Upon hearing that Mona successfully located the target, Luo An quickly sat back in the driver’s seat and asked:
"Where?"

After a brief thought, Luo An said:
"Mona, go to the airport to prepare and et with us.
Notify Michelle, have her co to the scene, escort Ashiya and the guy outside the villa, and return to the Special Investigation Unit together."
"Understood."
Mona hung up the phone, and Luo An temporarily handed Ashiya over to the four SWAT officers on site, then quickly headed to the airport with Winslow, Chenier, and another twelve SWAT officers.
In the SUV’s front passenger seat, Chenier glanced at the troop transport vehicle following behind and quietly asked:

"I fear that the FBI and SWAT task force in North Carolina may not be trustworthy."

Moreover, the base from which Ashiya originally escaped is in North Carolina, and now Mona’s tracking also points to North Carolina, indicating that the Judgnt Process Church has extensive roots there.
Yet, the FBI database shows no leads from the North Carolina FBI on this front. Luo An suspects that the local FBI leadership might have been contacted by the so-called Great Sect Leader.
Chenier also considered this possibility, furrowing her brows, speaking softly:
"If the local FBI in North Carolina really has problems, then with just this few of us... should we call for more people?"

A flicker passed through Luo An’s eyes. Sister Ali implied that the Archbishop operates from the top down, aning that unless there’s a special situation, grassroots personnel don’t co into their view.
Luo An added:

Catch the leader first to capture the gang, strike at the vital point first. Quickly control the high-ranking mbers of the Judgnt Process Church before the locals can react and make our swift exit, and the subsequent matters will be simpler.
Otherwise, if we get surrounded by certain local elents, the situation will undoubtedly be quite grim. We’ll handle those branches afterward.
"Therefore, we cannot delay this operation."
Luo An glanced in the rearview mirror and said to Chenier:
"Contact Winslow and the SWAT officers in the vehicle behind, tell them to rest up while they can. Our pace in the upcoming operation must remain fast, swift, and decisive."

Chenier nodded, imdiately pressed the communicator by her ear and began speaking. Luo An also took out his phone and dialed a number:
"Good evening, sir. It’s , Luo An. We’ve encountered a little hiccup with this case..."
A few minutes later, a plane took off into the night, leaving Washington D.C., heading straight for North Carolina to the south.
Chenier and Mona sat at the front. Since they were not the main attack force for the upcoming action, they didn’t rest much and began carefully inspecting the operation plan for any omissions.
To be safe, Luo An also collected everyone’s phones and handed them to the two won for temporary safekeeping.
Luo An, Winslow, and forty fully ard SWAT officers sat together; they would lead the upcoming battle. Everyone closed their eyes, resting and recharging.
More than an hour later, the plane arrived at the designated airport. Imdiately, they drove straight to the target destination, and around 3 a.m. successfully reached a two-story villa near Southern Henderson City.
"Hold on, Luo An."
Inside the car, Mona, seated in the back, kept tapping on the keyboard. Suddenly, she spoke up:
"Surveillance at the end of the nearby road shows that half an hour ago, Sister Ali and a few others drove away from here. What should we do?"
Luo An’s expression remained unchanged as he asked:
"Can you find out which direction Sister Ali went?"
"She is heading eastward."
Mona tapped on the keyboard again, pulling up a segnt of traffic cara footage, answering:
"But it’s unclear where her final destination is."
"We’ll split into two teams."
Luo An didn’t hesitate, pressing down on the communicator, ordering:
"Winslow, you lead half of the SWAT task force and stay here, waiting for my command to begin the operation.
Chenier, you’ll also stay here, clean up after the action and take all useful items, then withdraw quickly from here.
The remaining SWAT task force will co with . We’re going after Sister Ali!"
"Understood!"
In unison, everyone responded and split into two teams per the orders, advancing in their designated directions.
On the pre-dawn roads, there was almost no traffic. Luo An drove the car like a sharp sword, speeding forward.
The SWAT task force behind maneuvered slightly slower but didn’t fall too far behind; the two vehicles sped along and soon caught up to Sister Ali and her companions’ car.
The gap between the vehicles shrank gradually. A chilling look flashed in Luo An’s eyes as he pressed the communicator by his ear and shouted:
"Action!"
"Understood!"
With the command given, from both the distant villa next to Winslow and the SWAT task force, as well as the SWAT task force in the car behind Luo An, everyone responded in unison, promptly initiating their moves.
From front and back of the villa, Winslow and the SWAT officers stord inside with their guns.
"FBI Open The Door!"
"Don’t move! Hands up!"
"Drop your weapon!"
"Hands on your head! Get down! Now!"
anwhile, on the road, Luo An floored the gas pedal, suddenly accelerating and crashing into the right rear of Sister Ali’s vehicle.
Bang!
Screeech—
Under the effects of inertia, Sister Ali’s vehicle lost control and skidded sideways, with the car front hitting the rail, ending up perpendicular on the road.

"FBI!"
The SWAT officers trailing behind quickly stopped, got out, and surrounded the car with their weapons, leaving no blind spots. The leading officer sternly shouted:
"Hands where I can see them! Exit the vehicle slowly! No sudden moves!"
Luo An, taking his ti, got out of his car, discovering that the turned car held three people: two n in suits and one white woman, whose face Luo An had seen not long ago, Sister Ali.
Surrounded by a dozen threatening gun barrels, the trio in the car had no choice but to comply and stepped out.
Sister Ali’s face was dark as she glared intensely at Luo An. anwhile, Luo An offered a faint smile, personally producing handcuffs to detain her:
"Good evening—no, good morning, Sister Ali. We et again."
Sister Ali took a deep breath, her displeased expression slowly fading. She quietly observed Luo An, replying softly:
"Group Leader Luo An, I urge you to release , or what unfolds next may not bode well for you."
"Is that so? Then I’m even more curious to witness it."
Luo An’s smile widened. At that mont, Chenier’s voice ca through the communicator by his ear:
"Luo An, everything’s fine at the villa."
"Good, pack up and start retreating."

No sooner had the words fallen than the ringing of a phone emanated from the backpack Mona was using to store everyone’s phones.
