"Hey Fu Yi, what’s up with you and Bosson insisting on switching out with us for today’s team? Aren’t you always dreaming of staying in the tribe with your female?" Lei Er ran over to Fu Yi and Bosson, challenging their forbearance with his cheap remarks.
Yet, the two ordinarily approachable Orcs both sported sullen expressions today, looking as if all their food had been eaten up at ho.
Lei Er, who wasn’t in their good graces, scratched his nose awkwardly and tiptoed to the other Orcs: "Hey hey hey, do you guys know what’s wrong with these two? Their faces sll so bad."
Song Yu took a quick glance at the two Orcs and carefully murmured, "I heard Nan Xing saying when he ca back yesterday that they seed to have encountered Qi Mo and Little Pipi’s tribe while hunting. I guess they’re afraid that if they find out the girls are in our tribe, they’ll be taken back. You all know how precious females are today, no tribe would just let two of them stray outside."
Lei Er had a sudden realization: "So these two are trying to take advantage of the fact that this tribe doesn’t know about Qi Mo and Little Pipi, and they plan to...".
Finishing his sentence, he made a throat-slitting gesture which appeared extrely brutal.
Seeing this, Song Yu and the surrounding Orcs instantly distanced themselves from Lei Er by several feet, their eyes filled with terror. This guy was just too savage and horrifying.
Seeing the reactions of the other Orcs, Lei Er scratched his nose awkwardly and laughed: "I was just joking, we’re not capable of annihilating an entire tribe, right? We’re not the infamous Hyena Tribe after all."
The other Orcs simply continued to keep their distance from him, unable to conceal their fear.
Lei Er twitched his face, frustrated and growling: "I was only joking, do you guys need to take it so seriously? If you keep this up, I’m gonna get pissed! Where’s the respect that I deserve as the Hunting Team Leader?"
Song Yu took a glance around and then approached, chuckling: "We were just joking with you too. We’ve been walking for a long ti without seeing any prey. We were just trying to kill so ti."
After saying this, he giggled.
The surrounding Orcs also gathered around: "That’s right, Lei Er, don’t we know what kind of creature you are? It was all just a joke."
"Yeah, be a more magnanimous creature."
Lei Er raised an eyebrow, looking with disdain at these shaless creatures surrounding him.
You guys think I’m blind, right? These bright golden pupils of mine are not there for decoration. I saw the revulsion you guys had for earlier. Just watch, I’ll show you when we get ho.
The mont Lei Er’s expression returned to normal, everyone breathed a sigh of relief. Little did they know that he was just biding his ti to get even with them once they were back ho.
Praise the lion and get kicked by it - Ain’t it about these attention-seeking creatures?
"Seems like it wasn’t Xiu Yan’s team underperforming yesterday. There’s indeed no prey after the beast migration." All the Orcs had been running for half a day, and not a single Mouse Beast was spotted, which was sowhat disappointing.
Lei Er stopped and looked around, pointing to a lush forest: "Let’s go check out over there. There should be more animals since it’s a food-rich area."
The other Orcs had a look.
Compared to the scattered trees everywhere else, that forest was indeed exceptionally lush.
