"I’ll walk you guys down to the office." SSS-RANK Draco muttered as the professor walked out of the room with Jayden.
The professor glanced at him over his shoulder. "Actually, you’re also needed at the office, but it’s supposed to be one after the other. If you insist, it would save the stress of walking here twice."
Jayden’s bones began shivering. If even SSS-RANKED Draco was summoned the the headline of this eting had to be about dragons.
The school was going to uncover his secret and what if things went too south?
Jayden folded his arms, cold biting into his skin. He couldn’t run and it seed his elder brother wasn’t planning to either.
When they reached the Managing Director’s office, the professor told SSS-RANKED Draco to wait outside while he and Jayden moved in first.
The room was even colder with the AC units and all lights turned off, only illuminated by the faint glow from the window.
Jayden noticed a man sitting at the opposite side of the table, supposedly GTA’s Managing Director and flanking him were two other n, one with Bear markings and the other with Murk Gator markings.
"Please have a seat, Mr Logan." The MD gestured at the seat opposite him.
Jayden sat confidently on the chair then smirked, "I’d prefer you call by na."
"Very well then," The man adjusted his tie and then stood up from his chair, "Let’s go straight into business."
Jayden swallowed hard, leaning back into the chair confidently.
"You know Mr Jayden, in our society today, power ans everything. Power can get you land, money, reputation, and just na it."
He brushed a hand past Jayden’s shoulder before pacing around the room again, lion markings evident all over his skin.
"But you see, over the past years in the annual academy tournants, I have lost both money, land reputation. I’ve lost a lot to other academies.
Most parts of GTA are owned by other academies, but there’s one thing that can save from losing this school for good—Legendary beast."
Jayden clenched his trembling fist beneath the table. ’So the professor noticed my beast. But with his rank, he can’t see through so maybe all these are just so hypothetical guesses.
’Let’s hope so!’ Draco muttered softly.
The man continued, "With a dragon tar on my side, I’m very liable to win the tournants and regain all my losses with extra change in just one year.
These kinda tars don’t file an application to an academy, the academy offers them an invitation, and even offers all the crystals needed for cultivation, protection and of course comfort in our best room.
Now Jayden."
The man leaned to look Jayden in the eyes from over his shoulder, "Mr Tony here said he watched you pull off remarkable stunts, outsmart our Jurassic Mole and land from sowhere high as a five-floor building without a scratch.
"ARE YOU A DRAGON TAR?"
Jayden shifted uncomfortably, ’What- what should I tell him? The school benefits or my secret.’
"BahaHaha..." Jayden laughed softly before he couldn’t control it anymore, "What makes you think a beastless boy like , is bonded to a dragon?
The MD sat on his chair and leaned into Jayden, then slid his phone across the table.
Jayden watched a video of himself trying to survive the level two dungeon.
"You’ve got speed and strength, let’s not talk about why you didn’t suffer mana poisoning in such depth for that amount of ti. And guess what? The only beasts capable of not showing physical signs till a very high rank are dragons."
Jayden’s heart tensed. That was more than enough evidence; it seed like he might not be able to keep in the dark for much longer.
He pushed the phone back to the man, "With pure respect, Sir, where on earth do you think the boy with the lowest SAT score would get a dragon from?
"Your egg, Jayden", the MD imdiately attacked with a loud voice, "You don’t carry it about like your wife again, so where is it?"
Jayden stayed quiet for a mont. It seems the MD had taken a proper look at him before holding this eting.
Jayden rested his back, letting out an exhausted breath and sarcastically said, "That egg, sir, has long been shattered by the MAGEO. Just like you, they were thinking I had a dragon, but... Argh... all their test were negative."
The MD looked at Mr Tony, and he nodded to confirm that, rembering the day the school was first visited by a third-generation tar.
The MD picked up his phone and rested his back against the chair, "In that case. Let do a common beast app scan on you."
"Sure", Jayden confidently whispered, but within every fibre was screaming.
The man with the Murk Gator markings offered to help the MD but he insisted on doing things himself.
He drew closer to align the cara with Jayden’s eyes.
Jayden sat ice still, three more seconds before the school finds out who he really is. This wasn’t the classic payoff he was looking forward to.
One... two... BOOM
SSS-RANKED Draco burst in through the wall, snatched Jayden and burst out through the roof in an instant, not even the MD and his companions were quick enough to react.
[ID not detected] The phone beeped.
"Fuck" the MD slamd it into the table.

"Yooo, why the fuck did you do that? That’s school, man, we can’t run away from school!" Jayden scread while held tight in SSS-RANKED Draco’s arms.
"Shut up, idiot, they need us more than we need them, so they aren’t gonna say or do anything."
Jayden closed his eyes tightly as the wind threatened to dry them up. "So where on earth are you taking to?"
SSS-RANKED Draco smiled, "It’s nowhere on Earth, I’m taking you to the dragon realm."
Jayden’s heart skipped. He rembered his elder brother proposing that he take him sowhere where he could rank three levels in one day, but he never thought it was the Dragon Realm.
SSS-RANKED Draco looked down at Jayden’s pale faces, "Don’t be scared, brother, I’m gonna allow you to cultivate to A-rank so you can at least be able to buy yourself so ti during the fight.
Sorry, I’m too much in a hurry, but I need to complete my father’s task and go back to flirting with my water clan princess.
