Broken froze in place as the approaching figure continued walking toward them. This one was even taller than the previous two. Could it be soone of higher rank? Maybe soone far more important than the others.

When the giant finally stepped into view, its form beca clear. A massive being with dark bluish skin, clad in heavy armor, and two sharp horns rising from its head.

Wait, horns? Weren't those supposed to be traits of demons? So subspecies of giants might have them too, but this one radiated a very different kind of aura.

Broken tried inspecting the giant's status. Only the na appeared, Ravengar. While every stat was replaced by question marks. This was a first for him.

If not a single stat could be read, then either the giant's level was far too high… or it knew how to hide its true identity.

Broken stayed perfectly still, watching as the giant stopped a short distance away. It didn't move, didn't speak. Silent and still, as if waiting for sothing.

Then… after a long pause, the giant slowly turned its head. Looking straight at Broken.

Wait… could it actually see him?

The giant remained motionless, staring in his direction without a word or any other sign of intent.

Then, suddenly, it turned away. One step, two steps, its heavy footsteps thundering through the snow as it walked off into the storm.

"Should we follow him?"

Gaia appeared beside Broken, sitting casually with her legs crossed. "That giant is suspicious. He's hiding his true identity."

"Exactly what I thought," Broken replied quietly.

Broken still kept his gaze fixed ahead. "I've had a bad experience with soone whose status was just as suspicious as this."

"He did tell you to follow him," Gaia continued.

Broken gave a faint smile. "It's actually pretty obvious, even though he tried to hide it. He kept looking in my direction for quite a while."

"That could be a trap too."

"There's one thing we need to rember," Broken went on. "If we need to make contact with them as soon as possible, and if he's already aware of my presence, then he must have sothing to say."

He nodded slightly. "Let's take a chance on this."

Broken nodded again and signaled the crawling carriage to move forward.

The giant's strides were long, and even pausing for a mont left Broken far behind. Fortunately, after pushing forward through the raging blizzard, the giant's figure ca into view once more.

If such a blizzard happened in the real world, any ordinary human would have frozen to death within minutes.

The journey went on, and Broken kept his distance, making sure they didn't fall too far behind. It took quite a long ti. More than an hour, and the farther they went, the wilder the landscape beca.

Even though it was an open field wide enough to seem ordinary for a creature that size, to soone like Broken, it was full of hazards. There were deep cracks splitting the ground, almost invisible through the worsening blizzard, and they had to cross them carefully.

Then… far ahead, a faint light appeared. It shone clearly even through the thick snowstorm surrounding them.

The raging blizzard suddenly stopped when Beebot darted ahead and ca to a halt.

Broken turned around. No, the blizzard hadn't stopped. They had entered an area where the snow simply didn't fall at all.

He looked forward again and saw a formation of towering rocks, jagged and sharp from his perspective. The giant stood right in the middle of four of those massive stone spires.

Between the four jagged formations glowed a faintly shining magic circle. Its light dim but steady, pulsing through the air like it was alive.

A deep growl rumbled from the front. Broken focused his gaze just as the giant turned around and looked straight at him.

"How dare soone trespass into this sacred ground!" the giant's voice thundered.

At that very mont, sothing surged from behind Broken. A domain unfolded in an instant, closing off the entire area.

He spun around to check it. His eyes widened. It was a level 450 domain!

Damn! They were trapped?!

Broken quickly stood up and released his stealth mode, his gaze fixed on the giant standing not too far away.

"I an no harm. There's just sothing I need to check in this place," he said calmly.

"Do you think you can just walk into soone's territory and casually say you have sothing to check?" the giant's voice rumbled. "Have humans forgotten how to behave properly? You've only grown worse as ti goes on."

Broken shook his head. "I might look human, but we're players."

"I know exactly who you are," the man interrupted. "And I also know that you're the Sloth Champion."

Broken frowned slightly. "I can guess as much, considering you noticed my presence the mont I arrived. And…" he paused for a mont, thinking, "am I also right to assu that you're… the Wrath Champion?"

The giant's expression remained cold and stern as he stepped forward, each stride sending a deep thud through the ground.

"Now, you will stay here for as long as it takes. That's the punishnt for daring to break the rules of this place."

The giant didn't confirm Broken's words, but he didn't deny them either.

He then turned his back and began walking away. At that mont, Broken realized he couldn't use his teleportation skill, and he couldn't leave the domain either. That could only an one thing: he was completely trapped, unless the giant chose to release him.

"There's sothing I'd like to ask. If you don't mind, I'll leave this place right after that," Broken called out.

But the giant ignored him, walking straight through the edge of the domain and vanishing, leaving Broken alone inside the sealed space.

Gaia floated beside him again, her voice light and teasing. "Well, I guess it's ti to take a break, Master. Staying here for a thousand years doesn't sound too boring, does it?"

"Shut up, Gaia."
