When Lucas clicked on a similar button to make the shelter upgrade, the sa old light shone when they left the area.
Yet the light was not that good as it was fainter than before.
Everybody looked at the shining shelter with marvel. The emotions were on a roller coaster as many had not looked at it before while the ones that had witnessed it previously were still pretty lively and excited about it.
The light soon faded out of existence completely and Lucas could look at the shelter again.
Not many things had changed as the shelter looked the sa from the outside. There was no change in the campsite or the big area around the shelter's territory.
"This defense is completely useless now..." Barney said with a dejected tone. He was right, the defenses now had space of a few steps between every spear erected making it easy to enter it without trouble.
"We will have to take care of the defenses the next ti, for now, let's look at the changes this ti around."
Lucas made his way inside the shelter and he opened its gate only to find out the only change that had happened in this upgrade.
The shelter's space for living had beco bigger than before. Now the corners seed even further from each other. The shelter was becoming into sothing very reliable with perseverance and care.
Everyone that belonged inside the shelter followed Lucas inside, their eyes widening in amazent at the newfound spaciousness. Conversations filled the air as they explored the expanded living quarters, marveling at the possibilities it presented.
"The upgrade might not have changed the exterior at all, but this increase in space is incredible," remarked Ella, her voice filled with excitent. "We now have more room for each one of us and privacy could be achieved very easily.
"Yeah." Lucas said with a distant chuckle rembering all those nights on the hard floor with nothing squishy to sleep at.
There was even a bit of trouble so ti ago due to everyone living and sleeping so close to each other all these days. But the problem seed to have taken care of itself.

Lucas went on with his attacks without stopping toward a burly man. Both had different weapons in hand and Lucas had a bit of a difference in his attacking style.
While previously he used one sword to attack, now he had two in his hands trying to slash Jerry with a new technique.
Jerry was using a buckler and the gauntlet in one hand and attacked Lucas with all his force again and again.
There was no worry about getting hurt as Ella was right there with them with her healing powers.
As Lucas continued his relentless assault, the clash of tal against tal filled the air. His dual-wielding technique allowed him to strike from multiple angles, making it difficult for Jerry to defend himself. With each swing of his swords, Lucas aid to find an opening in Jerry's defenses.
Jerry, however, was not one to be underestimated. With his buckler and gauntlet, he expertly parried Lucas's attacks, using his shield to deflect the strikes while countering with powerful punches and jabs. His strength and skill were evident as he pushed back against Lucas's onslaught.
They had just started to use their respective weapon but the proficiency they had in wielding them was intense. The proficiency percentage and the skill level up were not only on the status but also affected their fighting style dearly making it improve day by day.
Amidst the intense battle, Ella, with her concerned presence, stood by their side, emanating healing energy in both her hands. Her healing balls hit both fighters, ensuring that no serious injuries would impede their fierce engagent. The wounds inflicted in their clash were swiftly nded, allowing Lucas and Jerry to continue their duel without restraint.

Lucas had clearly not gone all out which included him activating his skills. But using perceptive eyes was very addicting and he needed to learn how to fight without any outside help.
Even the Electric aura of his sword would be too much for Jerry and he knew that he could win the fight anyti but the main focus for the training fight was to help increase both of them's proficiency in their respective weapons.
While Lucas only had the sword proficiency to increase, Jerry had the gauntlet and shield ones to look after.
In all fairness, the fight was going well and they had been fighting for an hour now with the help of Ella's skills, but Jerry knew in his heart that Lucas was way better than him.
Lucas's movents were fluid and he always tried to use Jerry's weakness for his own good. But it was even more than that, Lucas was adapting to Jerry's continuos different but comparatively sa attacks and he was getting pushed back while the others except so couldn't understand it.
As the fight continued, Lucas's adaptability and keen observation beca evident. He studied Jerry's every move, anticipating his attacks and countering with precise strikes. Lucas was like a predator, patiently waiting for the perfect mont to strike, exploiting Jerry's weaknesses with calculated precision.
Jerry, despite his relentless assault, couldn't help but notice Lucas's growing dominance in the battle. The disparity in their skill levels beca increasingly apparent, weighing on Jerry's mind. Lucas was not at all surprised by Jerry's attitude, after training with everyone for a while. He knew that Jerry may have been weak for now but with that determination of his, it was going to be very safe keeping him as the tank of the shelter.
Jerry fought with all his might, fueled by determination and pride. However, fatigue began to set in, his attacks becoming sluggish and his movents less coordinated. He realized that Lucas was indeed the superior fighter, but he refused to surrender. With a surge of willpower, Jerry mustered his remaining strength for one final push.
As Jerry launched his last desperate assault, Lucas carefully evaded each strike, his blades dancing with deadly grace. With a swift and calculated move, Lucas disard Jerry, sending his Buckler clattering to the ground. The battle reached its climax, with Lucas standing tall and Jerry on his knees, gasping for breath.
Lucas was also out of breath but stamina seed to have been on his side. But in the end, it was not really who had the better stats. Lucas's ntality was the best thing that could happen to him in the fights.
John ca near the two out of breath n and gave them the support to sit down with the group.
Ella's healing might heal the wounds and even help in refreshing stamina but there was still an end to how much the human body could take.
"That was one good fight, Lucas and Jerry," John said after sitting them up.
The level up had been going well now that their minds were of the very basic survival needs and they could now focus on there respective training which was all they ever needed for this phase.
