Dubi’s eyes lit up, and he leaned closer to Kaka, "I’ll go talk to Shaman Ji Nuan about your situation first, think about your trip to the seaside here, and when you see Shaman Ji Nuan, explain it in more detail. The shaman loves to hear about seaside stories, so he will definitely be very happy."
Kaka’s eyes sparkled upon hearing this, and he nodded his head almost off his neck, "Mhm, don’t worry, I’ll think hard and tell everything about the seaside to Shaman Ji Nuan."
Then he rubbed his hands together and looked at Dubi sowhat ingratiatingly, "Then you have to put in a good word for in front of the shaman too."
Dubi patted his chest, "You can count on it."
He then put on his beast skin shoes, turned his head to Kaka, "It’s getting late, you rest first, I will go and talk to Shaman Ji Nuan tomorrow."
Kaka nodded, watching as Dubi’s figure disappeared at the doorway.
He then moved to the table by the window, extinguished the flickering oil lamp, and lay down in the soft, comfortable bedding.
Underneath and over him was a softness and comfort he had never felt before, even softer than the hands of the little females he had stealthily touched.
Kaka couldn’t help but rub the blanket, squinting his eyes in satisfaction.
This was simply too blissful, he definitely had to perform well tomorrow, hoping to stay in the Watson Tribe, paws crossed~
The next morning, still in bed, Dubi was woken up by Kaka, who had even cried his eyes out. Chang Zao had to coax him for a long ti before he fell asleep again with two tear-stained cheeks.
Bleary-eyed, Dubi put on his beast skin clothes, sniffling as he ca out with his hands stuffed into the large sleeves, looking at Kaka as if he were looking at a lunatic.
The sky was still pitch dark outside, and the Giggle Beasts in the pen behind the house hadn’t even started crowing yet. Was this guy getting up so early to compete with the Giggle Beasts?
Kaka, feeling sowhat embarrassed, scratched his head, "Did I disturb your rest?"
Dubi lifted his foot and kicked out, "What do you think!!!"
Kaka chuckled and ran a distance away, nervously rubbing his hands, "I was a bit nervous, I didn’t even sleep while lying in the soft blanket yesterday, hehe~"
Dubi understood Kaka’s feelings well, as he had been the sa when he first arrived in the Watson Tribe and it had taken a long ti to adjust.
He could only sigh helplessly, turning to walk to the kitchen, "It’s still early, Shaman Ji Nuan wakes up late, if we disturb her rest, Captain Xiu Yan will definitely give us a thorough beating."
Kaka looked at him, "The thorough beating is for you, I’d probably just get a light one."
Dubi felt really distressed as he glanced at his silly brother, What does this have to do with being fat or thin?
"Why don’t you go back and sleep so more then?"
Dubi glared at him, "I think I’ll stay awake, I’m afraid you’d wake up just as I fall asleep. Co on, let’s go make so breakfast."
The ntion of breakfast instantly brightened Kaka’s eyes, the taste of yesterday’s food still lingering on his lips made him involuntarily swallow his saliva.
Dubi heated up yesterday’s leftover pancakes, then cooked so purple fruit porridge and fried so at slices. Both beasts drank two large bowls of porridge and finished off the remaining pancakes before finally letting out satisfied belches.
By that ti, as the crowing of the Giggle Beasts rose across the tribe, the sky outside gradually began to brighten.
