Caicai was shocked and looked at Xiao Jinsheng in surprise: "Actually, every world has its own consciousness. Naturally, the Mist Continent does too. It’s just that the Mist Continent’s world consciousness has been asleep for a long ti."

"To be more precise," Caicai worried that it might misspeak, so it ’borrowed’ a bit of points from Lou Yan Zhi, who had just received so, to investigate further.

Sure enough, it found a few scattered pieces of information about the Mist Continent.

It explained, "The Mist Continent’s world consciousness has been asleep since a thousand years ago. In fact, it already died once back then. Unless the entire planet is destroyed, it generally won’t truly die, so it is currently in a state of slumber."

"Wait, what is this..." Xiao Jinsheng was bewildered, "Why does it feel like a mix of sci-fi and fantasy?"

"Cyber cultivation, ever heard of it?" Caicai perked up at this topic, eager to chat.

It imdiately played Lou Yan Zhi’s combat footage from the Interstellar World.

The fusion of sci-fi and fantasy.

One hand drawing talismans, the other firing laser cannons—this was his usual thod of operation.

The Insect Clan trapped within the Heaven and Earth Talisman Array would then be blasted to smithereens with one shot, wiping out entire swaths at once.

The explosions could even produce satisfying cracking sounds.

"I thought your host was a sword cultivator?" Xiao Jinsheng asked with a puzzled expression.

"His Lifebound Sword was taken by a Cannibal Flower," Caicai glanced at the Cannibal Flower, which was gnawing rapidly on a chunk of Star Stone Mine, "He can only wield the Lifebound Sword comfortably."

"Let’s just ignore him," Caicai waved dismissively, disdainfully shutting off Lou Yan Zhi’s combat footage. Suddenly struck by an idea, it grew excited.

It darted in front of the Cannibal Flower, grabbed it, and started rummaging through its mouth.

The Cannibal Flower allowed it to search.

But when it saw Caicai pull out a Platinum Heavy Sword from its mouth, it flailed its green leaves and began smacking Caicai.

Xiao Jinsheng, who had copied Huaiqing’s Wood Elent Superpower, found it easy to understand the Cannibal Flower’s words.

The usually mild-mannered Cannibal Flower snatched back the heavy sword and pinned Caicai to the ground, furiously slapping it: "Mine! Mine! Everything is mine."

"These belong to my host. My host’s things are mine. How do they suddenly beco yours?!" Caicai transford into a lettuce leaf and managed to escape the Cannibal Flower’s clutches.

It promptly turned into a two-ter-long green onion and began wrestling with the Cannibal Flower for the heavy sword: "Let go! This sword is mine!"

"It’s mine! I stole it!" the Cannibal Flower emphasized in its childlike voice. "I got it fair and square; why should I give it to you?"

"It’s my host’s. If my host dies, I inherit his property," Caicai snarled, clutching the other end of the heavy sword and grappling with the Cannibal Flower.

It angrily declared, "You’re stealing from my host, which ans you’re stealing from ."

"Why should I care? You steal from , I take it back—what do you have to say about that?"

"You’re all bullying the flower!" The Cannibal Flower roared furiously, its green vines extending to smack Caicai away.

Being a non-combat system, Caicai’s fighting abilities were far too weak.

After being slapped onto the Star Stone Mine by the Cannibal Flower’s vine, Xiao Jinsheng tried to pry it off, but after much effort, still couldn’t get it out.

Finally, there was no other way; Xiao Jinsheng absorbed the Star Stone Energy that Caicai had embedded itself into, thus rescuing Caicai.

"Arrogant, huh?" Caicai pointed angrily at the Cannibal Flower.

It considered snatching back the sword but, realizing it couldn’t defeat the Cannibal Flower, hid behind Xiao Jinsheng, glaring fiercely: "My host is still alive. Let’s ask him whether the sword is yours or mine!"

"Let’s ask then," the Cannibal Flower challenged without backing down, holding the sword tightly: "I stole it, so it’s mine."

"You just wait. Don’t get cocky," Caicai said in frustration.

It then prepared to connect a video call with Lou Yan Zhi.

But soon discovered it lacked enough points to contact him via video.

Deflated, it lost steam.

Yet when it noticed the Cannibal Flower’s smug expression...

It realized that holding back only made it angrier, and compromising only made it feel more cheated.

Caicai imdiately sent a ssage to Lou Yan Zhi.

Caicai: Yo, got ti? Lend so points, capiche?

