"Last thing I rember is getting hit by a truck." Liu Wei sighed.

Liu Wei stared at the mirror, reflecting his whole body and the library behind him.

For the past six months, his body was continuously refined through various techniques, enabling him to grow taller and beco even more handso.

Of course, with his normal clothes provided by the system and his normal library behind him, he appeared ordinary.

As Liu Wei was in a daze, admiring the piece of art half-naked body in the mirror he has been crafting for the past six months, he recalled the system and called it.

He mumbled, "System, show the current status."

[Understood.]

Just seeing the System Points made him depressed.

He did not have a choice but to borrow from the system, as the latter suggested, to invest those five people who bought the book for a specific amount of ti.

All the books he sold were the original, there were no copies. Hence, they could only be sold depending on the amount of ti they could possess it.

The book worked in mysterious ways, too. Only those who bought it would be able to see the texts.

Otherwise, others would only see the blank cover and blank pages.

For the past six months, he was only able to attract five custors and made them borrow at a cost, but they could pay later.

He even made a bet with them—if the book provided no improvent towards them, they could return it without paying.

In fact, Liu Wei has not read those books, as they were not available with his current level, but they were only available after the system issued the mission.

Now, it should be the deadline of the first custor, who borrowed the book about the Dao of Sword.

Liu Wei had just finished cleaning the library after opening in the early morning.

After light exercise and admiring his body in the mirror, he decided to take a bath and change clothes.

He was about to proceed to his room, not the door behind the library desk, when a familiar aged manly voice echoed in the entrance.

The entrance was always open, but even without having a personal guard, Liu Wei was confident by the system’s defense grade.

The aged manly voice said, "Mr. Liu Wei, long ti no see."

Liu Wei turned around and exclaid, "Elder Mo Fu!"

Liu Wei’s eyes sparkled.

In fact, he believed Elder Mo Fu would not return and simply vanished.

Of course, with how powerful the system was, once the deadline of the borrowed book was up, it would vanish and return to the library the next day.

Nevertheless, with how absurd the price of simply borrowing a book, with a deadline of only six months, any sane person would not return and be greedy.

Thankfully, Elder Mo Fu was not such a kind of man.

Elder Mo Fu smiled, revealing wrinkles on his cheeks and forehead.

He raised his right hand, clutching a wrapped object, and said, "I brought food. Can I have breakfast with you?"

Liu Wei was happy. He smiled and said, "Sure, sure. Have a seat first. I’ll prepare the utensils and tea. Give a minute."

Seeing Elder Mo Fu proceed to the only table with four long chairs surrounding it without hesitation, Liu Wei turned around and proceeded to take all the utensils and prepare a tea.

Elder Mo Fu watched Liu Wei’s back and said out loud, "Mr. Liu Wei has beco even more handso."

Liu Wei blushed and said, "Stop being polite, Elder Mo Fu."

It was rare to receive complints, especially from an elder since they were known to be serious.

Elder Mo Fu guffawed and said, "I’m being serious."

Liu Wei was already gone, disappeared after turning around a bookshelf, which led to the direction of his kitchen.

Elder Mo Fu could not help but comnt in a whisper, "This place is really mysterious..."

He continued as his heart raced, "And dangerous. Thankfully, I did not offend Mr. Liu Wei during our first eting."

He heaved a massive sigh of relief.

He placed the wrapped object on the table and the book he borrowed from Mr. Liu Wei.

He glanced at the title and his heart skipped a beat, like it always does, perceiving the Sword Intent he learned from the author.

Since it was a book about Dao, it was obviously a personal record, like an insight of the cultivator.

Elder Mo Fu wondered, "Does Mr. Liu Wei knows about Senior Yan Qingshan?"

"Why did you think that way, Elder Mo Fu?"

Elder Mo Fu was taken aback.

He watched, with a palpitating heart, Liu Wei placed the utensils with his left hand and a teapot with two cups on his hands with his right hand.

Liu Wei ticulously placed them at the table at once since he was carrying many things.

Once he settled, he glanced at Elder Mo Fu, who was in a daze.

Elder Mo Fu was, in fact, frozen in shock.

I should have helped him place all of those! Why did I just watch Mr. Liu Wei’s struggle?

Liu Wei coughed. He scratched his cheeks in embarrassnt as he asked, "Is there sothing wrong with my face?"

Elder Mo Fu finally snapped awake and said, "Ah, no. I was just surprised. You startled , Mr. Liu Wei."

Liu Wei smiled. He was still not used to Elder Mo Fu’s honorifics towards him.

He thought. Obviously, the book he borrowed proved itself, to the point he is now being polite to . I’ll let it slide.

In fact, he liked it.

He tossed the unnecessary thoughts at the back of his mind and asked, "What do you want to ask, Elder Mo Fu?"
