As the Aquatic Tribe orcs were lost in varying thoughts, a series of footsteps echoed from within the tribe.
Three elderly priests stood up, and all the tribe orcs turned their attention towards the direction of the sound.
Then, a group of orcs walked out from the camp that had barred them entrance.
Precisely speaking, a group of orcs surrounded a very beautiful female as they erged.
This female differed from those in their tribe; she radiated strong confidence, and although there was always a faint smile on her face, no orc from any part of the Aquatic Tribe dared disregard her.
Of course, Elyle was an exception.
The one who ca was Ji Nuan; she had just finished guiding the orcs in cleaning up traces of salt boiling before stepping out with an escort of tribe orcs.
However, as they were about to reach the camp entrance, they saw a group of unfamiliar orcs standing there, including a few distinct-looking elder orcs.
Ya Li also ca out of the cabin at this point, first respectfully saluting Ji Nuan, then whispering sothing to her side.
Ji Nuan’s eyes flickered, yet the smile on her face remained unchanged.
And beside her, Xiu Yan, with his profound eyes, seed as cold and intimidating as a snowstorm.
After Ya Li finished speaking, he stood to Ji Nuan’s other side, bristling with Xiu Yan’s taphorical daggers.
Ji Nuan’s gaze turned to the group of orcs outside the camp, "No matter, I want to hear what they have to say, let’s go."
So saying, she led the way outside the camp, her smile growing more radiant as they approached.
"Lord Priest, Chief Zhuangzhuang, I just returned from the tribe, and here you are. I wonder how all your tribespeople are doing?"
The elderly priests and Zhuangzhuang felt an imdiate warmth upon Ji Nuan’s firsthand inquiry about the tribe.
They also greeted her with smiling faces, and one priest was particularly surprised as he bowed to Ji Nuan, "We really owe Shaman Ji Nuan a big thanks this ti. If it hadn’t been for the dicine powder you provided, our tribespeople would probably have ended up serving Lord Water God."
Ji Nuan laughed, "Your tribe even gave a piece of land, let’s not talk about thanks."
After speaking, she looked at a tall elder orc not far away, "And who might this be?"
The priest quickly stepped forward, "Shaman Ji Nuan, this is the Whale Priest from our strong Aquatic Tribe, the Giant Whale Tribe."
Ji Nuan looked at the tall elder orc with a radiant smile and bowed, "I didn’t expect to et a priest from the esteed battle tribe of the Aquatic Clan. Welco to our Watson Tribe’s camp."
The Whale Priest also returned the gesture with a smile on his face, "Shaman Ji Nuan’s dicine powder has indeed done a huge favor for all our Aquatic Tribes, saving countless lives; it is I, as an old orc, who should be thanking the shaman."
The two exchanged pleasantries, feigning modesty for a good while.
The Tortoise Tribe elder priest then, not so warmly, pointed to another tall, sickly-looking elder orc beside him, "Shaman Ji Nuan, this is the priest from the Sea Crocodile Tribe."
As soon as the Tortoise elder priest had spoken, everyone sensed a change in Ji Nuan; her warmth seed to be absorbed back into her body.
She rely nodded politely with a smile towards the Sea Crocodile Tribe elder priest, "Welco Sea Crocodile Priest."
The Sea Crocodile Tribe elder priest returned the gesture with a stiff smile, "Shaman Ji Nuan is too polite. If there were any offenses from our Sea Crocodile Tribe previously, I hope your tribe won’t take it to heart."
