Returning to their own tribe gave Bowman and Hei Tu a feeling of tranquility that they finally needed.
"Who goes there?" The rustling of the bushes alert the orc guard on patrol, who promptly shouted a stern challenge from the front.
Bowman and Hei Tu continued to walk without breaking their stride, calling out as they went, "It’s , Bowman."
"Clan Leader, Shaman, you’re back?" The orc exclaid in joy, followed by the sound of stampeding footsteps; several towering orcs erged from the front.
"We just arrived. Continue your patrol. I’m taking our friends from the Watson Tribe to rest." Bowman patted the orc on his shoulder.
"Should I prepare so food for you?"
Bowman waved his hand dismissively, "No need, we’ve already eaten, we’re not hungry at all. Continue your patrol, I’ll head back on my own."
The orc nodded and turned around, heading towards the other side of the tribe.
After quietly greeting the orc guard, Bowman and Hei Tu each led so orcs from the Watson Tribe to their respective caves.
After traveling all night, the orcs were completely exhausted. Laying down the beast skins that Bowman and Hei Tu handed out, they promptly fell asleep.
In the anti, the Watson Tribe orcs alternated guard duty twice, as even though they weren’t in their own tribe, basic security precautions were still necessary.
The mischievous dawn of the second day shone on the sleeping orcs’ cheeks, waking them from their slumber.
"Ugh~" Bowman stretched out lazily and looked around the cave. The others were awake and tidying up the beast skins that scattered across the floor overnight.
"When will you set out to hunt?" Bowman asked Lei Er, who was standing at the mouth of the cave.
Lei Er smiled, "After borrowing so space from your tribe to have a al, we will imdiately set off to hunt. We need to make the most of our ti."
Bowman scratched his disheveled hair, nodded, and said, "I’ll get a ga for you guys in a bit."
Lei Er waved his hand, "Haha, no need. Our hunters have already returned early in the morning. They’re processing the ga by the river."
"Eh..." Bowman was sowhat taken aback, "What ti is it now?"
Lei Er laughed, "It’s already past the hunting ti, your tribe’s hunting team has already set off."
Bowman’s face reddened, he had not expected to sleep in that late.
By the ti the orcs arrived at the clearing, the orcs of the Watson Tribe had already set up three gas over the fire. The sizzling oil and rich aroma were captivating. The cubs of the Gru Tribe refused to leave the feet of the Watson Tribe orcs, regardless of how much Amu commanded them.
There weren’t many cubs, and the orcs sliced the roasted ga legs in half and served them on large leaves for the little ones.
