Chapter 1126: Chapter 1125 Parent-Child Activity (1)

It seems I need to make major reforms.

Once my vigilance waned, everything below turned into a complete ss.

However, this ti Gu Shaoting did not fly into a rage. Firstly, his own health wouldn’t allow it; secondly, he realized that losing his temper wouldn’t solve anything.

As everyone looked at each other in bewildernt, not knowing what to do, Gu Shaoting announced that the eting was over.

The executives were all very anxious. What was going on with Mr. Gu today? Had he changed? He didn’t lose his temper?

And he even told everyone to go back and work hard?

The sun must be rising from the west.

Though that’s what everyone was thinking, they left the eting quickly.

Gu Shaoting returned to his office and began to review docunts. During this ti, Xia Xiaoqiao ca in to report on work twice, each ti without fault, impeccable in every detail.

Gu Shaoting felt that she was more attentive, so he did not bring up the matter of her job transfer again.

Gu Shaoting thought he’d speak to Shu Pan about it when he got back.

It wasn’t a big deal.

And so things often happened in this way.

What you think is not a big deal, in a woman’s heart can have an entirely different interpretation.

Gu Shaoting hadn’t reached the end of his workday when he left early; after all, there wasn’t much to do, and going ho to spend ti with his child and wife was much better, wasn’t it?

Shu pan had finally finished her work, dealing with several days’ worth of work had still been quite challenging.

When she got ho and saw Gu Shaoting, she was slightly surprised, sowhat unexpected for this workaholic to co ho so early.

At dinner ti, Shu Pan glanced at the clock and suddenly spoke up, “The day after tomorrow is Joy’s school’s parent-child event. You mustn’t forget the ti.”

Shu Pan reminded him in advance.

“I know,” Gu Shaoting nodded.

“I asked; it doesn’t start until the afternoon. I’ll go straight there from the company, you don’t need to co pick up,” Shu Pan thought for a mont and then added.

“Alright, I will follow Madam’s arrangents,” Gu Shaoting said jokingly.

Ti flew by, and Friday arrived.

In the morning, Gu Shaoting especially chose a casual outfit that highlighted his outstanding deanor, long figure, and strong presence.

No matter the ti or attire, he was always irresistibly charming.

Gu Shaoting checked his schedule and, since there wasn’t much to do, decided not to go to the office.

He’d just host a video conference later in the study.

Now for him, family had to take an even more important position.

After Shu Pan and the child left, Gu Shaoting returned to the study.

He prepared for the eting which ended quickly since it wasn’t about anything important.

He looked at the ti—it was still early—so he decided to wait for Shu Pan at her company to surprise her, as he had nothing else to do.

Just as he was about to leave, the ringing of his phone broke the silence of the room.

Gu Shaoting pressed the answer button, “Gu, my brother, I hope you’re doing well.”

With such a territory tone, who could it be but Wang Dali?

“What is it?” Gu Shaoting intuited the call was inauspicious.

“Brother Gu, you can’t be so forgetful, can you? We still haven’t settled our matter,” Wang Dali reminded.

Of course, Gu Shaoting knew he was referring to the incident where Xia Xiaoqiao had injured him. But this scoundrel, after what he had done, had the nerve to say such things?

“Mr. Wang, look at what you’re saying. There’s an old saying, ‘Harmony brings wealth,’ why bother lowering yourself to my level?” Gu Shaoting said coolly.

“Right, I think so too. That’s why our deal should be split fifty-fifty, let’s sign the contract as soon as possible,” Wang Dali said, sowhat impatiently.

Gu Shaoting was taken aback. That old fox, daring to propose a fifty-fifty split.
