While following the humanoid man scroll, ng Ai took a sneak peak to the book.
"Mortal Rank Technique: The Insightful River-Eye Archery Canon."
A dual-path cultivation thod created by the library itself.
ng Ai was stunned. It was the first ti she heard a book created by the library.
Even if that is the case, shouldn’t it be still written as "written by the library."
ng Ai lightly giggled at her own silly joke.
She badly wanted to read the book already, but she had to read it where the humanoid man scroll was leading her.
At the sa ti, she was admiring the view of the magical library.
Eventually, they reached the resting spot of what the humanoid man scroll called.
ng Ai stared at it and was awestruck.
The humanoid man scroll turned around and bowed, "You can choose any of the reading clusters. Do you need to stand beside you in case you need sothing?"
ng Ai shook her head and replied, "It’s fine. I will look for you if I need sothing. If Big Brother Liu Wei returns, please don’t forget to inform ."
The humanoid man scroll nodded and said, "I will definitely inform you once he returns. If there’s nothing more, I will leave now."
ng Ai nodded. "Thank you."
As soon as the humanoid man scroll turned around, ng Ai hastily walked towards the nearest reading cluster and sat on the cushioned chair. The floating study-desk near her moved towards her and landed atop on the jade table.
ng Ai was not aware of how modern the study-desk was, but one thing was for sure... It was innovatively practical.
She instantly placed the book and continued to read it.
"A dual-path cultivation thod that tempers both the body and the mind, enabling beginners to step onto both knowledge and archery dao at the earliest realm."
"This dual-path cultivation thod is produced by the library based on the concepts of other individual cultivation thods. Thus, this book is only a guide and though the process has been proven safe, it is best for the cultivator to comprehend more and provide criticism into the book."
ng Ai was stunned. She did not believe a book was asking for criticism.
She pondered for a while and her eyes widened.
What if I’m able to provide knowledge to this book and possibly claim myself as the author, will that be possible?
If she would be able to alter the book, even for a bit, that only ant she learned more than the book could provide and improve it. If that was the result, she might be able to ask Liu Wei to claim her as the author.
Having her na as the author in this library would be more than an honor.
She soon shook her head and thought.
I must have the capability to alter this first! Comprehension is the key.
While she was reading, she released her Knowledge Intent, aiming to gain insights from the book at once.
With the Knowledge Intent, it would be able to help her understand the very essence of the book and possibly be able to provide criticism of what the book was asking for.
As ng Ai was reading, she was quite surprised that the book had so flaws. Of course, if she would have to base the book on minor ranks of the cultivation techniques rank, it would already be at the high rank.
However, the more she read it, the more excited she beca.
After all, with her knowledge intent, she was confident she would be able to raise the minor rank into the peak.
She was able to notice the contradictions, the unnecessary steps, detect where the technique is inefficient, and sense the true purpose of the exercise.
To her, the manual’s flow looked like threads of information, making so dull and so glowing with hidden potential.
After reading all the books for three hours—scrutinizing as deeply as she could—she was able to highlight three things very simply.
"First, the training step wastes too much ti. There are too many repetitions and not enough gradual build-up. Second, the breathing thod doesn’t match my physique. I’m a kid for this library’s sake! I have to alter it to make it suitable not only for , but for adults, as well. It simply lacks the idea of what if a kid cultivates early on this dual-path thod. Lastly, the archery form can be optimized. The shoulder can be adjusted to loosen the tension..."
As ng Ai was complaining under her breath, once she finished, she paused for a while and saw so alternative paths for the book to improve.
"What if I breathe slightly differently on this part?
What if I align my stance differently since my right arm is unusually longer than my left arm?
What if I train my perception in shorter but sharper bursts?
What if I rewrite the mantra to suit my mind’s pattern?
The mantra expected to be still learning the very basic understanding of the Dao of Knowledge, but I have already reached the Minor Completion Stage!
If I want to improve my Dao of Knowledge while cultivating this cultivation thod, then I have to alter it!"
In fact, ng Ai was still trying to solidify her foundation of attaining the Minor Completion Stage.
However, she was so excited to share the news with her Big Brother Liu Wei as she was also eager to pay for the book.
She was able to accumulate a middle-grade spirit stone after establishing her own intelligence faction that beca her business.
Of course, the very main reason why she established it in the first place was to earn enough to buy a middle-grade spirit stone.
The intelligence faction she created was purely independent and has been enticed many tis by different nobles to own it.
Even the Royal Family offered, at least, five middle-grade spirit stones to buy her and the intelligence faction.
In the end, she rejected them, simply because she wanted to give it to her Big Brother Liu Wei, too.
