Well into the afternoon, the family eting continued as Aoni detailed everything he possibly could about his Territory, all the way down to his daily routine, and to be honest, it was kind of relaxing talking about things aloud.

Sure, he had been conversing with Glacia and Nyria in their ways, but it was Nothing when compared to soone who would ask in-depth questions and hold aningful dialogs.

"Alright, I believe that's everything that we needed to talk about, Aoni. You still need to go down into the basent and link your Territory to the Family Flu; that way, your return coordinates are set up, and you'll be able to co and go between Terra and Genovia as you please." Jason said with authority, calling an end to the family eting and leaving no room for argunt.

"Co on, baby brother, I'll show you how to do itttt~ then we can go train!"

THWAP

"I don't need you hanging on all day, you damn sloth!" Delivering another justice-filled chop to Clara's head, Aoni practically teleported out of his chair and fled to the opposite side of the room, leaving his older sister teary-eyed and pouting yet again.

"Clarissa, you will stay here; it's about ti we addressed this clingy nature of yours," Mundane or not, Lea was still a mother and a fierce lioness at heart, so the instant her Eldest daughter stepped out of line, there was no room for discussion, and with a swift ear twist, the Battle Hardened and tough as nails Clara was brought to her knees.

"bout ti; I really thought Mom was gonna leave hanging all day," patting his chest, Aoni looked away with ZERO remorse for his sister and, within a few seconds was walking shoulder to shoulder with his brother Ant.

"She missed you more than I think you realize, Aoni, we all did," offering up a faint smile, Anthony placed his palm against the panel to the right of the basent door, Authenticating his identity and giving himself and Aoni access to the most important item in the family's possession.

Making short work of the dozen or so flights of stairs, the pair of brothers stood before a magnificent sight of Gold positioned on the far side of the reinforced steel and stone room.

That's right, the Thurston Family Flu was presently at 4-Stars, aka Yellow Tier. However, that wasn't always the case; in fact, when Jason first set it up many years ago, it was an average run-of-the-mill 1-Star Artifact.

However, over ti, and with further linking of each of his children to the Ho Flu, as it was called, the Artifact grew in power and Grade. Once Charlotte, the last traveler in the family Before Aoni, linked her Territory to it, the Thurston Family Flu obtained its fourth star and changed into its present golden hue.

"Hey, Ant, it's not gonna make so kind of crazy phenonon, right?" Realizing that this would be the first ti he was seeing the link between Territory and the Family Flu, Aoni couldn't help but ask, only to earn a small chuckle from his older brother.

"I an, going from Four to Five Stars is a pretty big deal; however, according to Dad, it should just change colors a bit; sorry to disappoint, but it's probably not gonna get a fifth star. You may not know this, but the evolution of a Family Flu is a strange thing."

"Usually, the more you activate the Artifact, the more it will grow over ti; however, when it cos to Flus on Terra, it's a bit different; while activations are the surefire way to increase its Grade, the more links it has, along with the Territories linked to it, have a direct correlation to how much stronger the Flu will beco."

"For example, when I Linked up to it, the Flu was already Two-Stars, yet it didn't grow much, only darkening into a deeper shade of red. Yet when Clara linked her Territory, it directly jumped to Orange and nearly turned Yellow right then and there." Walking up to the Artifact as he spoke, Anthony placed his right hand against the Flu and smiled before turning and facing his little brother.

"Who knows, maybe you'll be lucky enough to beat Clara's record and jump this bad boy up to Sapphire." He said with a teasing smile, causing Aoni to shift uncomfortably.

'That won't happen, right? Like I know my Territory is impressive and all, but there's no way the Family Flu would evolve that much when there are already four…three territories linked to it.' Mid-thought, Aoni winced as he rembered that his Father's Territory had long since been destroyed.

| Terra Bound Flus take into account too many factors to list when it cos to growth fuel; for example, Territory energia content, available natural resources, potential, growth potential, Individual Traveler's Flu, Distance between flus, and so on. As such, it is practically impossible to determine what changes the Thurston Flu will undergo |

'How about you make a prediction then,' reading through the lines on his ethereal chatbox, Aoni, as per usual, wished he could smack the shit out of it for giving him half-assed answers.

| Nothing I make would be a prediction; it would be a Spoiler |

'Big of you, whatever, I don't know why I even bother,' dropping his shoulders and walking up to the Flu, Aoni gathered himself and looked at Anthony.

"So what do I do? Standard blood sacrifice and chanting so random voodoo shit?" Aoni asked with a cocked eyebrow, drawing out a faint snicker from Ant.

"Dumbass, what voodoo. Do you see any chickens around to behead or pentagrams with sage burning over them? Jeeze, just fucking cut your hand and place it on the Flu, it's all automatic, but you will probably feel a bit of fatigue since the Flu gathers Energia from your body instead of the air." Feeling his right hand itch a bit due to wanting to smack his brother upside the head, Anthony shook his head and stepped back, giving Aoni so space to work.

"Right, gotcha; nothing like a little self-mutilation in the afternoon to get your blood pumping, welp here goes nothing," without giving himself a mont of hesitation, Aoni drew Vestr from his inventory and ran his right palm against the surface of its guard, then placed said palm directly against the Flu.