Lou Yan Zhi: ...You’re a whole ss.

Caicai: How did you know? I found a treasure on the Mist Continent that’s perfect for forging swords.

Lou Yan Zhi: How much do you need?

Caicai looked at the total points it owed Lou Yan Zhi.

So were openly borrowed, others secretly ’borrowed’.

Altogether, the debt exceeded three million points.

It calculated that a single video call required five thousand points, allowing for five minutes of talk ti.

Caicai: Lend fifty thou...no, make it thirty thousand?

Lou Yan Zhi: Pay back with interest.

Caicai: Relax, I’m on it. Trust , I’ve got this!

Lou Yan Zhi: Shall I remind you that you haven’t repaid even a single point?

Lou Yan Zhi didn’t receive a reply, but soon, Caicai’s video call invitation popped up.

He instantly understood Caicai’s intent behind borrowing points.

Switching his spaceship to autopilot mode, Lou Yan Zhi leaned back and floated mid-air.

As expected, a familiar giant green onion appeared on the screen.

"Spill, what’s the matter?" Lou Yan Zhi spoke casually.

But upon noticing Caicai shift its position, revealing Xiao Jinsheng not far behind it, Lou Yan Zhi imdiately sat up straight.

When he looked again, Caicai had already pointed the cara at the Cannibal Flower.

"Host, be the judge! This is your Lifebound Sword—it should belong to !" Caicai complained angrily.

"I stole it, so it’s mine!" the Cannibal Flower interjected firmly.

"This is my host’s, so it’s mine. If you take it from him, you’re taking it from !" Caicai countered.

Lou Yan Zhi frowned and pieced together the argunt between this giant onion and the Cannibal Flower.

He mused, "If I’m not mistaken, this is indeed my Lifebound Sword."

"I’m not dead yet, and you’re already divvying up my belongings?"

"So what? I stole it," the Cannibal Flower said righteously.

"You’re far away in the Interstellar World; you obviously won’t be using this sword. Why not let have it?" Caicai sneered.

"Who said that?" Lou Yan Zhi chuckled coldly.

He reminded Caicai, "Turn the cara to Karma."

"Karma?" Caicai was confused. "What fruit is that?"

Lou Yan Zhi sighed helplessly, slightly annoyed: "To Xiao Jinsheng."

"Divine Gold? You’re calling it Karma now?" Caicai scoffed, rolling its onion eyes. "We’re in the Interstellar World; stop your Xianxia theatrics."

Lou Yan Zhi went silent.

After not seeing Caicai for several days...

He realized it had beco even more ridiculous.

Fortunately, despite its complaints, Caicai eventually consulted Xiao Jinsheng and turned the cara in his direction.

Seeing Lou Yan Zhi again brought a different feeling.

The first ti they t, he had fought the Insect Clan alone.

This ti, he was alone in a spaceship, drifting through the vast cosmos.

eting Xiao Jinsheng’s gaze, Lou Yan Zhi’s amber eyes crinkled with amusent: "The Insect Clan has already descended on the Mist Continent?"

"Yes," Xiao Jinsheng nodded.

"Daoist friend," Lou Yan Zhi said with a laugh, "It seems you need Interstellar assistance?"

"What!?" Xiao Jinsheng’s eyes widened in shock.

Caicai scrambled to confront Lou Yan Zhi with alarm: "What are you trying to do?"

"I’m bored of slaughtering Insect Clan in the Thirteen District," Lou Yan Zhi’s slender fingers skimd across the virtual screen as he smiled playfully. "Ti to switch battlefields and try sothing new."

Lou Yan Zhi’s gaze shifted through the video screen to the heavy sword clutched by the Cannibal Flower.

With a re thought...

The heavy sword flew out from the Cannibal Flower’s arms and embedded itself before Xiao Jinsheng.

The sword trembled, emitting a low hum.

Lou Yan Zhi’s fingers tapped lightly, and golden runes rippled outward from his palm.

He turned his attention to the virtual screen, which displayed the Insect Clan warships encircling the Mist Continent nearby.

"My sword."

The heavy sword, initially standing before Xiao Jinsheng, transford into a stream of light and vanished in an instant.

"It has reached the battlefield ahead of ."

Golden light pierced the red mist surrounding the Insect Clan ships descending toward the Mist Continent.

In the sky, the impact shattered debris into golden-red mushroom clouds, exploding like bursts of fireworks raining down.
