Team 5 Investigation Group, Office Area.

Hearing Luo An's guess, William and the others were slightly startled.

Reesi, who had also thought of Angelique's job content, nodded and was about to say sothing, but Mona next to her suddenly slapped her hand:

"I rembered sothing!"

Everyone hurriedly turned their gaze towards Mona.

"It's like this, when Luo An had check Angelique's financial situation before, I found that she had been frequently going to a church in Queens to worship for the past seven months, but Angelique doesn't believe in God."

Mona's fingers moved quickly on the keyboard, and soon brought up a piece of information on the computer screen:

"Five days ago, a murder suddenly occurred in the church. The victim was a florist working in the church, and he died from a gunshot to the chest.

Moreover, in the following days, Angelique had repeatedly used the FBI internal network to check on the follow-up of this ordinary murder case."

Seeing the information on the computer, Reesi's mouth twitched:

"Could it be that 'the florist' was just simply a florist?"

"Now it seems that this is not an ordinary murder case."

Luo An did not pay attention to Reesi and directly asked:

"What weapon did the assassin use to kill the florist?"

"According to the bullets left at the scene, it was a pistol."

Mona shrugged, indicating that the NYPD's handling of this case was still in the stages of site visitation, surveillance review, and autopsy, and the ballistic report had not yet been done.

"Reesi!"

Luo An straightened up and turned around to speak solemnly:

"You go to the NYPD now and handle the ballistics test."

"No problem!"

Reesi nodded in agreent and imdiately turned and left Team 5 Investigation Group.

"It might take quite so ti for Reesi to handle this."

Watching Reesi's figure slowly disappear, Luo An turned his gaze back and said:

"Now assuming that the sa person who killed the florist also killed Angelique, what connection do the florist and Angelique have?"

Mona shook her head:

"They reside on opposite sides of New York, one on the east and one on the west, with no social or work intersections."

Beside them, soone picked up the testimonies of Aria and Tino and shook them:

"Is it possible that the florist t Angelique at a club?"

"Angelique has only recently been to clubs, but she obviously knew the florist seven months ago."

Hearing these words, Luo An shook his head, then continued to ask:

"Did Angelique handle any cases seven months ago?"

"Yes!"

As soon as Luo An finished speaking, William, who was far away, suddenly shouted without looking up from his computer:

"Nine months ago, Angelique had participated in a large-scale anti-cri organization investigation as an undercover agent and successfully dismantled a major cri organization, [Black Mamba-7]"

Hearing this peculiarly nad organization, Luo An showed a puzzled look, while the face of the person next to him turned serious imdiately:

"I know of this Black Mamba, it's a large cri organization involved in a mix of cult activities, gang operations, human trafficking, and exclusive goods, among other illegal criminal activities.

They have their divisions in major federal cities, and before I was transferred to Team 5 Investigation Group, they were one of the leading heroin suppliers in the New York underworld."

"Completely correct."

William nodded and continued:

"According to the docunts, next Wednesday, the New York court will formally begin the trial and prosecution of 141 individuals involved in [Black Mamba-7].

Angelique, as a participant in the case, needs to appear in court to testify."

Luo An took a sip of coffee, realized sothing, and then guessed:

"That florist, he must have been a witness."

"Your guess is very accurate!"

William nodded and said:

"The florist used to work in customs and had personally seen soone being bribed to help transport goods for Black Mamba-7.

Therefore, he will also testify in court next Wednesday."

"Well done, William!"

He patted William's shoulder forcefully and continued:

"Imdiately contact the person responsible for this case and have each relevant person involved in the court case placed under protective surveillance!"

"Okay!"

William picked up the phone on the desk to start contacting others, and Luo An turned back and patted Reesi's shoulder:

"Co with ."

"Hmm?"

Reesi was startled but hastily got up and followed:

"Where are we going?"

"To the downstairs, the Organized Cri Investigation Departnt."

————

"Hello, I'm Egger."

In the office of the second investigation group of the Organized Cri Investigation Departnt, a middle-aged white male with graying hair extended his hand to Luo An and said with feeling:

"I didn't expect Deputy Group Leader Greenwood to be so young."

"Just call Luo An."

Luo An chuckled and exchanged a few pleasantries. Sitting down with Reesi, he got straight to the point.

"You an, Angelique might have been killed by that group from Black Mamba-7?"

The smile quickly disappeared from Egger's face:

"Damn, I should have thought of it!"

"I'm sorry, Group Leader Egger."

Luo An briefly comforted him and continued to ask:

"Can you explain the situation of this organization?"

"Of course."

Taking a deep breath, Egger quickly adjusted his emotions, searching through files on the desk as he spoke:

"The death of Angelique saddens deeply; she was one of the best agents under my command. Black Mamba-7 is an organized and rciless group operating through corporate and cult brainwashing thods. It took Angelique over a year to successfully infiltrate the organization."

Luo An frowned; it seed that this organization was quite troubleso. After a mont of thought, he continued:

"You are preparing to prosecute as many as 141 suspects this ti, who do you think is most likely to have killed Angelique and the gardener?"

"None of them, but another person does."

Egger successfully found a black folder among a pile of docunts, opened it on the desk, revealing a middle-aged white male with a crew cut and a scar beside his eye, looking tough.

Before Egger could introduce him, Reesi beside squinted his eyes and said:

"So it's him! Earley Louis!"

Hearing this, Luo An turned his head to ask, and Reesi didn't hide it, explaining:

"When I was on a mission with SWAT, this guy injured six of my teammates!"

"You're right."

Egger nodded, his face equally grim:

"This guy has climbed to the position of the head of Black Mamba-7 in the New York Region in recent years, all through his assassin skills. If the trial really begins, although he is not yet captured, there's a strong likelihood he will end up in prison. Moreover, within Black Mamba-7, no one else has enough power to dare kill an FBI agent."

Hearing that the suspect was a professional assassin, Luo An's eyes narrowed:

"9mm bullets, M9 handgun, 3-5 shots fired, does it sound like Earley Louis's style?"

Egger slamd the folder shut:

"Couldn't be truer!"

After leaving the Organized Cri Investigation Departnt, Luo An had just handed over Earley Louis's information to William and others when his cellphone rang from his pocket.

"It's , Reesi."

Reesi on the phone didn't waste words, directly stating:

"Ballistics report ca out, the handgun used to kill the gardener and the one used to kill Angelique is the sa!"

"Good job!"

Hanging up the phone, Luo An directly asked:

"Everyone, does anyone know where Earley Louis is right now?"
