Lila gulped under his gaze, it was too vicious, and even breathing felt like a challenge.

"WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?" Lucas suddenly got up and closed the gap between them, his eyes were like that of a lion staring at those beautiful pearls with killing intent and anger.
The more Lila tried to open her mouth, the more the sweat kept forming on her forehead.

Lucas closed all his fingers but the two main ones. He kept them near her neck and waited for her to speak.
Lila could not understand what was happening, her face was pale and her gaze could not leave his fingers near her neck.
They looked normal yet there was this prickly and sharp feeling making her feel that, with contact with those fingers, she would beco headless.
"What is up with all you people inside this town… what is it? Too much peace? You have forgotten the tough ti. How are you sooo weak willed and weak?" Lucas ca near her ear and said with dominance.
Lila had no place to go, at one place there were those fingers and at the other, there was Lucas's face so near her.
"What was in your mind when you ca here? Did you think you could intimidate with your hiding skills? Or the tail you have moving around wherever I go? What is it that you want?" Lucas asked and after looking her eyes for a few more monts.
He retracted the fingers that had the weapon aura skill activated and sat back on the bed with one leg crossed.
Lila fell to the ground, those legs of her finally gave up and she didn't dare look back up.
"Speak within 10 seconds… If you don't then I guess I have to kill your father and you this instant. You have seen what I can do and… I don't bluff."
Lucas was very cold right now yet he had no choice, this girl had co to get revenge for her people and also intimidate him. Lucas couldn't let that happen.
While he had thought of becoming humble, it didn't an anyone could go all over him. He still had his fucking pride.
"I-I… You have power and I want it." Lila said with gritted teeth, the words were mushed yet Lucas could understand.
She was under a lot of pressure and Lucas did not know what he did, this was how he treated Sean sotis and he was alright, why was she not?
"My power? I am just a humble alchemist disciple." Lucas said and took out his badge.
Lila's face grew even more pale when she looked at that badge.
"D-Disciple badge?! How?!! You just went there today!" Her voice grew at an unpleasant pitch Lucas didn't like.
"Now that you know where I stand, state it clearly… what is it that you want?" Lucas asked again with even more dominance that made the girl shriek.
"… You are strong and reckless, just the kind of man who can help take over the mafia in this town. That is why I approached you! I swear!"
"Now, that is the first ti you have said the truth this whole ti. Good job. But I think you are mistaken about sothing." Lucas said and completely laid on the bed while snuggling with the pillow.
"Why would I help you control this town when I think the church wouldn't let you do so? And I won't gain anything but a bad reputation from it. I hope you have co prepared with a good answer, I am not always this patient."
Lila saw a dark glow in Lucas's eyes and couldn't help but feel that the man was not joking around.
"I can give you information! Whatever you want! The church, the workshops, the people, your competition, and… anything! You na it!"
"Hmmm… tempting… with how many people standing outside this room and outside my window, I think you have the right manpower… But what do you want from ?"
Lila was taken aback by how he knew about the people all around the room yet that didn't faze her this ti.

"Say that one more ti and your head goes flying through that window," Lucas said while pointing.
"I… this… you just have to do so work for that needs the level of prowess you have… You can hide your identity too, we can give you equipnt for that!"
Lila said desperately.
Lucas felt like just throwing the girl out of the window right now but stopped, he needed information, desperately, and soone who would not question him at every corner, soone who was afraid of him… just like Lila.
