Powernap and Floofnapping…er…wrangling Glacia complete, Aoni and his summons found themselves trying to end up standing before the familiar artifact that had not long ago whisked him off-world and back.

Although it had been quite the task to not only locate his floof but also force her back into the fort, he and Nyria were able to do it with the promise of a snack and the coveted reward from the earlier insect war.

---

"As promised, here you go, Glacia. Take your ti eating it because that's all I have for you right now, apart from so jerky." Thinking on the fly and deciding to make her a single sandwich as a snack, Aoni did his best to pacify the floof, only for her to spaz out as per usual.

"GaoooO!" Glacia chanted after completely ignoring her Lord's warning about eating slow and gobbling the sandwich down in two bites.

{'Gwold Werkyyy!!!'}

SMACK

" and my big mouth, fine, but this is all you get for now, or else you'll spoil your dinner… sigh, who am I kidding? She could eat 20 pounds of this stuff and still be hungry for dinner later." Palming his face loudly, Aoni quickly retrieved several dozen strips of homade Chira Jerky and placed them in a bowl, which he set down in front of Glacia before motioning for Nyria to follow him to the Flu.

---

Back in front of the Flu, Aoni pulled out not only a waist-high pop-up table but also a little over a hundred small node stones.

"Now that the glutton has been dealt with let's move on to more important matters. But the question is, how should I go about doing this? Would it be better to use multiple Nodes at a ti or activate them one by one?" He mused, tearing his eyes away from the table worth more than his family made in a year and directing his attention toward Nyria, who was sitting in the desk chair she'd dragged into the Flu area from across the cave.

{'Brother, I don't think it's a good idea to break a bunch of those rocks at once. Don't chu mber what happened earlier when you used three at the sa ti?'} Being the sole voice of reason, Nyria stated with her head tilted to the side and bringing up a little incident wherein Aoni nearly passed out from Energia Sickness.

"Ah, well, that was that, and this is this, these Nodes don't require any ntal focus, just my Energia to activate. The Flu will do all the heavy lifting for , but I suppose you are right in going one by one."

Sucking his teeth and refusing to make eye contact, Aoni attempted to erase his earlier mistake from mory before picking up a single Node and showing it off to Nyria.

Upon seeing the stone, she rely shook her head and shot him a look that said, "Isn't lack of Energia what almost made you fall off the Upper Ring in the first place?"

"Uh….okay, I hear you; we will go with one for now because I also need to see if I can add points to whatever cos out of the Flu." Scratching the back of his head in embarrassnt, Aoni flinched half a second later because he'd mistakenly said the forbidden phrase in a certain floof's presence.

"Nom, GAO, Nom, GAO!"

{'Add Pwoints!'} From across the cave, and mouth half full, Glacia chanted in her usual way upon hearing Aoni ntion adding points.

"Not you, Glacia, sigh," staring up at the ceiling and seriously contemplating going to bed and calling it a night, Aoni took a deep breath and reached over to pet Nyria's soft, feathery head.

"Thanks for not screaming all the ti like your sister."

{'No problem, brother?'} Unsure why she was getting headpats, Nyria didn't put much thought into the reason behind it and simply closed her eyes for a mont and enjoyed the affection.

"Right, One stone first, let's do this," smiling at his birb and giving her one last pat, Aoni looked down at the hand holding the Node of Summoning, infused it with a small amount of Energia, crushed it, and placed his glowing hand against the Flu, triggering a chain reaction, aka the soft hum.

Around 20 Seconds later, there was a flash of light, and when Aoni opened his eyes, he spotted a small potted plant sitting on the ground.

"Annd, that's a whiff, now what are you…" Stepping closer and picking up the plant, Aoni turned it around and noticed it giving off a faint chilly sensation.

Well, that and if he didn't know any better, the pot it was in was none other than your stock standard, generic orange clay pot.

| It is advised that the Host checks their Summon's Display |

'Ah, summoned item, Summon's Display, duh.' Resisting the urge to facepalm a second ti today, Aoni brought up his display and got the plant's information.

As expected, it wasn't much to look at, just a generic mountain bush sapling.

However, that wasn't the main point; instead…it was the presence of arrows, besides its Durability and Grade, that sent Aoni practically over the NightCelest.

1: Regional SnowBush Sapling

Durability: UnRanked (►)

Grade: Gradeless(►)

"YESSSS! HAHAH! IT WORKS, IT REALLY FREAKING WORKS!"

SMASH

Jumping up and down after finding out that things summoned by way of a Node would allow for upgrades, Aoni got a tad bit too overexcited and dropped the poor bush on the ground, shattering the pot and spilling fresh mountain soil all over the place.

{'BROTHER! Be careful!'}

Flapping her wings after being startled by the loud noises, Nyria chided; however, what happened next practically gave Aoni an ulcer.

"Gao…gaooo."

{'Gentllle, brodder, gennntle,'} Peeking into the room and seeing the ss, Glacia shook her head and scolded Aoni in the exact sa way he used to do her when trying to feed her by hand.

Yet, while that phrase caused the Lad's blood pressure to spike, it was the follow-up that caused him to burst into motion and chase after his floof.

"ooOo gao…"

{'Now it brokededed, sad brodder, madee big ss, bad brodder,'} Wearing a knowing expression that showed her disappointnt, Glacia spoke.

"You….AHHHH, GET OVER HERE SO I CAN GIVE YOU A NOOGIE!"

"ep, GAOOOOoOOOoOooOO~"
