“She must be busy, right? I’ll call her tomorrow and ask her to co over when she’s free,” Wen Chi’s father decided very firmly, as he was known for his decisiveness.
“Busy with what? She hasn’t been filming recently. Not to speak ill of her, but she spends hardly any days at ho throughout the year. Wen Chi can’t even get a sip of hot soup; what kind of wife is that?” Mrs. Wen started complaining once the subject ca up.
“Don’t interfere with the matters of those two kids,” said Wen Chi’s father, the voice of reason.
Since they were married, they should both get used to each other’s work.
“What am I saying? All I want now is for her to give a big, chubby grandson. Is that so unreasonable?” Mrs. Wen suddenly spoke angrily.
“Keep your voice down, why so worked up? Whether or not they have kids is their business, why are you worrying unnecessarily?” Wen Chi’s father disapproved. “It’s like fussing over whether the radish is salted enough. Hmph, do you even expect them to think about it?” Mrs. Wen scoffed coldly.
“Whether they think about it or not, you stop thinking about it. Harmony in the family brings prosperity to all. Just make sure it wasn’t you who said sothing that discouraged her from coming over, making my precious granddaughter suffer.” Wen Chi’s father caressed Warm sunlight in his arms, his face full of affection.
He couldn’t understand why it mattered whether they had a boy or a girl. Wasn’t his wife overjoyed when Warm sunlight was born? After all, there were no other girls in the family, and she had been happy for quite so ti. Why the change now?
“Uncle Wen, what nonsense are you talking? Are you here to upset on purpose? When I say sothing, you always have to counter it, and every word of yours strikes right in the heart,” Mrs. Wen was angered to see him continuously speak in favor of Gu Huanhuan.
It was infuriating; both father and son were the sa, blinded by Gu Huanhuan.
