The controversy surrounding Team Destroyer's victory continued to escalate, with nurous protests erging from various players and communities. Most of the complaints revolved around Broken's unconventional thod of solving the puzzles, which many argued was a blatant exploit rather than legitimate problem-solving.

Additionally, players voiced frustration over Broken's high-grade summons, claiming that his Legendary-grade spirit and battle-ready beasts essentially functioned as extra team mbers. So argued that Team Destroyer wasn't just six players-with the summons included, they were seven, maybe even more. After all, the Spirit Beasts alone could fight one-on-one against level 200 players, making them a serious advantage.

In response to the backlash, the officials held a press conference to address the concerns.

A well-dressed man in a sleek black suit, his dark hair neatly combed back, sat at the podium, dozens of microphones pointed in his direction.

Clearing his throat, he began speaking in a asured and professional tone:

"We have thoroughly reviewed everything that transpired during the match-including the skills used, the tools equipped, and the actions taken by every player involved. As always, we are committed to ensuring that this competition remains fair for all participants."

He paused briefly before addressing the first major concern.

"Regarding the protests about summons being used in the match-let clarify. Summons, high-tier weapons, and powerful gear are all part of a player's earned strength. These assets were not acquired unfairly, but rather through the players' own efforts. Additionally, we have confird that all player profiles were fully synchronized before Eternal Challenge began. This ensures that every participant is competing with their current, legitimate progress. Thus, the use of summons does not violate any existing rules."

He then moved on to the puzzle-solving controversy.

"As for the thod used to complete the puzzles-we have decided to implent certain rule adjustnts. Moving forward, all puzzles must be solved in the intended manner, requiring team cooperation and analytical skills. This decision was made to preserve the original purpose of the challenge."

The press conference was brief and to the point. Though many attendees remained dissatisfied, the officials had spoken-and their decision was final.

Ronald slamd his hand on the table, his frustration evident as he scrolled through the official statent.

"These officials have no brains! How can they just change the rules midway like this? Where is their professionalism?!" he snapped.

"Hah!" Booyoung huffed, crossing his arms. "I'm pretty sure they already knew that Broken could solve puzzles in his own way. Either they ignored it, or they caved under the pressure from all those complaints."

Sitting across from them, Booyoung glanced at Freya, raising an eyebrow in silent question. Freya simply grinned, offering no direct opinion. "I can't really comnt on that," she said lightly. "I'm just here as Broken's assistant, after all." She chuckled.

London, Goldrich leaned forward, his expression calm but confident. "We don't need to worry. If Leon joins the final match, puzzles won't be an issue. I can handle them on my own."

Booyoung, however, was still fuming. "The problem isn't the puzzles. It's these idiots trying to win by cornering Leon. That pisses off."

Heejin, who had been quietly following the conversation, finally spoke up. "It looks like the next battle will be even more brutal. They all will go after us."

Booyoung smirked, leaning back. "Then just buy one of the enemy teams and make them turn against each other. That would be chaos."

Euna, Elincia scoffed, rolling her eyes. "Of course, the only thing on your mind is buying your way through everything, huh? No wonder your level is so low, Booyoung."

Booyoung grinned mischievously. "Relax. I'll be level 200 soon. Hehe."

Finally, Leon spoke up as the room turned their attention to him. "Yes, I'll be joining the final match. So there's no need to worry-we can still win."

He paused briefly before adding with a slight smirk. "Unfortunately, I won't be able to create golems and use them in the match, since all player profiles are already synchronized. But no worries. Even Pawpaw hasn't entered the ga yet."

At that, Euna let out a chuckle, shaking her head. "I'm pretty sure Pawpaw alone is enough to give those players the slap they deserve."

After so ti, the bracket tournant for the Duel of Champions was finally revealed. A total of 64 participants had been selected based on their performance and reputation in the ga. Each competitor was a well-known na, soone with enough skill to earn their place in this high-level competition.

The bracket was split into four groups, each containing 16 players. The tournant would follow a single-elimination format, aning every match was one-on-one, winner advances, loser is eliminated.

Among the Vensalor Guild representatives, several nas appeared: Broken, of course. Booba, the Wrath Champion. Elincia, and Livelywood.

However, there was one unfortunate twist-Elincia and Livelywood had been placed in the sa group. This ant that, no matter what happened, only one of them could make it to the semifinals.

anwhile, Booba found himself in the sa bracket as Constantine, the other Wrath Champion. Instead of being upset, Booba was actually excited-this was a perfect chance to finally fight Constantine in an official match.

Another major competitor stood out-Frostedge. He had been placed in a different group from Broken, which ant that if both of them won every match in their respective paths, they would likely et in the grand finals.

But one thing imdiately caught Broken's attention.

Galactron's na was missing.

He frowned slightly. "Galactron isn't in the tournant?"

London chuckled. "Who can even predict what soone like Galactron is thinking?"

Maylon, who had been checking the participant list, added, "Most likely, he isn't competing at all."

"Oh really? Ah, so la," Ronald scoffed. "I an, I saw so of his guild mbers here. Like

that domain guy... and the demon girl."

"SpeedGang and Akiko," Euna clarified.

Booyoung leaned back with a smirk. "Yeah, though we already know the secrets behind their

blessings."

As they continued discussing the tournant, Heejin suddenly turned toward Leon, her expression serious but with a small smile.

"Leon... you have to win and face Frostedge in the finals."

Leon t her gaze, smiling slightly as he nodded. "That would be fun."

"Yeah," Heejin added, "a lot of people weren't satisfied with how your sparring match ended last ti. This final battle needs to happen in a proper environnt now."

A true clash between Broken and Frostedge-one of the most anticipated fights-was now a

very real possibility.

Several videos and interviews featuring the tournant contestants began circulating online. One in particular caught Leon's and the others' attention as they sat at the dinner table-an interview with Leon's first opponent in the upcoming match.

Surprisingly, this opponent wasn't a Divine Champion but rather soone renowned for his talent with an Epic-grade class.

The screen showed a man with curly hair and a shorter stature, standing in front of a tall female interviewer. Despite the size difference, his confidence was undeniable.

"I have perfect control over my spear!" he declared boldly into the cara. "I am a better spear fighter than Broken!"

Then, as if directly challenging him, he stared into the cara with absolute determination.

"Broken, face like a real warrior! Don't hide behind your summons! Let's show everyone who the true master of the spear is!"
