as well. It's not a ton that's absorbed passively, but it's enough that it noticeably drops the Qi content. With less buildings and so on, not only is there more Qi present in the air, it also allows for it to move around quicker. And the faster it moves, the faster it may be absorbed."

"Secondly, it assists in cultivation by not distracting the disciples. Imagine if everyone gathered and had a good ti here, it would distract so individuals. The immortal caves are surrounded by formations that block sound, but so people like to cultivate with the door open as it helps them concentrate with the sounds of nature." Laylia replied patiently as if teaching a child, but it didn't seem as if she was bothered at all. In fact she even seed excited to get to her immortal cave.

After entering her cave, she shut her door and imdiately turned around to look at Kieran.

"So? Where do you want to begin first? Do you want to learn cultivation basics first before you pay , orr...?" Laylia asked with anticipation.

Kieran was in no rush however, as he was more interested in cultivation firstly. But he was also excited to pay for his services after receiving knowledge.

A deal is a deal after all.

"Let's start with imparting the basics first." Kieran said.

Laylis's shoulders noticeably slumped for a mont before she regained her posture and spoke.

"Of course. Where would you like to begin?"

"I'd like to start with an explanations of the different realms and what they are able to do that makes each realm special."

Kieran was excited to learn to fly, but he also wanted to know how to use divine sense and move things with his mind. There was so much he had read about that made him excited that he didn't know how to do even though he was in the foundation establishnt realm!

It might not be obvious because Kieran was in one of the top sects of the world, but a lot of lesser talented individuals on the planet fail to break through into the foundation establishnt realm and their cultivation paths end there.

Every realms peak is the end of the road for millions of cultivators.

For Kieran to break through so easily was an incredible feat that would leave others absolutely astounded.

"Of course. I'll start at the bottom and go from there." She said walking closer to Kieran and laying her hands on his shoulders.

"An individual begins cultivating in the Qi condensation realm. In this realm, you learn to wield Qi and use it to empower your body and special tools that can assist in combat. There are no particular special abilities that co inherently with this realm, but one may begin learning special techniques that allow for certain things such as a wind blade technique or a movent technique."

As she spoke her hands began to move along Kieran's shoulders with a casual elegance while she gave him a massage.

"In the next realm, the foundation establishnt realm, one is able to consolidate their Qi into their spiritual veins. This allows them to hold more qi in their body and perform greater feats than the qi accumulation realm. Such feats include greater environnt manipulation. So flying and wielding normal items as if they are weapons with only your mind to na a few key features."

As she said this, Kieran's robe started to loosen without either of them touching it.

"In the next real, core formation realm, one creates a core inside themselves that allows for the consolidation of Qi even further. This core can be viewed as an egg for the soul and is a crucial stage for increasing your realm further. In this realm, you can start wielding divine sense. This sense allows you to see your surroundings even with your eyes closed and in much greater detail."

By this point, Kieran's robe was very loose and only remained covering his arms, leaving everything else bare to the world.

"In the next realm, the nascent realm, your core undergoes a drastic change that allows for the bending of space around your body to move great distances instantly. In short, teleportation. This is great for fighting too."

By this ti her voice had gone sultry and her eyes were glazing over as she feasted them on Kieran's magnificent body.

"When one breaks into the soul formation stage, their core absorbs itself to for a miniature and physical manifestation of your soul. This allows one to live even if they are killed. However, they can't survive for long in just a soul state. You would need a treasure or to find a new body to inhabit."

Laylia was sitting on her knees in front of Kieran and was eyeing his rising cock with great hunger in her eyes.

"When one breaks into the Soul Transformation Realm, it allows one to survive entirely on their own without a body if they die, with a great portion of their previous strength....and they're able....to..."

As she spoke her impulse control ran out and she leaned her head forward.
