Xiu Yan looked up at him, unabashedly saying, "I’m a cub."
Ji Nuan: "..."
Ge Xing: "..."
Fine! You’re shaless, you’re the best!
Knowing who the troublemakers were, the three orcs now behaved themselves and stayed in their tents. After dinner, they all went to rest in their own tents, which was unusual for the typically lively Watson Tribe’s orcs. Even the clan leader who loved excitent and Ji Nuan didn’t co out to watch the scene.
Two orcs stated that knowing who the culprits were made them feel guilty and they dared not to approach.
The next morning, Ji Nuan unusually got up very early. She planned to visit the wounded orcs before departing, and leave so dicinal herbs behind.
Uncle Bai’s cub had been waiting outside the tent with a small basket. After Ji Nuan had washed up and eaten breakfast, the two orcs thought of heading to the middle tent.
"Shaman Ji Nuan, haha, I knew you’d co over before you left, so I’ve been waiting here for you early." A robust old shaman was being followed by a clever looking little orc who, having recently transford, still looked very young and immature.
Blushing when he saw Ji Nuan, he shyly greeted her. Ji Nuan gave him a smile before turning to the elderly shaman and saying, "I wanted to check on their injuries before I leave. See if I need to leave so herbs behind so there are no problems later."
Respect flashed in the shaman’s eyes, he took a step forward and lifted the tent curtain, saying, "Let’s go, I’ll join you. Just tell anything I need to be aware of, I’ll keep an eye on their injuries."
Ji Nuan smiled and did not turn down the kind offer from the old shaman. She took the initiative to walk in, and the elderly shaman and the two orcs followed closely behind.
The two orcs on the beast skin mats were eating grilled at and fruits brought by family mbers. The orc on the big rock was waiting for his partner’s at soup.
Seeing the old shaman and Ji Nuan co in, they couldn’t hide their smiles and greeted them.
After Ji Nuan responded to each one, she squatted beside the two orcs with fractures and asked, "How are you feeling?"
The orcs smirked, "We stopped using the pain-relieving powder yesterday, and the wound doesn’t hurt anymore. We wanted to ask you, shaman, when will we be okay?"
Ji Nuan reached behind her and touched their injured spots: "Based on your healing speed, the wound should have healed by now. But to wait for the bone to beco as strong as before, you still need to stay in the tent for a couple of days. After that, you can slowly start doing so simple tasks. A week later, you can go hunting as normal."
The two orcs expressed a little disappointnt: "It will take as long as a week?"
Ji Nuan was about to say sothing when the elderly shaman who had been observing their wounds by her side slapped each orc: "You are lucky to be treated by her and you are not healed yet, in the future all you will be doing is groaning on the beast skin mat. Stop being greedy, don’t worry about the tribe’s food, it’s just a week. Can’t the tribe support a few more orcs? After you are healed, you can repay the tribe."
The two orcs scratched the back of their heads and chuckled.
Looking at their interactions, Ji Nuan felt a warmth in her heart.
She stood up and walked over to the big rock, looking at the orc who was eagerly watching her and said, "I’m going to check your wound now, don’t move."
The orc nodded his head nervously while his partner held his hand tightly beside him.
